One level. Split masters, beach path as shown. Always stayed in the Plantation, pleasantly surprised with close proximity to everything.

Pure Bliss was amazing! We had a wonderful time in the area. Plenty of room to park our boat and accommodate our family. The pool was fantastic! The house had everything we needed.

Just like the pictures. Enjoyed our stay . Would definitely rent again.

We Airbnb a lot — and this house is a stand out. The weather was a bit chilly, so we paid extra for the pool heat. It was 100% worth it. The pool was heated when we arrived and was perfect for night swims. The beach is across the street. We basically had the entire beach to ourselves when we were there. The house is a great layout, everything was beyond pristine — the pictures don’t do this house justice. It’s much better in person.

The walk to the beach was short, the location was awesome!! The house was well-stocked, a great layout, and the beds were comfortable. The pool and deck was great! The listing states “dog friendly” and you could tell dogs had definitely been there so take them at their word. It was overall pretty clean, but there was dog hair collected in corners behind the beds/dressers and imbedded in the rugs. The dishwasher was flooded when we arrived, Vacasa sent a guy to come check it a day later and he said the drain pump was going out but he was unable to fix it. There is no way to connect with the owner and Vacasa was not always easy to communicate with. Our 2 families had 6 children and 4 adults and no dishwasher all week which was a bummer. Overall this listing was accurate, the house was great, dealing with a bigger out of town rental agency is what it is. We had another great year at SGI and would definitely recommend this house for your next vacation.

Beautiful home. We loved all the marine life we were able to find. The only complaints we had was there wasn’t a grill and the pool not being in the neighborhood. Overall a great week. Would definitely recommend.

Super relaxing spring break! We loved the condo, loved the huge backyard. Condo had everything we needed, dishes/towels/cleaning supplies/pool toys, goggles, board games.. very welcoming feel. Went fishing most of our trip, and went to fill out the guest books d a friend showed up, after we left, we realized we never finished our journaling! We’ll fix that on the next trip. Definitely staying again!

Fantastic beach condo - clean, accurate description, and walking distance to everything. Perfect for any group, and had all basic amenities needed for a long weekend. This was our second time staying at this complex and would return in a heartbeat. Property management staff was extremely kind and responsive when there was difficulty with the keypad during check-in (no fault of theirs)!

A return trip for us and just what we needed. Basically, everything that you would want in an Airbnb and perfect for us in pretty much every way. We had a great time are refreshed. Thank you Tommy and Jennifer!

We had a wonderful time at Julio‘s condo. It was quite spacious and perfect for a couple. It was very clean and had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. I was just a short distance from the beach and on the quiet end of the island.

Great place to stay! Host is very responsive, helpful and accommodating. Well appointed, clean condo in a great location-just a quick walk to shops and restaurants. Beautiful views and so peaceful. We loved the screened in patio! Will most definitely return! **Note, host does not give feedback. 7 days have passed, we wrote a review same day***

First time to SGI.. won't be my last. I took my parents that are in their mid 70s and everything was very accessible. Just a couple minutes walk and you're on the beach. Our last morning's walk on the beach we were thrilled to see a momma turtle had laid a nest right at the end of our path to the beach..BUCKET LIST ITEM!!! I you want to unwind and just enjoy nature.. this is the place for you!!!

House was beautiful. Golf course was beautiful, if your golf. Both pools was clean, almost private, beach wasn’t that close but within 15 minute drive.
