Better than expected. Fantastic and well-stocked kitchen - everything we needed for a full Thanksgiving feast. So many thoughtful details for a comfortable stay. Hot tub and backyard were awesome. Nice walkable neighborhood. Close to all things horses and handy to downtown. Highly recommend and will definitely stay again when in town.

It was a real home not the usual stuff you see on the apps. 2 fireplaces , huge outdoors and clean as could be. It was a perfect space inside and outside especially for the holidays. Definitely worth it.

We loved this Victorian home full of character! The beds were comfortable as were the gathering room couches. (Yes a new loveseat not shown in the pictures). The back porch was perfect for relaxing any time of the day and we used the table out there for meals too. We sat in the back yard to stargaze. The kitchen was extremely well stocked!! It is just delightful when a host/hostess takes the “B and B” part of this traditionally - with some breakfast items available! SO nice! 😊 We had some trouble with the shared bathroom not draining but were able to get it resolved. Great communication with our hosts! We loved the location- one block off the main strip of shops and restaurants in Midway! And as stated 15 - 20 mins to at least 3 distilleries, more cute shops in Versailles and to Keenland. Only about 30 mins into Lexington. Just perfect!

This house is fantastic. Comfortable beds, extremely clean, stocked kitchen utensils, and great instructions for everything in the house. This is a very nice neighborhood and we felt extremely safe. Close to restaurants and shopping. The house exceeded our expectations.

Loved our stay at Deb’s. Excellent location and tons of amenities! Huge plus for being pet friendly. Our pup felt right at home!

This house was PERFECT! There was plenty to do or just relax and enjoy the property. It is very close to distilleries, wineries and restaurants. We hope to visit again sometime!

We loved staying in the historic home perfectly located for walking to the Capital, easy access to downtown and great food, great bourbon distilleries nearby too. The attention to detail in the home was great! Loved the historic books too! Great spot we will return to many times! Near a great bakery & coffee shop called Andy’s Bakery which was superb!

We really enjoyed our stay. Weather was terrible so we had to improvise on our plans but the fact that the house was so close to many restaurants and bars made it easy. House is about 130 yrs old but well maintained. There is a house on both sides with only a small walkway in between houses. Bathrooms were very clean and we had plenty of towels. Kitchen was nice and there were plenty of dishes to use. We would return if we come back to Frankfort.

I've been in the hospitality and boutique hotel industry for 15 years. I like what they've done with this Victorian home is their always room for improvement of course. That being said I don't thinking you'd be disappointed staying here with a large group of friends or family.

This was a great find! The house was very spacious and accommodating to our group. We were pleasantly surprised with the amenities and supplies that were available. The smoke detector was beeping because of low battery, but the hosts were there in less than 10 minutes to fix it— so awesome! This was great for exploring the middle of the bourbon trail & we will definitely be recommending to others!

This place was stunning! Very spacious & clean. Close to town, yet secluded! It perfectly accommodated our family of 5 adults & 9 children PLUS it’s pet friendly!! The kids & my dog had so much room to play inside & outside! We enjoyed the large hot tub the most. We had snacks/drinks at our arrival, 5 TVs with installed Netflix, a game room that included an additional “living room” area, cooking utensils + seasonings, covered parking for 3 vehicles, perfect lighting, fire pit, washer/dryer, hiking & an indoor/outdoor dining area including LARGE tables. Bunks have one pull out bed! Our stay was around Christmas & we had a Christmas tree + holiday decor! This place has a beautiful front yard view. The master bedroom is massive! The master bath room has installed heating for the open shower. The pictures do not do this place justice. Perfect for large families/multiple small families. We truly could not have asked for a better place to stay with such a wonderful/responsive host! 10/10!!!

The most comfortable bed. Rented it for the Thanksgiving holiday. They allowed an early check in which was great responded right away. We was a large group and had plenty of space. Definitely at the top favorites list

Convenient location and cozy home. Home presented as shown on listing. Beds were comfortable with TV's in every room. Backyard was nice for our dog. Easy 8 minute drive to Buffalo Trace. Liked the bourbon theme decor! Would stay again.

“This Airbnb was absolutely beautiful and spacious, with a fun entertainment room featuring a pool table, karaoke, and arcade games. The home was well-equipped with essentials like laundry detergent and dish soap, and the kitchen had everything we needed—including an espresso machine! The outdoor space was just as lovely, with hot tubs and a fire pit overlooking a gorgeous grassy landscape. Cozy linens, great showers, and a fantastic host who was super responsive and helpful made our stay even better. Highly recommend!

Howard was very responsive and got our questions answered quickly. The home was just as described and very nice! We had a great stay and felt right at home the entire weekend! They had everything we needed in the kitchen and more. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you!

Great place to spend quality time with family. Close to Buffalo Trace, which was very nice! Nicole was awesome, with quick response when checking in.

I messaged Tamara and she responded very quickly. Her husband also very caring and nice host that recommended us the good local restaurant. (Thank you Paul, we had an awesome stay). The location is beautiful, and the house is so clean plus they have very good beds that helped us sleep well for a long trip home.

I am so happy that I stayed with Nick and Susan. The house is gorgeous - everything that was great in 1867 with the comforts of 2025. I felt at home when I walked in the door. The bed is very comfortable and they have light blocking curtains so the bedroom was actually dark. I slept so well while I was there. The house was also super clean. I can tell that they put a lot of thought into the comfort of their guests, and it shows. It's worth going to Frankfort just to stay here. The location is great for everything in Frankfort. I used the parking lot around the corner, which was so close that I could see my car from the house.
