Robin was very communicative and her cabin was the perfect place for a weekend away. The lake was serene and the deck was perfect to sit and soak in the sun. 10/10 would come again!

The cabin was very secluded and as described. It was very beautiful, quiet and very cozy. I did get there pretty late at night which made it a little harder to find so i would highly recommend arriving before the sun goes down at least on the first night so you know how to get there

We really enjoyed our stay. Such a peaceful spot. We saw so many beautiful birds out back. And we were thrilled at how pet friendly it was. The bed was comfortable and the hot tub was perfect after a 10hour drive!

This Airbnb was perfect! Everything was comfortable and easy to use. All the amenities were top of the line with many added things we didn't expect! The children loved every moment, and so did the adults. We've decided to make this our go to Airbnb!

What a amazing place ! My wife and I came for a weekend getaway and were blown away by how accommodating Mimi and Gene were . The place was above and beyond what we expected ! Absolutely adorable place and perfectly equipped with everything you need for a great stay ! Can’t say enough about the place and the hosts ! We booked another stay here within hours of checking in ! We have stayed at a lot of air bnbs and this has to be up there with one of our favorites :)

The cabin was absolutely great to stay in. It was super peaceful and our dogs loved the outdoors. We arrived later than check-in and host was very accommodating and kind. Hot tub was so great with snow falling outside and nothing but birds chirping. The rainfall shower was also a huge plus. Super comfy bed too! Overall we had a great experience. Only thing I would note is that you should plan to arrive in daylight because we were never given an exact address, just directions and it was quite tricky to find and a little nerve wracking at night.

Overall a great stay! The place was beautiful and if not better than the photos. The people with us kept talking about how great everything was and how we wanted to come back. Great price for getting so much space. Also beautiful surroundings. Right on the river, yes there is a hill, but it's a great walk. Want to come back!

The Rocking Bear cabin was absolutely beautiful! What a perfect place to stay in the Georgia mountains! Located a short drive from German town Helen, GA with great shopping and good food, and also amongst some of the nicest hiking trails, this cabin was perfect for my family's spring vacation getaway. Even if you decide to stay in, the wifi-enabled TVs let you stream just about any service. The hot tub provides an incredible view of the mountains in the background. Our host Jessica was very responsive with everything we needed and made sure we had all we needed prior to our arrival. We will without hesitation stay here again if we come back this way!

We absolutely loved our time here!!! The cabin was beautiful and Dennis & Cindy went above and beyond with personal touches. They also gave so many great recommendations. We went on a hike they recommended with beautiful viewed and also a local restaurant which was delicious. The cabin was the perfect place to come relax after a long hike and a beautiful place to wake up to in the morning. We hope to come back soon!

The cabin was exactly as described and the perfect stay! We were excited about the antique and rustic cabin, but we were surprised and thrilled with all of the small touches and unique spaces. You can easily see the attention to detail and love that went into the cabin. Sam was so gracious and quick to answer any message. He allowed us to bring our multiple dogs which meant so much to us! The fenced yard was amazing and the house and surroundings felt so private which being in close proximity to so much. The screened porch was perfect and we would’ve spent more time outside if it had not been winter. The gorgeous fireplace was one of our favorite highlights of the trip. We loved gathering around the fire and making s’mores. There is also an outside fire pit which is great! In summary, you won’t find a better place to stay! We will be back!

I truly enjoyed this place! I was searching for a quiet, fireworks-free area since my dog has bad anxiety, and New Year’s Eve at home would have been tough. Even though there are neighbors nearby—not too close, but close enough, the night was peaceful and exactly what I needed. It served its purpose perfectly! We also needed a break from the city, and this getaway gave us just that. The host was friendly, and the place was wonderfully dog-friendly—two big pluses for me! I absolutely loved it.

What an absolute gem! If you value privacy, fresh country air and a nice cabin to getaway to, this is for you. Jean was super friendly and responsive. Very clear instructions were provided. She even left the place lit up so I could find it at night. Loved being able to bring my dog and let him explore. Did not see any neighbors or pets for the full 4ish days there. I found myself glued to the patio most of the stay just soaking it in. Truly a great spot I plan to return to. Should have double checked supplies before running to the store! Was blown away by how much was already in stock Thanks again Jean and what a beautiful cabin you have!

Had a good stay - 3 moms with 3 sons on a Clemson college visit. Boys loved the game room! One of our sons left his wallet in the house as we left and the host worked hard to contact us before we left the area to return the wallet.

We always enjoy this peaceful lakeside cottage. The rain made for a soggy weekend, but the downtime inside playing board games was the family time we needed.

Easy check in- it’s it’s in a nice remote little area in nature- a little sad I didn’t get to see a bear (kidding) lol but it was super convenient and close to what we needed! We went to visit my son in Clemson - and it was a perfect spot! Chill- cozy- quiet!

Overall nice little cabin with peaceful view. Wish the hot tub got hotter but the button seemed to be broken. I didn’t reach out and ask so maybe it was my fault. But good weekend getaway.

We had a wonderful weekend getaway at this cozy cabin. The hot tub was the perfect way to unwind after a day exploring the beautiful mountains and all that Helen had to offer. Highly recommend this peaceful retreat! The staff at Georgia Mountain Rentals were very friendly and communicative throughout the entire rental and check in/out process.

The house was adequately equipped and close to local restaurants and Lake Hartwell. Perfect for us as we were visiting family that live in the area. Would stay again.

Perfect place! Pam was a great host! We had everything we needed and more! (Shower products, throw blankets, coffee, water, etc.) Great location to see Helen, Ga or Tallulah Gorge! Will most definitely be staying again for our yearly mountain trip.

Stay was great. Location is beautiful. Close to town but away from everything. Owner is next door but there is plenty of privacy. Owner is friendly and responsive. it's a place that would be great any time of year. Loved the wildlife and peacefulness. Owner puts a lot of effort into making sure its a great stay and ours was. Can find plenty of indoor things to enjoy if weather isn't cooperative. Hope to be back soon! Always happy when owner's choose to share such a beautiful place!

Stay was amazing! Only problem was finding the driveway the instructions say “maps will take you 1 mile past the driveway”. That is only if you are coming from georgia or somewhere south of the cabin. If you are coming from the north you will need to pass the sunburst stables sign and it is the next driveway. Other than that everything was perfect!
