Davide was a great host, he was really helpful and was quick to respond to our questions. He gave us loads of good advice before we arrived at the villa. We arrived late at night and we had asked if it would be possible for Davide to buy us some food bits as all supermarkets were shut, he obliged and it was a great help for us. The villa is beautiful, the view is stunning and it feels homely. A car is required if you wish to explore the beaches. The villa is positioned only 30 minutes from Cagliari airport and 30 minutes from Villasimius which was ideal for us. The area is very peaceful, surrounded by pine trees and respectful quiet neighbours.

Vacanze di coppia, ci siamo trovati veramente bene nell’alloggio. La casa è immersa nella natura e c’è una pace incredibile! dotata di tutto ciò che serve ed è tutto molto funzionale. Consiglio di rivedere un po’ lo scarico perché sia su lavandino che nella doccia e nel bidet l’acqua fa un po’ di fatica a scendere, ma con qualche accortezza si gestisce tutto bene lo stesso. Daniele e Valentina sono stati gentilissimi con noi e sempre molto disponibili a rispondere a chiamate e messaggi, anche flessibili nell’orario del check in. Posto auto riservato (non del tutto adatto a macchine sportive/basse, ma anche qui con un po’ di accortezza si fa tutto). Nota di merito per la pulizia della casa perché quando siamo arrivati era veramente pulita impeccabilmente. Piccolo kit di benvenuto con latte, acqua, marmellatine varie e un paio di merendine, molto apprezzato! In conclusione mi sento di consigliare assolutamente questa sistemazione che come qualità prezzo è davvero ottima!☺️ spiegge vicine!

Während unseres Aufenthaltes haben wir besonders den schönen, grünen Garten mit der großen, überdachten Terasse genossen. Die Unterkunft ist gut ausgestattet und genauso wie in der Anzeige beschrieben. Das Meer ist fußläufig gut erreichbar, es sind aber auch viele weitere Buchten und Strände einfach mit dem Auto erreichbar. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig. Supermärkte und Restaurants sind mit dem Auto erreichbar. Nach langen Strandtagen haben wir die Outdoordusche genossen. Lorenzo ist ein außerordentlich hilfsbereiter und freundlicher Gastgeber. Er war immer für uns da und rund um die Uhr erreichbar. Wir würden die Ferienwohnung aufjedenfall weiterempfehlen!

Tutto perfetto, Massimo bravissima persona e discreta.

We had a lovely stay at Frank‘s apartment. Everything was as in the pictures and we enjoyed having breakfast at the terrace. It offered everything we needed - even umbrellas we could take for the beach. Although there is a road close by, it was quite. Restaurants, bars etc. are in walking distance (15min) and supermarkets around the corner. Very convenient! Although Frank was not there in person, communication and check-in was very smooth. We can definitely recommend staying at Frank‘s!

Tout simplement excellent : superbe villa, spacieuse, bien équipée. Tout à fait conforle à la description. Hôtes hyper-réactifs. Nous avons passé une semaine parfaite. A 8 minutes maximum à pied de la plage, à 10 minutes en voiture de la magnifique plage de Poetto et 30 minutes du centre de Cagliari (voiture très utile pour visiter les environs). A truly special airbnb, we were very sad to leave it!! Even in October nearby restaurants were open and there was so much to do in the area. The villa was equipped with everything we needed for the beach, and from the rooftop you could hear the sound of the sea. We would absolutely recommend this spot and stay again. Simone and Julian were very kind, very responsive and very welcoming.

Wir haben eine wunderschöne Woche mit unseren drei (kleinen) Kindern in Claires Haus verbracht. Für uns als Familie war das Haus mit dem kleinen Pool absolut perfekt. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet, es fehlt an nichts und sogar Olivenöl und Geschirrspültabs, sowie Seife und Geschirrtücher waren in ausreichender Menge vorhanden. Handtücher sowie Badetücher und Strandtücher werden gestellt und man muss diese nicht unnötig von zu Hause mitschleppen. Der Pool hat den Kindern super gefallen und auch die Strände, die in unmittelbarer Nähe liegen (ob zu Fuß oder mit dem Auto gut erreichbar) waren absolut empfehlenswert. Francesco, der sich um alle Belange während unseres Aufenthaltes gekümmert hat, ist ein unglaublich sympathischer und hilfsbereiter Mensch. Er war bei allen Problemen direkt zur Stelle und hat uns noch mit zusätzlichen Tipps versorgt, was wir mit den Kindern alles unternehmen könnten. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
