Always a wonderful stay for our family. The home is pristine and so comfortable. Mary takes care of every detail. Definitely one of the best places to stay!

Great location and perfect house just like the pictures.

Easy access and communication from start. Fully equipped kitchen, nice fire pit, everything works, beautifully decorated and history of fish camp! Close to Bourbon trail, easy access to Buffalo Trace.? We had an 8 year old and she was allowed on BT tour, kids were treated special. Some other distilleries may no allow kids, check. House has games and a nice swing outside. I am sure it is more fun outside in warmer weather! Great choice Just perfect for 5 adults and a 8 year old!

This was a great find! The house was very spacious and accommodating to our group. We were pleasantly surprised with the amenities and supplies that were available. The smoke detector was beeping because of low battery, but the hosts were there in less than 10 minutes to fix it— so awesome! This was great for exploring the middle of the bourbon trail & we will definitely be recommending to others!

The house is very nice and clean. It is an old house that has charm to it and has been taken care of. Great location in that it is near downtown Frankfort and also only a mile or two from Buffalo Trace. Street parking was super easy - we found two spots right outside of the house.

This property was easy to find and had easy parking. Home was very clean and comfortable. Loved the built-ins in the kitchen. Logan was very responsive to questions. Wish it had been warmer to sit outside as there is a nice, spacious deck for sitting and enjoying the river view. Appreciated the notebook with restaurant ideas and things to do. We loved the Cliffside Diner - GREAT burgers and friendly staff. It was a nice home near the Ark encounter and nice to check out the Kentucky area - Midway and Williamstown.

We stayed in this Airbnb in order to travel to a basketball game and several bourbon facilities. While we spent a lot of time away from the Airbnb, we still had a nice stay. It was a beautiful place, very clean, quiet for the most part (some outside noise from local bar, but not bad), and overall just a great location for us to be able to walk to dinner, coffee shops, and shopping. I feel certain we'd stay here again. Our host was very friendly, and we enjoyed it a lot.

Peaceful and quiet! Had everything I needed and was well stocked w towels and soap/detergent etc. Could use more cookware but I had my own. It is an old house and has old house quirks. Shanda was super responsive and helpful with any issues or questions. I really liked the location - nice spot between Frankfort and Lexington. Super close to distilleries and plenty to explore.

Great location! Beautiful and charming historical place to stay. It is very well maintained and clean! It had everything we needed and more! It was quiet and peaceful. We loved the mattress! We would love to stay again next visit!

We couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate a birthday than Craig’s charming spot in downtown Frankfort. Nestled amidst vibrant shops, eateries, and coffee spots, the location felt like home and brought back nostalgic memories with its historic charm. The convenience of being steps away from bourbon tastings and delightful confections added so much surprise and delight to our stay. Craig’s unique space was both cozy and serendipitous, making our celebration truly special. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a memorable stay in Frankfort!

We had a great time! Loved the location to visit the distilleries. The Garden is beautiful and they thought of everything to make it a pleasant stay. We will be recommending their place to our friends. Great communication with them as well. Highly recommend!!

The place was lovely and so convenient to lots of restaurants and shopping. We really appreciated having some coffee and condiments provided for our stay. The checkout time, 3 pm was great as was the checkout time of 11 am. We stayed in Frankfort to visit distilleries. Spent most of the time not too far away and one day in Louisville. Great central location! Highly recommend Phyllis' place if you are in the area.

This was my first ever time booking an Airbnb and I hope every experience is like what I experienced with the main stave! Aaron was really helpful in describing everything I needed to know involving towels, door code, and checkout day procedures. I honestly might’ve found my go-to place anytime I spend time in Frankfort! Thanks a lot Aaron for having us!

We stayed in the Four Roses Suit and it was wonderful. This was during the snow and it felt really cozy and was had a great HVAC system heated up fast and stayed warm all night easily. Walking distance to Vallozzi’s which is excellent, and the coffee shop on the corner is really great too. Host were responsive and good to deal with. Highly recommend.

Amelia’s lovely apartment looks just like the pictures. I had to adjust my dates several times because of work-related issues, and Amelia was very accommodating. She had thought of everything for the kitchen—there is a percolator for the coffee, and I had forgotten how much I love coffee made that way! The apartment was very comfortable and quiet. Would love to stay again in the future!

Had a great stay! Easy check in and a 10 minute walk to the convention center.

Condo was clean and centrally located. We could walk to Rupp and restaurants. Check in was seamless and had all the amenities of home.

Airbnb- 10/10😍 Super cozy! Definitely the best, most convenient, and well kept Airbnb. The host is SUPER thoughtful when maintaining the space, she provided everything we could’ve needed: plenty of towels (body, rags, AND MAKEUP??😍), extra tooth brushes, feminine products, makeup wipes, had PLENTY of blankets to snuggle up with, and had so many pamphlets with great recommendations on what to to.

Beautiful apartment in great location, very clean and well furnished. Communication was excellent as well, and easy check-in and checkout. Would definitely stay here again. Only thing to be aware of is this is on the 3rd floor of the apartment building with no elevator, so if you or someone you are traveling with have challenges with stairs this is something to keep in mind (not an issue for me but could be for others). Thank you again!
