Fantastic location for all the things we were looking for in a holiday, the Beach is a Stones through away, Railway Station within walking distance. Would highly recommend this Gem of an Apartment as a base for discovery.

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist sehr zentral, alles ist gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Und direkt im Badeanzug zum Bad im Meer zu gehen, ist schon ein Luxus. Die Räume sind eher dunkel, das Gefühl ein wenig, wie in einem Schiff zu sein. Fabio kommuniziert zuverlässig und emphatisch.

Vielen Dank liebe Sara , dass du uns deine Wohnung zur Verfügung gestellt hast. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und hat eine phantastische Lage mit direktem Strandzugang . Die Deckenhöhe ist in der Dusche und in den Schlafzimmern etwas niedrig, jedoch sind wir beide auch recht groß. Wir konnten uns damit sehr gut arrangieren und für uns war das auch kein Problem. Wir alle (inklusive Kinder 5 u 10 Jahre) haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und empfehlen die Wohnung 100% weiter. Sara ist sehr lieb und zuvorkommend, vielen Dank dafür!

Alles was man braucht ist im der sauberen Wohnung vorhanden. Liegt ruhig im Pinienwald vor der Küste. Highlight sind die 2 Balkone. Fahrräder zur Benutzung vorhanden, um an den Strand zu radeln. Sehr netter Kontakt zu Nathalie. Immer schnell und unkompliziert. Gerne wieder.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in Stefans Wohnung. Die Wohnung ist unweit vom Zugbahnhof entfernt, um Ausflüge in die Cinque Terre und andere schöne Orte zu unternehmen, wie nach Camogli, Santa Margherita, Portofino und Sestri Levante. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem schönen klassischen Haus mit sehr vielen Treppenstufen. Sehr schöner Garten mit toller Aussicht aufs Meer. Minuspunkt, der Parkplatz ist nicht direkt am Haus, wenn man viel Gepäck hat, muss man mehrfach laufen. Bei unserer Ankunft hatte Stefano uns beim Gepäck tragen zum Glück geholfen. Restaurant Tipps haben wir für Recco und Camogli bekommen.

Giorgio er utrolig hyggelig og hjelpsom! Vi måtte avbestille leiligheten vi egentlig hadde reservert i Camogli etter at vi ankom stedet, og satte oss ned for å finne en ny leilighet klokken 20 på kvelden. Klokken 21 hadde vi avtalt med Giorgio, og klokken 23 møtte han oss og hjalp oss med å sjekke inn. Han bisto med å finne parkering til bilen vår, og var generelt helt herlig på alle vis. Leiligheten er fin, med havutsikt fra det ene soverommet, og det man trenger av servise, bestikk og gryter for å kunne lage mat der. Badet er lite, men med kraftig vanntrykk i dusjen og varmt og deilig vann. Soverommene er store og luftige, med flere vinduer på hvert rom (det trengs, ettersom leiligheten ligger i øverste etasje, og det kan bli litt varmt). Sengene er litt harde. På stuen er det sofa og spisebord, og alt er helt fint. Leiligheten ligger perfekt til, med gangavstand til alt. Byen beste restaurant ligger i bygget ved siden av, og det er kort vei til alt. Vi kan trygt anbefale å bo her!

Die Wohnung war perfekt. Sie bietet alles, was man braucht. Insbesondere der Aussenbereich ist super mit viel Platz und schöner Terrasse mit Meersicht. Alles ist sehr unkompliziert, es gibt genügend Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und gute Anschlüsse um mit dem Zug Tagesausflüge zu unternehmen. Ich habe meinen Aufenthalt sehr genossen!

L’appartement est très spacieux et bien situé. Je tiens à mentionner qu’au vu de sa situation proche de la rue principale il est assez bruyant surtout l’été où nous devons laisser les fenêtres ouvertes. Mais sinon à 5 min de tout. Et les hôtes ont été arrangeants

Tutto come da descrizione. Punti di forza principali posizione (fronte spiaggia) e spazi ben disposti. Un soggiorno rilassante anche grazie agli spazi esterni della casa. Lauro e staff sempre disponibili e concilianti. Il bel giardino puo attirare zanzara se il caldo diventa persistente (in quel caso la disponibilità di zanzariere sarebbe un plus)

Giampaolo ist ein sehr netter Gastgeber, der alle Informationen rechtzeitig und genau gegeben hat. Zudem haben wir noch Tips zur Umgebung erhalten. Die Unterkunft war sauber, zentral und genau so wie beschrieben. Danke für alles! 😊

The apartment was very nice and well equipped for a comfortable stay. It gave the feeling of a house and you feel like staying as someone's guest. The host was very helpful and responsive. We had a smooth check-in and stay. The kitchen, apartment and the washrooms had everything that you may need during the stay. Especially fully equipped kitchen made our lives very easy. The apartment is close to grocery stores and the beach. There is parking available in from of the house. I did not understand the presence of so many bells in the apartment 🙂. Overall it was a great experience apart from the fact that there were a lot of decorative pieces so we had to be careful not to mix or lose our stuff in it 🙂. I would definitely recommend it and would book it again if we visited the area again.

