Just come back from a three night stay with my daughter. What a lovely place with wonderful views and lots of wildlife around. Enjoyed watching the horses and the Alpacas from inside in the warmth of our cosy dwelling. Went for a walk up to Burton Dassett Country Park to take in the spectacular views. Spent the rest of our stay in our clean, comfortable, well equipped home enjoying some rest and relaxation. Could have stayed a lot longer and we’re sorry to have to leave. I would definitely a stay at this place and wouldn’t hesitate to return in the future

We needed a place to stay last minute as having renovations in our home. The flexibility and response to this was great. The house was comfortable, warm and clean. Amos and Don were responsive in their communication. We felt at home and enjoyed our stay. 👍🏻

Amazing place for children, the outdoor space is magical and so much for them to do. Beautiful surroundings and the hosts were lovely. A few things in the house were a bit wonky but overall a great stay.

The Avon lodge was the perfect retreat for a relaxing couple of days in the countryside. The house was beautiful, cosy, and spotless and we will definitely be returning. A bonus was our lovely host Carole, bringing us fresh pastries for breakfast in the morning which were delicious!

Beautiful place and had a wonderful stay. I would definitely recommend. Only issues were due to the lack of kindling and fire starters which were state in the job description. When we finally got in touch with our stay manager (the chat function was for the general company) he told us they weren’t available due to it now being BBQ season. The exact date that started wasn’t listed on the property description or rule book on arrival. Also it never stated that these amenities wouldn’t be available during that period. I felt the blame was put on us as customers for the mix up - which should not of been the case. Aside from that the property manager brought us some in a timely manner which partially made up for it! Aside from that it was a wonderful stay and we all had a brilliant weekend

Just had a beautiful stay at the Cow Byre for Easter weekend & my fiancés birthday! It was so gorgeously decorated and we felt so at home! It was immaculate and had everything we needed! Had a lovely dinner at the Langley Tap and visited Lacock and Bath! nothing to fault about this place, will definitely be returning!!

We had a perfect and Peaceful getaway was perfect for friends as there was plenty of homely spots and a lovely kitchen. the hosts were so helpful and very responsive. the property was clean and well equipped. We would highly recommend!! p.s. great shower pressure
