My family stayed here over the holidays and reported an easy and great experience!

My sister and I spent our birthdays here and enjoyed a week of peace, reflection, and adventure together. Jill was so friendly, responsive, and welcoming and we found ourselves chatting with her over coffee each morning and walking around the property together. Jill is a wonderful person and we count ourselves so lucky that we got to meet her. Looking forward (so much!) to coming back soon and showing up, engaging fully, and letting go🍂🍁 Jill is the best!!!

This place is a gem! I was looking for an area in a quiet area and this Airbnb was the perfect little nook to crash in. The bed was SO comfy and the Host was very friendly and responsive! She had a wonderful assortment of teas and fresh eggs that you can cook with. I went kayaking in the lake close to their home and it was so beautiful out there. I would say this is the perfect room for someone looking for a quiet nook in the woods!!

Gregory is a friendly host who is very welcoming and keeps a beautiful home.

We had a wonderful stay at Carol and Robin’s home on the lake. Anyone looking for a serene and peaceful setting would be thrilled with this rental. Our hosts communication both prior to and during our stay was top notch. We certainly hope to return someday.

Janet and Bob are warm, interested and engaging hosts. It was wonderful to meet them and to learn about their lives, interests, careers and family. The room is just as pictured, at the far end of the upstairs hall, so private feeling, even as the rest of the home is shared. Breakfast was on the screen porch overlooking a large, beautiful, lush, yard. They are about a 15 minute walk from the heart of downtown Amherst, so I didn't use my car once after arriving. To be clear: it's a 15 minute walk, not a 5 minute walk, but being on foot during my whole time in Amherst was another wonderful aspect to my visit.

The location is beautiful up on a hill with beautiful fall foliage, gardens and wildlife abound! Definitely a world away from urban living. Josette has great recommendations of things to do in the area. Includes freshly made items with included breakfast! A great find if you like to wake up early and take in the surrounding area.

Delia's place was wonderful and the location was close to all of the amenities of the Northampton area.

We had another wonderful weekend at Barbara & Chad's suite. We've stayed there multiple times and love it for our family of four. The hosts are always responsive and so very helpful. We also love the nearby Berkshire East Mountain resort and nearby local towns. Looking forward to our next visit!

Enjoyed our stay. Frank and Manon greeted us and were very friendly. The place was clean, quiet and very comfortable. The refrigerator was very well stocked!! Highly recommend!!

WOW~ what a beautiful and inviting space! Walking into the apartment took our breath away. The decor, ambiance, cleanliness, and attention to detail was truly exceptional~ just like the pictures but even better in person! What a treat to experience the warmth and charm of this upscale and cozy space for the weekend. The love and care poured into every aspect did not go unnoticed. Jacqueline was a phenomenal host, and made everything so easy, from check in, to check out. Not to mention the special treats laid out upon our arrival. And you can’t beat the location, it was just perfect! 5 STARS across the board in all categories!!! This is undoubtedly one of the best spots in town if not thee best!!! Do yourself a favor and check it out!!!

We stayed for a month in Karen's apartment in Shelburne Falls. The bedroom is enormous, with an extremely comfortable bed and great air conditioning for summer months. The living room is cozy, with a big-screen TV, lots of books, and a dining room table. There is a well-stocked kitchen for folks who want to cook at home. The house is also a ten minute walk to Shelburne Falls' serene downtown area, where there are a few great restaurants and coffee shops. It's also extremely close to a lot of good hiking trails. Karen herself is one of the best hosts that we've stayed with. She took the initiative to check in on us throughout the trip, and met us ahead of time to talk about expectations. We really enjoyed our stay!

We had an excellent stay at Jennifer’s. It’s been the best so far! The arrangements in the kitchen and all the provisions were excellent. Very generous I would add. The washer / dryer set up really took care of all our needs. The kicker of course was the coffee bar! We enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

Jane and Carl are quite possibly the best hosts I've ever had. They were innkeepers for a long stretch and it shows. Their place is so cozy and clean and it's set in a beautiful location. Deerfield is a lovely place with lots of farmland and as it suggests, fields :) They made me breakfast in the morning and it was so delicious. An omelette and a bowl of fresh fruit with a muffin and some orange juice. There's a coffee maker in the space with lots of tea and coffee to choose from. The bathtub is generously sized so great for soaking. They both communicated very well and are very respectful boundaries. I highly recommend to stay with Jane and Karl!

Yohah's B&B was the ideal: a beautiful restored home with a fascinating history; an engaged, progressive small community that cares about its residents; a farmer's market, antiques store, a one-of-a-kind hardware store; nine cemeteries (1700's); and a kind, gracious host whose own stories were an important part of the visit to Ashfield. Nearby areas--Northhampton, Shelburne Falls--are well worth a visit.

Jim and Michelle were such welcoming and accommodating hosts. Their home is the perfect location tucked away in the countryside. Enjoying coffee and breakfast with Michelle on Sunday and their super friendly dog, Darby, was such a pleasant treat. Would love to come back more and explore the area. One thing to note, if you have Verizon you'll be off the grid here because cell service is sparse - but that's probably the best way to fully immerse yourself in the property and truly enjoy it!

My family and I visited for my nephew’s graduation from UMASS Amherst (which was a 30 min drive away through lovely countryside). Yohah has created a beautiful and unforgettable Airbnb experience in this large historic home: Colorful, clean, nuanced with antiques, a library of interesting content, and other special details. We had lovely conversations about the history of the town, his art and work (he is an accomplished artist in addition to his work as a hospital chaplain). And he treated us to the most delicious and healthy breakfasts. He was so helpful at directing us to local spots. This place would be a prime spot for artists or writers looking to have their own retreat to work on their craft in a peaceful and serene setting. We look forward to someday returning! The place was exactly what we were looking for, Michele and Thomas were wonderful hosts - even laid out a breakfast spread! We’d be happy to come back.

I can’t say enough about the beauty and isolation of this spot. Within a 10 minute drive there are a variety of good restaurants and shops, and Northampton isn’t far. But for walks in the woods, biking or looking at the mountains through the 270 degree window panorama, this spot is extraordinarily spacious and cozy. There are a number of famous rock climbing sites nearby. The bathtub is the largest I’ve used, not a jacuzzi, but bigger than most hotel jacuzzis. Plenty of hot water.

Loved our stay! Just a quick weekend getaway for a friend and me and it was perfect for that. The yard is incredibly peaceful, filled with birds and a gorgeous view. The beds were very comfortable, and Josette’s breakfast was a delicious start to the day. We would love to come back again.

No wonder Nancy is a super host. She has combined all those roles into one, a sister, a mother, even a nana. Sitting on the deck, enjoying breezes from the early fall; the waves from Connecticut river and the splashing sounds sooth and rock you like a baby in a mother’s arms. If you seek a home away from your home; if you love nature, then, Riverbank is for you!! Nancy, I wish I could thank you more!
