Highly recommend Jean-Louis' apartment for a stay in Paris! The flat is beautiful and so nicely arranged, with everything you'd need for a great stay. Eclectic, comfortable and very cool furnishings, well prepared kitchen, and a very comfortable bed. Jean-Louis was very communicative and proactive, getting in was a breeze, and Nacera, who greets you and lets you into the flat, is wonderful and lovely, and showed me everything I needed to know for my stay, including recommending a great restaurant and boulangerie in the neighborhood. Nacera also was very helpful when I had questions during my stay. The area the flat is in, Belleville, is a very cool part of Paris - with great cafes and restaurants, and stores in abundance - and also very beautiful with Parc Buttes de Chaumont nearby. Don't hesitate to book this apartment - it is great - very highly recommend!

We had a great stay! We loved the apartment - lots of space and felt very Parisian. Very close to Gare du Nord for easy access to all the sights. We felt totally safe walking in and out with kids at night, just stuck to the busy streets. Mina was very flexible with check in for us which was very helpful - thank you 😊

Deuxième séjour pour nous dans ce logement, nous avons même profité de la terrasse grâce au beau soleil de ce week-end. Environnement calme, logement impeccable, rien a redire comme la dernière fois. Nous reviendrons

Wir waren 3 Nächte in der Wohnung und hatten alles was wir brauchten und waren sehr zufrieden. Nur die, im Inserat beschriebene Filterkaffee-Maschine, war nicht vorhanden. Aber man kann sich problemlos Take-away Kaffee um die Ecke holen. Wir würden sofort wieder kommen.

Superbe appartement à la hauteur de nos attentes et 100% conforme à la description sur l'annonce. Les poutres apparentes donnent un cachet très parisien et la décoration de l'appartement est très cosy. Je recommande vivement cet appartement et j'y reviendrai volontier pour mon prochain séjour à Paris. Merci à l'hôte qui a été très actif et arrangeant.

The area has many supermarkets and bakeries near by. Restaurants and fastfood too. We found a food market in the weekend which was a fun finding. We didnt shop in Clichy, so I cant say if its possible. The metro is within walking distance. A park is near by too. Vincent has been very helpful from day one of our stay. The apartment has lots of high rated reviews which gave me high expectations. It is a good apartment but it do need some attention here and there. I mentioned it to Vincent. If you got bad knees or hips problems then this apartment is not for you. There are 110'ish steps of stairs. Outside the apartment there is a school. You are probably not even in the apartment most of the day but out adventuring so who cares. The bed is not soft but hard which is good if your weight is average or above. +dark mode curtains, +tv in bedroom, +big bed, +kitchen, +small balcony and sunlight flow, + silent neighbours, - closet space. We didnt unpack but didnt mind.

We would absolutely recommend and also stay again. Such a great spot for feeling the vibe of Paris without the tourists. Apt is cool vibe and everything you need in walking distance of fabulous coffee, pastries and restaurants along the canal! Extra plus is the metro is so close- worth the extra stop to Gare de l’Est for a safer feeling walk but either way all easy to walk from! love love love!

The location is great! It’s on a quiet street with a lot restaurants within walking distance. The apartment is very comfortable and Stephane is very responsive and helpful.

Petit coup de coeur! Le logement était parfaitement conforme à l'annonce et correspondait exactement à ce que nous recherchions avec mon équipe c'est à dire un hébergement avec des chambres séparées et un espace de vie vaste, confortable et aéré.

Acogedor y muy bien ubicado cerca a 2 estaciones de tren, Arthur muy considerado para que la estancia sea agradable.

Todo perfecto. Para ir individual o en pareja es el lugar indicado a unos 5 min de la torre Eiffel a pie. Y la llegada en metro es auto explicativa.

We spent our honeymoon here and had the best time! It was quite late when we arrived and there was a little take awag called the glodal kitchen a few minutes away from the apartment, their food was amazing. 5 minutes from the train station which took us anywhere we needed/wanted to go but had the privacy of our own apartment in a lovely area away from the touristy side of Paris. Host was so helpful and gave us lots of information, went above and beyond laying out rose petals and heart shaped balloons everywhere for our arrival. Thank you so much for helping us have the best honeymoon with your beautiful apartment!

Walking distance from Eiffel tower, quit at night, large space for a family of four, restaurants around the area, friendly host. We really enjoyed our stay.

Я полностью довольна проживанием, мы жили вчетвером 5 дней в этой квартире и нам не было тесно. Было тепло, комфортно, можно спокойно готовить на кухне, а джакузи это приятный бонус. Еще из плюсов, что есть вторая кровать и нам не пришлось спать на диване! Хотя на фото ее нет, так что проживание было максимально комфортным.
