Set upon the eastern bluffs of the Berkshire hills, Highfields farm is a stunningly beautiful property with great vistas. The autumn leaves were changing and the crisp clear mornings gave way to comfortably warm days.! The night sky was spectacular without light pollution. We will be back

The coziness of a mountain cabin married with the fun of your relative’s basement game and exercise equipment room. It’s a fun and quirky place that fires our kids’ imagination. The caretakers are right downstairs and ready to help with anything including plowing out the parking in the morning so we can go skiing! Thanks for a great stay!

Katie's house was perfect for our get together. It was clean, cozy, and we especially loved the backyard with pool and hot tubs. Katie was very responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay again!

Morning Side is filled with character and charm. The house itself, the furnishings, and even the book collection take you back to 18th century New England. The kitchen and dining area are particularly cozy and inviting. The windows and views are magical, particularly with a good snowfall. The host was very helpful, particularly proactive about preparing the sidewalk and driveway for snowfall, even on Thanksgiving Day!

We had a wonderful stay. Fall is especially beautiful here, and -- if anything -- the photos undersell the space and the view. The retreat is very comfortable (we had a one-year-old crawling around), and the light through the windows and shadows up into the vaulted ceiling are beautiful through the day. Out front, there is a long rolling hill (no house in sight) with wild turkeys out there most of the time. The kitchen is very well-appointed (better than my home I'm afraid...), and Katrina and Jonah welcomed us super graciously. We'd love to spend more time here (as a family of three), or I'd personally like to come back for a solo retreat! Thanks!

This place was a great fit for our family. We brought toys for our kids, but the hosts already had a plethora of toys available. Host was very friendly and allowed us to check out a few hours late. We would stay again.

We had a fantastic stay at Joan’s house! She went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, even baking delicious banana bread and providing snacks, wine and water for us. The house was spotless and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a cozy and well-kept home away from home. We booked this adorable cottage for a long weekend honeymoon for our daughter and her military husband. It was so convenient to everything and the space was clean and bright! Anna was extra thoughtful and responsive.

Our family fell head over heels for this incredible Airbnb! - Just a quick 5-minute jaunt from the slopes, the location couldn’t have been more perfect for our snowy adventures. We actually drove back home to enjoy our noodle soups for lunch since the main lodge of Berkshire East was packed and impossible to find seats. - The home itself was immaculate and breathtakingly beautiful. The host, Gina, went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable—thoughtful touches like feminine hygiene products in every bathroom. - The hot tub outside was the perfect touch! - And let’s not forget our toddler, who was absolutely *thrilled* by the treasure trove of toys waiting for them—it was like walking into a little paradise for kids! From start to finish, Gina’s Airbnb was a dream come true, and we’re already counting down the days until we can return!

A lovely place to stay. A wonderful mash up of design concepts that flowed well together: Scandinavian, Japanese, mid-century modern. The flow-through living space with large sliding doors leading to a deck makes the space feel incredibly large and open, yet cozy and comfortable. Will definitely stay again.

Mary Beth's air B&B is a beautiful home with many hand built details. It was perfect for my family to stay and Mary Beth was extremely responsive and helpful with the winter storm we had during our stay. We had a 1 year old staying with us and Mary Beth had a high chair, pack and play and toys for him to use! Wonderful place and host, would be delighted to stay there again.

It was a comfortable stay. Check in was smooth, bed was comfortable and the rooms were very clean. The sunrise and the field view from the apartment was amazing. Highly recommended!

Words cannot begin to describe our stay at Jeffrey's house! The rain may have impacted our ability to really take in all the mountain views, but the property was beautiful and the house was so welcoming. Jeffrey answered all of my questions for weeks leading up to our stay and made sure we had everything we needed - including replacing the air fryer ahead of our stay to make sure we could feed our picky children and delivering a bag of ice so I could make my iced coffees. I love all of the recent updates that were done that gave the house an extra feeling of luxury while maintaining coziness/comfort as well. I 12 out of 10 would recommend Jeffrey as a host and we will most certainly be back in the future - hopefully on a sunnier weekend!

