We had a great spring break trip here! My boys loved the pool and game room! Well worth the money! Location was great close to food, shopping and Disney! Highly recommend this place for families! The hosts are super helpful and friendly!

I had a wonderful stay at Tom's place! My family and I have stayed at Thomas' place for the last 4 years for Thanksgiving and every year we enjoy coming back. The apartment was spacious, clean, and incredibly quiet – the perfect retreat after a long day. Tom was an amazing host, always responsive and attentive to any questions or needs I had. It’s clear he truly cares about his guests. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay!

Home was exactly as listed. Ryan responded very quickly. Beautiful pool and view. Easy to get on highways. Will be back next time!

La casa es un 10, no creo que otras casas se comparen en la zona, está todo super limpio , nuevo casi y en excelente ubicación, la piscina es hermosa y el precio es insuperable, por eso es que es tan requerida la casa. No duden en alojarse en la casa de Caridad, tienen aseguradas unas vacaciones de calidad, confort y seguridad. Gracias estimada esperamos volver pronto. 🥰

We loved the house! It was just like the pictures! The rooms were adorable and the beds were super comfy! We loved that the pool was heated free of charge and we could bring our fur baby! The floors and linen were spotless too! There were plenty of bath towels and pool towels. The welcome basket had toilet paper, paper towel and soap. It was perfect till we could get to the store! If there was anything we needed we had super quick responses! We were obsessed with the Davenport Diner! Best sandwiches, pancakes and chicken tenders!!! We ate there every day for breakfast or lunch! The only suggestion is that it would be nice having four loungers instead of two! But nothing that stopped us from having fun at all! Thank you Scott and Star for sharing your house with us for the week! We really appreciate your hospitality!

This house was absolutely amazing and had everything we needed! Our kids had a blast with the heated pool and all the games—it was nonstop fun. The house was spotless and looked exactly like the pictures. We highly recommend it! all the instructions to enter were a breeze. Martin was very responsive and checked in on us. LOVED LOVED LOVED.

La casa es muy linda más grande de lo que se ve en las imágenes, es cómoda amplia está cerca de todo, el barrio es tranquilo bonito el Super está al lado, es un lugar perfecto, cerca de los parques, la casa está muy bien equipada, realmente fue un acierto Y ella muy atenta a contestar mis inquietudes. El mejor lugar que podría haber elegido!

This place was amazing and not far from anything. Place was clean, private, very peaceful. The bed was to die for and like sleeping on a cloud. Definitely a gem to be had whether visiting Disney or diving the lower springs. Restaurants were very close by. Courtney was an amazing host and an amazing place

I just finished a 9 night stay at Miriam’s townhouse and it was exactly as promised. Plenty of room with 2 bedrooms and a loft as well as a full kitchen and 2 bathrooms. Complex is beautiful and quiet. Great pool area. Close to shopping and plenty of restaurants. Perfect if going to any of the Disney Parks as all are close by. Miriam responds quickly to your needs. I highly recommend and will definitely stay again if in the area.

Very comfortable, great location for my needs! The Townhome had everything I needed! Loved the Washer & Dryer! Felt like my second home! Aj was very helpful, and responsive to any question or issue! This was my 2nd time staying there and would do it again! Thanks Aj, Tom

Kurt and Elizabeth’s place was exactly how it stated it would be! And it was so close to Disney! Such an easy drive and the water slides/pool area was icing on the cake!

My parents, husband, and I stayed at Anderson’s place for a spring break vacation. We were happy the condo was on the first floor and right next to the handicap parking spots since my parents have difficulty walking for a variety of reasons. The unit itself was very nice and we really liked the layout. The beds were not as comfortable as we would have liked, but if we had been walking around at the Disney parks all day like we had when we were all younger, we surely would have been too tired to notice any discomfort from beds. We checked out both pools and the one near the clubhouse was very nice! However, we did not swim in it due to time. Overall, I feel like the place was worth the money spent to stay there.

Great place for my family to stay! There were no issues, the pool and water park were right at the back of the condo, which was a plus. The host was very friendly and responded quickly to our questions. I recommend it to everyone.

Thanks to Maria and Andy for hosting a great 4-week vacation. Everything was as described and everything worked. It was clean. The location is great. The bed was comfortable. It was well stocked for all consumables. Legacy Dunes is a private, well maintained and quiet resort with great facilities. Lots of trees and ample room to walk. Close to everything. Communication was prompt, helpful and friendly. We would definitely stay here again.
