We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful home! With three bedrooms and two bathrooms, it was the perfect size for our group of two couples, but it could easily accommodate three couples comfortably. The house was extremely clean, cozy, and felt just like home. The hot tub was a wonderful bonus, perfect for relaxing after a day on the Bourbon Trail. The location was ideal for exploring the area, making our trip even more enjoyable. Our host was incredibly helpful, providing great communication throughout our stay. We highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting the area—would definitely stay here again!

Great location! Secluded and private, perfect for a nice country stay. Unfortunately, the weather did not let us enjoy the fire pit but we will definitely be back!

This was absolutely a fantastic place to stay at. Everything was exactly as described, and we look forward to visiting here again and then not so distant future. I would highly recommend this home when visiting Frankfort.

The house is very nice and clean. It is an old house that has charm to it and has been taken care of. Great location in that it is near downtown Frankfort and also only a mile or two from Buffalo Trace. Street parking was super easy - we found two spots right outside of the house.

This was the perfect place to stay on our bourbon trail adventure! Chase was proactive in reaching out to make sure our check in went smoothly and provided an excellent list of local recommendations that didn’t disappoint! The house was clean and spacious, and we had a great time hanging out in the hidden speakeasy. The backyard was gorgeous, and we took full advantage of the fire pit while we were there. The proximity to Buffalo Trace was a huge plus as well. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and will definitely stay here again on future bourbon trail visits!

This is our second visit to Jon's listing. We enjoy the location and easy access to the Kentucky Horse Park. The apartment is lovely and very spacious and was accommodating for 5 people. I highly recommend this property.

I thought the space was unique and we were comfortable once we got settled in. I liked the quiet neighborhood and we were pretty close to a variety of restaurants.

Peaceful and quiet! Had everything I needed and was well stocked w towels and soap/detergent etc. Could use more cookware but I had my own. It is an old house and has old house quirks. Shanda was super responsive and helpful with any issues or questions. I really liked the location - nice spot between Frankfort and Lexington. Super close to distilleries and plenty to explore.

This was a cute little spot right on the edge of the downtown strip! The house was clean, accommodating but it said it could sleep 4 and there was only one bed! We were going to have our parents come by last minute to stay after a night of drinking and they couldn't come because there is only one bed. This needs to be updated to only a 2 person stay, not 4.

I had a great stay! Location is very nice, in the suburbs right near campus if you need access. Easy to get too! Hosts are incredibly accommodating and responsive with clear communication and help! I would highly recommend staying in any units they offer!

Julie should be labeled a "Super-Super Host". She was so responsive, answering all our questions. We were in town for the NCAA Basketball First and Second Rounds and this property was perfect. We were so close to anything and everything and the property was super easy to access, park, and relax in. The games started before check-in and we were allowed to park at the property which was so convenient. The morning of check-in day, Julie contacted me and said we could check in early to drop our stuff off and head to the games. This place has EVERYTHING you would need. Just bring your luggage and food -- all the kitchen items you could ever need are there! Thank you so much Julie!

The accommodations were wonderful! Simple, elegant, and exceeded my expectations. For those visiting Shelbyville, it is located within walking distance to a multitude of businesses. Highly recommended.

The place was a nice retreat from city life. The location was in a nice quiet area with barely any noise. When we arrived it was super clean and ready to be stayed in. Had everything we needed to stay for about a month. If you needed food or anything, Kroger is literally a minute drive from the location. Also want to give a shout out to our host, Katie. She is a amazing host, any questions or concerns I had were immediately answered. She is very kind and welcoming! I would definitely stay here again if I come back to Shelbyville. Wonderful place!

We stayed in the Four Roses Suit and it was wonderful. This was during the snow and it felt really cozy and was had a great HVAC system heated up fast and stayed warm all night easily. Walking distance to Vallozzi’s which is excellent, and the coffee shop on the corner is really great too. Host were responsive and good to deal with. Highly recommend.

We very much enjoyed our brief time in this beautifully restored apartment and would gladly stay again. The owners have done a fantastic job maintaining the historic feel of the building while also ensuring all modern conveniences. The location in the middle of the beautiful Kentucky horse country is also terrific. Thank you for a very nice stay.

Overall a great place to stay. Very cool space, bigger than the pictures show. Walking distance to lots of places.

2nd time staying here -- this time for the NCAA Tournament. Just a terrific location near a game arcade plus Rupp Arena and right next to a solid list of drink/food options. The only concern a group could have with this place -- one bedroom is 2 single beds. Another bedroom is closest to the walkway below near a pizzeria and brewery. So at night, if you're trying to go to sleep, you can potentially hear all of that below. But if you ask me, that's a small price to pay for a helluva entertaining area and awesome lodgings!