Victoria's house felt like home. It was so easy to get comfortable and relax and the property is serene and beautiful. It had everything we needed and her communication was clear, helpful and swift. We highly recommend.

Lovely house at on a private cul-de-sac. Lots of room for 3 adult couples in town for a family wedding. Well appointed kitchen. Each couple had a separate bathroom, handy when getting ready for the wedding. Enjoyed hanging out in the comfortable common spaces. Sharing take out in the formal dining room one night was a treat. Beautiful back yard with patio and open porch surrounded by trees.

We had a wonderful 5 days at the house and felt right at home. The location is very secluded and peaceful which is exactly what we wanted. It felt very cosy with the woodburning stove. Despite the freezing temperatures we felt very warm and comfortable. We had some communication with Debra beforehand as one of our party had recently broken her arm and conditions at the house were snowy and icy. Debra was very concerned for our safety and was proactive in letting us know the conditions and willing to let us change the date of our booking if we wanted (we didn't), which we very much appreciated. We were met at the property by Jorma who kindly showed us around the house and how to use the woodburner, he also checked in on us a couple of times via text to make sure all was going well. We were provided with lots of info and recommendations about the local area, trails, and things to do. We also had a lovely gift basket on our arrival. Thanks for a lovely vacation!

This was perfect! Fantastic kitchen for us to cook with our son. Quiet location with dark bedrooms and comfy beds for great sleep. The home was absolutely charming and wonderful. Kristen was super-responsive and helpful. Woody was a joy when we met him Sunday morning! Will definitely look to stay here when visiting our son.

We had a great stay at Sally and Noava’s place! The surroundings were so peaceful and beautiful, truthfully a cabin in the woods. The house was perfectly clean and relaxing. The hosts were so responsive making it that much more comfortable of a stay. We would definitely come back here again!

Our group included our daughter, her husband and child. We stayed 3 nights at Susan’s house, and are so grateful and happy. Susan lives next door and was on hand to greet us, and then she completely gave us our privacy. With our toddler grandson, we so appreciated the high chair, baby gate, board books and wooden puzzle. It was a perfect environment for ALL of us. We cooked a big dinner and 2 breakfasts in the well-appointed kitchen, served in the beautiful dining room. Comfy couch & chairs in living rm. The bedrooms were spacious, with comfy beds and good closet space. The bathroom was excellent, good water pressure and fluffy towels. We appreciated the window air conditioners, which kept us all quite comfortable. We loved Susan’s environmental consciousness, and were glad to compost, recycle and conserve. Oh, and the front porch is a delight! Such an inviting extra space, which we enjoyed. The street is quiet and close to town, an easy walk. I HIGHLY recommend this home and Susan!

Susan's place was like many others have said, equivalent to visiting a museum! Being an 18th century farmhouse, it's a piece of history that Susan kindly shares. We could have stayed much longer and wished we had a week there to explore and appreciate it all. Our trip was rainy, which made the dirt road muddy, but Susan was calm and helpful as we worried about getting stuck in our small sedan. We left grateful for getting to experience the solitude of this Massachusetts gem, even with the unpredictable weather. My husband and I couldn't get enough of the home with its cracks and creaks. Our son loved the toys and hiking in the woods. The large fireplace was a highlight of our trip, and Susan herself was a large part of what made this stay so lovely. She is extremely kind and hospitable. We can't say enough wonderful things about this listing in a short review. We hope to visit again one day.

John's place is beautiful, historic and cozy. Perfect place to decompress in the country, a quarter mile down a quiet country road from the DAR nature preserve with trails through forest, views, and lakes. Loved cooking in the airy barn-like kitchen with an amazing old stove, working from the table in the downstairs bedroom looking out at the cardinals and jays in the back yard. Super quiet and calm, adorable towns of Ashfield and Williamsburg are close too. John was super responsive and flexible-- thanks for a great stay John.
