13 of us stayed. Great location, house was clean and the pool/hot tub were nice and warm (we paid for heating). There is a 7-Eleven and a Publix within a mile of the house so anything you may need is close enough. Would recommend staying here!

Maria’s house was lovely and spacious! The upstairs had its own sitting area which was perfect for our daughter and her family. She had all the infant/toddler stuff available. Strollers, a high chair, infant tub, potty seat and pool floats were an added bonus! Thank you for a lovely stay!

The house was perfect for our trip. We had four guys there to play golf so separate bedrooms with private bathrooms was great. the half bath had perfect access for the pool area. Master bedroom on the first floor was key for one of us with bad knees. The house was super clean and in pristine shape. I'm looking forward to bringing my extended family down to do Disney. This would work great for two families or four adults and kids. Two living rooms and plenty of space for family dining in.

My family loved staying in this convenient, clean and spacious home. This home has everything you could possibly need. The pool was a nice post-parks treat for the kids. The home is well taken care of and one of the cleanest we have stayed in. The host is also very responsive and very helpful. I would highly recommend this home if you are looking for a family friendly off-campus option for your Disney vacation!

It was a great stay an the host was amazing. The only downside, as no fault to host, was the check in at the gate. If you have anyone even just visiting for lunch, dropping off stuff, etc, they have to be listed as a guest on the Airbnb. We had a private chef, message therapist, etc all come and it was a hassle to keep adding people every few hours. But again, not fault to host. They were extremely helpful.

We had a great weekend stay at William’s Airbnb. This was exactly what we were looking for; great price, perfect location for our trip & a very comfortable bed!

Excellent stay, very close to amenities, pool, hot tub and pool bar. Immediate to Publix and other stores about a five minute walk. We love the balcony over courtyard and could see pond.and the stay was immediate adjacent to a walking path around pond. Very clean, lots of kitchen appliances, brand new fridge. We really enjoyed the whole experience!

This review is based on my interaction with the actual homeowner, Brenda. NOT THE COMPANY EVOLVE. Brenda was not notified that we were checking in. We arrived late in the evening and she woke up shocked to see our car, as soon as we explained we had reserved she was so apologetic as she hadn't prepped as she would normally do for guests - she did that prep when we were out the first day of our stay and was great to deal with. I will NEVER rent through Airbnb unless I am renting directly from the homeowner. I did send an email when we arrived with concerns and received a canned response email the next day, no phone calls - again - If you are renting from Airbnb only deal directly with the owner!!

We had a great stay here for a volleyball tournament at the convention center. It was super convenient and we loved the fact we could walk to the center. It was about a 15 minute walk to the center but well worth it to avoid OCCC parking. It was also incredibly close to Universal and Sea World, which we visited while here. Accessing the condo was super easy and tons of parking. Bring your own toilet paper, as only 1 roll was provided in each bathroom. And bring paper towels, if desired, as there were none provided. The pool next to the condo was closed for construction, but the main pool was a 10 minute walk and a great place to relax. We have to be back in the summer for another tournament and would definitely stay again.

Beautiful place as described, very peaceful we enjoyed it very much! The TV options was the only issue couldn't log on any TVs for the kids.

Great place, I brought my grandbaby to Disney for her bday for the 1st time very close to everything she loved the pool...place was very clean...we got there late and he still was available to help if we had any issues but overall place was great and you will not be disappointed thank you for a relaxing time..

Great location for Walt Disney World, very clean and well equipped apartment, nicely decorated, comfortable beds, games and puzzles were appreciated during the hurricane! Generally very happy, the only things we would have appreciated having would have been some coffee filters for the machine, some washing up liquid, and some additional toilet rolls. Would definately stay here again.

I really enjoyed this place. It was about 40 minutes from Lego land, which was my primary reason for visiting. There was a lot of restaurants around and there was plenty of room for me and my daughters. Highly recommend!

The location was a great value for the size and proximity. It is an older complex and not the most up to date but the space was clean, well stocked with dishes and utensils and was well located for our trip. There is a community pool accessible but we were not given the current gate code but were let in by other guests so it wasn’t an issue. There are numerous signs stating you will be towed without a parking pass but we did not have any trouble. Communication was good and check in and out were easy.

Perfect home for me and 3 kids they have a resort as well which was perfect home was spotless amazing home was friendly and always replied. May even stay here on our next trip. Only thing is if you are looking to cook there is only one small pan me and the wife made it work but as a big family we try to eat in and the small pan made it a little difficult. But there’s plenty of restaurants and fast food places around if you want to eat out. It’s very close to a Starbucks and Nike outlests if you book here you will have something to do everyday it’s even 20 min from Disney and sea world. 100/100 this place was awesome.