Our stay at Teresa’s place was exceptional. The apartment is in a great location for walking to the beach, to shops, to restaurants, and parks, etc. Parking on the premises is a great boon. Also it is an ideal base for exploring Tuscany. The apartment is large, bright and well maintained. We felt very much at home here. Teresa and her husband are delightful, helpful, friendly and responsive hosts. We recommend this Airbnb most highly and hope to return.

Sehr schönes, individuell angelegtes Haus mit einem Traumgarten! Auf der Terrasse im Sonnenschein sitzen, auf Santa Lucia oder das Meer bis nach Korsika schauen- und du kommst zur Ruhe! Das Meer ist in ca 15 Minuten erreichbar, Besichtigungen von Lucca, Pietrasanta oder dem Cinque Terre sind mit dem Auto gut möglich, Wanderungen natürlich auch. Gloria ist gut erreichbar und unkompliziert bei „Sonderwünschen“. Die Wohnung war im März etwas kühl, die Küche und das Schlafzimmer konnten aber gut g er heizt werden- Einzug das kleine Zimmer ohne Heizung war etwas kalt. Alles in allem: schöne Unterkunft- sehr zu empfehlen! Danke Gloria!

Le gites et encore mieux que sur les photos , neuf. Il est spatieux dans un magnifique village sur les hauteurs de Levanto, a 10min en voiture de la gare pour visiter les 5 terre. C est le logement par excellence. Concernant les hotes ils sont exceptionnel...et ce n est pas peu dire! Reactif et attentifs a notre bien-être. D une sympathie peu commune Alberto va au delà de beaucoup de professionnel du tourisme. Vous pouvez louer se gite autant pour le gîte que pour ses hotes Merci pour tout Gazielle et Alberto

Ci simo fermati solo una notte ma cinsiamomtrovato benissimo. Matteo è stato gentilissimo e molto disponibile. Per i bambini perfetta la vicinanza al mare

L’hôte était très bien. Nous avons été très bien renseignés ; guidés. Elle était très humaine et chaleureuse. L’appartement était idéal et accessible. Nous la recommanderons à nos connaissances.

Ho soggiornato per 8 notti ad inizio agosto con mio figlio e fin da subito mi sono sentita completamente a mio agio nell’appartamento dove ho trovato tutto il comfort e la discrezione che cercavo. La zona è davvero perfetta. Proprio sotto casa ci sono le mie pasticcerie e i miei ristoranti preferiti! Il Conad è a due passi e la zona del mercato proprio dietro casa è bellissima da frequentare al mattino con le sue vie pedonali e tutti i negozietti. Gianmarco è un host super gentile e premuroso. Ci tornerò sicuramente!

Our stay at Alessandro and Sara was very nice! The Appartment was quiet and had everything we need ! Very closed to the beach and the train station of Cavi (nice to take to train to several litle villages like Rapallo, St. Margarite Lingure, Chiavari, etc)

Appartamentino incantevole, struttura appena restaurata e ad un passo dal mare Nessun problema nel trovare un parcheggio a pochi passi da casa In tre gg non abbiamo mai usato la macchina Stazione vicinissima, ma l’appartamento è ben insonorizzato Abbiamo trovato caffè, zucchero acqua un po’ di tutto, volendo avremmo potuto anche farci una pasta senza aver acquistato nulla Davvero ottima accoglienza

Appartement charmant avec une vue mer. Tout est propre et conforme à la description. Paola et son mari nous ont accueilli à notre arrivée et ont été très réactifs lorsque nous leur avons posé des questions. Le garage est un plus. Le centre ville est à 5min à pied et la gare qui dessert les 5 terres, ou Gênes, Portofino à 15min à pied. Top, je recommande !!!

Cozy apartment with great views. There were a lot of steps even with limited luggage but that's expected and how you get the amazing views. We struggled a bit to find in the rain from the parking garage but the host took care of everything. We were met by Sabrina and her daughter who were very friendly and helpful. They explained everything about the apartment and have some restaurant ideas. The views from the balcony and terrace were amazing and the area is wonderful. Easy to hike or catch trains from here. We miss it and would return.

We had an amazing stay at Graziano’s apartment. It was spacious, full of light and very clean. We were received by his son Paolo who was very courteous and polite. we would definitely come back to stay here again and would highly recommend to anyone..

The place is really charming, comfortable and has a great view. Both hosts are super nice and always helpful, their house is just as described in the photos. Hope to come back soon!

Schöne saubere Wohnung, nur wenige Gehminuten vom kostenfreien Strand entfernt. Die Klimaanlage und der private Parkplatz sind ein großes Plus. Daniela hat auf Fragen sehr schnell geantwortet. Wir hatten insgesammt eine sehr schöne Zeit.
