The house exceeded expectations for my family and everybody was satisfoed with the stay. Would definitely recommend if in the area.

The condo was very nice and comfortable. The host was responsive and provided good instructions ahead of time. The location is great, just a short slide to the condo lift. It is true ski in ski out, and provides a great Sugarloaf experience!

Christopher was a great host and the place was amazing. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be going back. Cozy and warm atmosphere with everything you need for the perfect ski trip. Christopher was accommodating and very helpful during our first trip out here.

Amanda’s place was so comfortable and such a great location! She went above and beyond to reach out beforehand and while we were there if we needed anything. The driveway was plowed before we arrived and even once the weekend we were there after a big snow storm. She was a great host and that alone is enough to make us want to come back.

We enjoyed our stay at Cheryl and Ambers place. Prompt response always. Great view of sugar loaf mountain. The pool was a bonus. There place had all the essentials you need. I only have a few minor complaints it was very hot with no AC. There was only one fan and no screen doors. Also it could use a deep cleaning. Other than that our stay was great very quiet and relaxing.

The house was very nice, really good size, and right down the street from the Franklin County Fair that was going on at the time.

What a wonderful stay my friends and I had for our annual ski trip to Sunday River! A perfect location that was calm and relaxing with plenty of space for four people! The sauna was an amazing amenity as well!!

We had a great stay in this comfortable & quiet apartment. Finding it, however, was a challenge since there’s no address visible from the main street, and it’s actually located on a separate lane. In addition, the map on Airbnb shows the wrong location! Add to this the lack of cell reception! Tracey’s a friendly host who communicates well & liked our suggestion to provide more info for confirmed guests (such as the lane name) on Airbnb for finding the property. We would love to return!

Our stay was absolutely fabulous! Darryl was an amazing host, super responsive and full of great local recommendations. The place was spotless, cozy, and just a short drive to Sunday River where we skied. We loved using the sauna, hot tub, and game room, it was the perfect mix of fun and relaxation. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook family meals, and we spent evenings by the fireplace with a glass of wine, enjoying the beautiful view from the terrace. It was the perfect getaway, and we’re already looking forward to coming back! Thank you Darryl!

Great spot for weekend getaway to ski or other outdoor recreation. Kitchen was well stocked, forget salt and pepper they had a full spice drawer! Thanks Kyle!

Our stay was very nice and just what the friend group needed. The house was peaceful and had wonderful vibes all around with fun decorations and design. It was also a treat to be so close to the River. Wonderful home all around

My husband and I rented this place for our wedding venue. Kim was great at communicating what was needed for us to use her place as a venue. The location was absolutely stunning! The home was clean and easy to check in. A few things that need to be more clear is the sleeping arrangements. There are only 3 bedrooms. The rest of the sleeping areas are pull out beds in common areas. It can sleep many people but they all have to sleep in the downstairs together. For this reason, it was a little pricey. We don’t regret renting this place for our venue and are grateful for Kim letting us check in early. Kim was a great host!

Kim’s home was perfect for a 2 night ski getaway! The open concept was great for a larger group and the proximity to the mountain was unbeatable. We really enjoyed the hot tub, and everybody was happy with their bedroom! Would rent again for sure!

We had a wonderful stay! We had a large group with kids ranging from 2 years old to 13 and they all had plenty of space to play and hang out together. The home was clean and comfortable. Leisa answered any questions we had and always responded quickly. We took the kids to Moose Alley on the rainy day we had where they joyed the arcade and bowling. Coos Canyon was another fun spot for cliff jumping and and icecream stop. We drove into Rangeley on our last day and the kids enjoyed the beach/playground area. The town had some cute shops and we had dinner at a local brewhouse. We all enjoyed our last evening outside by the fire enjoying the beautiful sunset views. 🌲😊🔥🍺💙

Great stay at the house. The house was very clean! If you have little kids, be aware that the house has a lot of fragile items and decor. Also, if kids want to play outside, they are limited as to where they can play and what they can do outside. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful home right in wyman lake. Nice place is a really nice area. Check in was super easy and Amber was excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, thank you amber!

It was a perfect home for our family Christmas gathering! Definitely would stay here again.

The place was perfect! Kelly was a great host complete with alerting us to look out the window to see the northern lights! No complaints about her large comfortable home.

Felt like we were nestled in the woods. Kitchen was exceptionally stocked! Felt like we had everything we needed. Loved the front windows!

We enjoyed our stay at Craig's place. There was plenty of room for our group, which consisted of four couples. The house is close to Sugarloaf which was so convenient for the skiers. We stayed inside one of the days as it was bitter cold and were all comfortable hanging out in the living room playing games. Craig was flexible and allowed us to check in a little early and pay to stay longer through the last day. The view of the bog and mountain from the kitchen is gorgeous and we were able to get a small walk in following the little trail that borders the property and bog. All in all it was a convenient and cozy stay.

Lani’s place was amazing for our weekend getaway up to Sugarloaf! There were 6 of us and it was very spacious, yet so homey and cozy. The hot tub was a great addition — especially after a long day of skiing! The shuttle service to the mountain was very convenient too. Lani was very responsive and helpful. We will be going back again soon! Definitely don’t pass up this place!

Beds were wicked comfy! The house felt like staying in someone’s home as opposed to a sterile rental.
