L'appartamento presenta aspetti positivi e negativi. È posto in una posizione comodissima, davvero strategica per la visita alla città. Vicinissimi troverete due supermercati e, proprio sotto, una panetteria praticamente sempre aperta. La persona che ci ha accolti ci ha fornito tantissime indicazioni utili e preziose. L'appartamento è pulito e il bagno spazioso. È però bene sapere che l' appartamento è al secondo piano e le scale sono ripide e strette, difficili per chi avesse passeggini, disabilità o bagagli pesanti. L'unica finestra affaccia sul palazzo antistante e sopra una cucina professionale, quindi è impossibile tenerla aperta e cambiare aria durante le ore di lavoro della cucina. Il pavimento è un po' in pendenza. Sono però dettagli che pesano solo se ci passate del tempo, se lo usate solo per dormirci è perfetto.

Corniglia is a very small town a a bit less crowded than the others but with enough restaurants. Apartment is large (3 bedrooms), clean and comfortable. Beds are large and comfortable. Views spectacular. Host works next door, met us in piazza and brought us to the apartment. Host is available for help, she sent someone to help us with the washing machine. Corniglia is best place to start to walk to Vernassa. Beach is pretty but down many steps and very difficult to swim. I would stay in this town again to avoid the crowds. Easy to use the train between towns. Take a boat trip from Vernassa.

Benedetta’s place was in a great location walkable to all attractions, it is a large and clean apartment. Our host was very friendly and helpful. We would recommend to anyone and would definitely come back! 😊

Très bon emplacement. Lorenzo et sa famille vivent juste à côté, ce qui est un plus. Appartement chaleureux et bien équipé.

Realmente todo salió como lo planeamos y en esto el alojamiento tuvo muchisimo que ver. Excelente Leonardo como anfitrion en todo y excelente la ubicación y las comodidades del departamento. Super recomendable para disfrutar de La Spezia y Cinque Terre. Gracias por todo.

Nous avons séjourné 1 semaine dans cet appartement très bien placé et très propre. Le gros + la superbe vue mer et la place de parking privée indispensable aux 5 Terres si vous venez en voiture!! Nous avons pris nos petits-déjeuner sur la terrasse face à la mer. L’appartement est proche de la plage, de la gare (8 min à pieds) et des restaurants …belle balade le long de la mer pour rejoindre l’autre partie du village. L’appartement est grand avec ses deux chambres. Le linge draps et serviettes sont fournis donc super pratique. On entend un peu le bruit des voitures la nuit mais moi qui suit très sensible au bruit cela ne m’a pas empêché de dormir. Très bon séjour dans cet appartement. Merci

Ottimo punto di partenza per visitare la zona di Carrara e le sue cave, ma anche come partenza per i sentieri nelle bellissime montagne circostanti. Piera è disponibile e gentile, mi ha dato suggerimenti per trovare un posto in cui cenare.

Federico ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und der Blick aus dem Fenster aufs Meer ist einfach fantastisch...Alles war sehr sauber und wir haben uns gleich wohlgefühlt. Ganz prima fanden wir, dass Handtücher bereit gestellt wurden und die Betten bezogen waren!Wir sind gerne ins nächste Dorf auf dem Berg gelaufen. Und mit dem Zug kommt man gut von Moneglia aus in die Cinque Terre. Vielen Dank an Federico, der sich gut um uns gekümmert hat!

This villa in Viagreggio perfectly suited our needs. The space was exactly as described - the A/c was needed in the high temperatures. The property is ideally situated between the train station and the beach - it was approximately an 8 minute walk from the station, and 10 minute walk to the beach. Irene was a great host - responding very quickly to any questions we had.

Ich kann mich den ganzen positiven Bewertungen nur anschließen! Massimo ist ein fantastischer Gastgeber und er ist immer sofort zur Stelle wenn man etwas benötigt, ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Wir haben uns von Anfang an gut verstanden. Die ganze Familie ist sehr herzlich, freundlich, hilfsbereit und sympathisch. Es fehlte an nichts. Selbst Bademantel und Wärmflasche wurden zur Verfügung gestellt! Besonders die Betten sind sehr bequem, was in Ferienwohnungen eine Seltenheit ist! Mein 2-wöchiger Aufenthalt mit meinem Hund war sehr angenehm und ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt…fast schon wie bei Freunden zu Besuch. Geweldige locatie, woning ligt zeer rusting. Keurige ontvangst. Auto kan je niet voor de deur parkeren. Bagage dien je via trap/helling naar de woning te brengen. Geen probleem. De eigenaar bood aan om te helpen met de bagage. Woning ligt in een klein bergdorpje, voorzieningen zoals supermarkt liggen in een dorpje op enige afstand. Je kan niet zonder auto op deze lokatie. Leuke woning, van alle gemakken voorzien. Comfortabel. Woning was keurig schoongemaakt.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette maison rustique et typique!La vue y est splendide,pas de voisins,le calme au milieu des oliviers! La maison ne manque de rien,le grand jardin clôturé pour les enfants,à quelques minutes des plages! Parfait pour se ressourcer!

Нам экстренно нужно было искать жилье в близи Ля Специя. Хотелось отдохнуть в окружении природы. Сальваторе очень быстрое ответил на запрос, дал все рекомендации по прибытию. Он и его супруга встретили нас у ворот, все рассказали и показали. Даже испекли для нас невероятно вкусный пирог ( он был горячий к нашему приезду). В доме все пахло чистотой и свежестью), интерьер сделан с любовью и патио так же. Мы провели Невероятно приятный вечер в их доме )

We had a fantastic stay in Portofino. The house was exactly as described and Bruno is an absolutely delightful host - nothing was too much trouble for him and we really appreciated his flexibility, helpfulness and local recommendations. We would love to come and stay again - for our family of 5, the property was perfect.

Stayed for 2 nights ( had stayed before) and wanted to explore Genoa some more. The perfect location to do that. Apartment is well equipped and a comfortable bed. Easy access to all the alleyways and side streets, bars cafes. Particularly recommend La Lepre!!!

Magnifique appartement ! Un vrai Airbnb pas un appartement vide sans âme. Très belle décoration, riche, originale, rempli de culture et d'art. Stefano nous a accueilli chez lui et nous a donné des conseils précieux tout au long de notre séjour. Proche du centre, à 15min des gares, beaucoup de restaurants a proximité. C'est sûrement le plus beau des Airbnb dans lequel nous ayons séjourné ! N'hésitez pas à y aller!

Sabrina è un'ospite davvero gentile e premurosa. Ti fa sentire a casa. L'appartamento è in un palazzo signorile, e vedere il mare dal balcone è sempre una emozione. La posizione strategica: zona semicentrale con servizi di ogni tipo. E poi il posto auto dedicato semplifica non poco il soggiorno. Grazie ancora per tutto!

Das Haus des Malers ist ein wunderbarer, persönlicher Ort. Mit grandiosem Ausblick, schönem Garten, individuell eingerichteter Wohnung. Einzig der Verkehr auf der Via Aurelia und die Züge stören ein wenig die ansonsten famose Lage am Golfo Paradiso. Vielen Dank an unsere herzlichen Gastgeber, die einen erfreulichen Sinn für Nachhaltigkeit haben: Wassersprudler, Plastik vermeiden, Heizen mit Pellets, Stromgewinnung per Photovoltaik. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment was beautiful and had everything we needed. The hosts were very helpful and kind and went out of their way to make our trip special!! Would highly recommend staying here if visiting cinque terre, towns easily accessible from here.
