I came to stay the weekend after massive flooding - in fact, the street was still blocked with sandbags! The apartment itself had not been impacted though. In fact, it was pristine and absolutely stunning. The location was amazing! It was safe and private and I can’t recommend it highly enough. Craig was terrific at communicating at we figured out what the storm’s impact might be on the scheduled trip, and he continued to be helpful and responsive during checkin. I totally recommend this delightful place and host!

This place was beautiful! And convenient parking directly in front of the apartment. Ground floor units can be a bit creepy but we felt completely safe!

A beautiful place in a fantastic location! Right in the heart of historic Frankfort, easy walk to all manner of restaurants and entertainment. For those who enjoy a longer walk, around a mile to the Kentucky Capitol Building, and around 1.6 miles to Buffalo Trace Distillery via the River Walk! Also an easy drive to several distilleries (Woodford Reserve, Castle & Key, Glenn's Creek). The condo is in a charming old building, and has every amenity and update you could desire. Clean, comfortable and modern with historic touches. Shane was a great host, providing great instructions before our arrival, and suggestions on several places for tours and dining. If you have issues with stairs, probably not a good fit, but for us it was not an issue. We would definitely stay at the Bourbon Loft again when we return to the Frankfurt area.

We spent 2 nights here. It was an ideal location to explore this historic capitol city with a small town vibe. It's within walking distance of bars and restaurants and a short drive to several distilleries. Check in and check out we're very easy and the place itself was comfortable and well equipped. Would definitely stay here again.

We couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate a birthday than Craig’s charming spot in downtown Frankfort. Nestled amidst vibrant shops, eateries, and coffee spots, the location felt like home and brought back nostalgic memories with its historic charm. The convenience of being steps away from bourbon tastings and delightful confections added so much surprise and delight to our stay. Craig’s unique space was both cozy and serendipitous, making our celebration truly special. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a memorable stay in Frankfort!

Had a wonderful stay. Perfect location to get around to all of the different places we wanted to visit. Sarah was very helpful with information on everything from the weather to local restaurants and establishments that might be of interest to us during our time here. It is a very comfortable and spacious apartment. Quiet area for good rest and relaxing. Definitely could see us booking with Sarah again when visiting the area.

The place was lovely and so convenient to lots of restaurants and shopping. We really appreciated having some coffee and condiments provided for our stay. The checkout time, 3 pm was great as was the checkout time of 11 am. We stayed in Frankfort to visit distilleries. Spent most of the time not too far away and one day in Louisville. Great central location! Highly recommend Phyllis' place if you are in the area.

This was our first time staying in the heart of Frankfort. The location was perfect, restaurants and cute shoes were all walking distance. Lots of historic buildings and a short drive to the distilleries. There is an awesome coffee shop right below the unit, highly recommend. We stayed during the heavy rains and left the day the river crested the town. We hope everyone stayed safe and our hearts are with the business owners and residents that were impacted. Hoping to be back later this year!

Our stay was a fun overnight trip for a friend’s birthday. Our host was very helpful and friendly. The home was very clean with lots of accommodations. We would stay again in the future. Highly recommend. Only negative was if you have a hard time with stairs this might not be the place for you but there is handrails and wide steps. 10/10

Our group of eight stayed at Ben’s third-floor unit in downtown Frankfort for a bourbon and golf trip, and it exceeded all expectations. The space is incredibly spacious—far larger than the photos suggest—and comfortably accommodated our group, with room to spare. The location is perfect, just minutes from Buffalo Trace and in the heart of downtown. While the restaurant scene didn’t blow us away, there are a few solid options, and the bourbon bar downstairs was a highlight. Dave, the owner, is extremely knowledgeable about bourbon history, and his selection includes some truly unique pours. Highly recommend staying here—we’ll definitely be back!

Great place to stay! We had everything we needed. We were right in the middle of everything. Perfect place to stay in Frankfort! The key pad to the back door had some numbers rubbed off and she got us a key fob immediately!

Susan was a great host! She was very attentive and checked in with me right away. Her upstairs apartment is quite cozy. It was a nice, quiet neighborhood and I felt safe parking my car on the street out front.

Stayed here several times and never had a complaint. Sarah is a great host and would recommend staying here!

Had a great stay. The location couldn't be beat-close to the horse park and walkable to everything in town. Some have mentioned street noise and parking but neither were much of an issue.Noise wasn't too much of an issue. A little in the early morning as people were heading to work but we are early risers so not a problem. We were able to park right in front of the building all but one day but used the parking lot on the other day. The apt actually has two 1/2 baths. one with a vanity and toilet, the other with a shoeer/tub and vanity. This was great for having separate areas for getting ready in the morning. All in all a great find and if we come back to Georgetown, we will definitely stay here again.
