Victoria’s place is very cozy and peaceful. It was even better than we expected. We had a wonderful stay and absolutely would return.

We had a great stay in the lake cottage! It is perfect for kids to look for tree frogs and salamanders in the woods, find pretty rocks snorkeling, warm up by the fire after and play games after dinner. I was worried about 1 bathroom for 8 people, but it never became an issue. Scapes cafe is only 5 minutes away and they have a lot of breakfast/lunch options (cheddar biscuits are a must have!) Be careful on the deck, it can be a little slippery when wet, bring a sharp knife if you plan on a lot of cooking and you’ll have the best time!

I've been going to Rangeley/Saddleback Mtn for many years. Steven's place was located in a very nice quiet area, great for walking my dogs, just a few miles to the mountain and downtown. I appreciate being able to have dogs with me as well. I'd enjoy staying here again.

This is such a perfect place. Very clean, has everything you need. Close to the restaurants and grocery store in downtown Rangeley and a quick easy drive to Saddleback Heather really thought of all the little things like the bedding and the towels are such high-quality. The heater keeps the place cozy. The shower has excellent pressure and gets really hot I highly recommend this VRBO. It’s also an excellent value!

We had an amazing stay! The house is just gorgeous and the views are amazing!! Our kids enjoyed the one immensely and can’t wait to come back! Thank you for sharing this piece of paradise!

Felt like we were nestled in the woods. Kitchen was exceptionally stocked! Felt like we had everything we needed. Loved the front windows!

My husband and I rented this place for our wedding venue. Kim was great at communicating what was needed for us to use her place as a venue. The location was absolutely stunning! The home was clean and easy to check in. A few things that need to be more clear is the sleeping arrangements. There are only 3 bedrooms. The rest of the sleeping areas are pull out beds in common areas. It can sleep many people but they all have to sleep in the downstairs together. For this reason, it was a little pricey. We don’t regret renting this place for our venue and are grateful for Kim letting us check in early. Kim was a great host!

We had been looking for a private vacation spot on a lake that would accommodate our intergenerational family of 8 and 2 pets for a few years. Sweetwater Cottage was worth the wait! The long backyard and raised screened in porch made for exquisite views of the sunsets while our kids and dogs played. Quiet lake and neighbors made for an equally perfect spot for early morning fishing and afternoon naps while listening to the loons. We caught several bass, lake trout and even a landlocked salmon out on our flat bottom boat, and the kids were endlessly entertained by catching sunfish off of the dock. The provided paddleboards were a favorite. We even paddled out to the small island where we got up close to a Bald Eagle's nest and took turns jumping off the small wooden platform on a rope swing. The house was beautiful and spacious with comfortable beds and a sectional couch that fit our whole family for game nights. Lots of great memories and photos made. We can't wait to return!

Once again and for the sixth or seventh year we went back to Kai's place with our friends. Always a joy to spend time on David Pond. Can't say enough about it !!! Super clean,all the amenities we need, great view and Kai attentive as usual. We will be back next year Kai,thank you. Marilyn & Tom

Really enjoyed this spot beautiful house, lots of really cool stuff and Troy makes it very clear that you can use anything in the home which was really nice and very rare to see! We will definitely be back. It was a perfect getaway for skiing having the hot tub available was especially nice. The game room brought hours of entertainment as well, and the wine selection was fantastic!

What a peaceful gem! We booked this at the last minute and we're so happy we did. It's amazingly quiet--we heard loons but not much else. We loved that the lake doesn't allow motorized watercraft. This is definitely a Maine camp--simple, no frills, and that's what makes it great.

Kelly was very fast in responding to our questions! The cabin was perfect for the rainy weekend that we had! The kayaks were a hit with the kids!

Our second stay here, we love it! The hot tub with deer wondering in from the forest is truly special.

Great stay! The place was well stocked, clean and just as advertised. Such a great location near the river with a fire pit. We really enjoyed the screened in porch.

This is our second stay and it was wonderful again. Beautiful location on a quiet, peaceful lake and the cabin is well stocked. We had some high winds that resulted in a couple of power outages. Tia kept us informed of expected restoration times. Highly recommended!

Great spot near Mt blue pond. Has mostly everything you need at the shack. I would have packed lighter if I knew it was fully stocked. But it’s good to know for next time. There are neighbors on one side divided by a huge fence. Shack was cozy, clean and peaceful. It was so nice of Alexandra to let us use the kayak! It was awesome! Kids had a blast!

The cabin was clean and well appointed. The area is very peaceful, and we enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back next year.

Just returned from the most fantastic 2 weeks exploring the US which included a weeks stay at Kiwi Lodge. Where to start? This was exactly as described and the perfect base for exploring Maine. The property was spotless and has all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. 3 beautiful bedrooms, 2 great sized bathrooms, wonderful living area and kitchen and fantastic games room. Hot tub was brilliant. The location on the lake is just perfect, we had the lake to ourselves and took the canoe out. Nearest town of Farmington has all the shops and cafes you’d need. The communication from Kay was great from the day we booked, and recommendations we took her up on were all absolutely spot on. Thank you Kay and thank you Kiwi Lodge for a holiday to remember!

Great spot. cute house. beautiful location by the river. Nichole is a super host. If using as a base camp for snowmobiles it is almost a mile of road riding and neighbors walking or even driving by don't seem pleased.

We had a great family ski trip. The house was great with many great amenities. The view is great, we even saw a moose while drinking our morning coffee. Will definatly be back.

We had a great week at this lovely cottage! All the amenities we needed to enjoy time right by the water. Loved the comfortable beds and living room furniture…plenty of space to sprawl out even for a relatively small cabin. And I got what I needed most: kayaking and loons. We had a great week!

My hubbie, 3 daughters (18-20 yrs), and dog stayed for a week and LOVED this property! The camplike setting promotes adventure and an appreciation of the beautiful natural setting, but make no mistake, every nook and cranny is elevated in design and decor in a fabulous rustic/antique style. We had killer camp breakfasts made on the outdoor black stone griddle and cooked out on the grill. The outdoor shower is spectacular. The entire place is geared for you to enjoy beautiful Webb Lake, one of the clearest lakes in Maine. The large dock made for hours of hanging out + fishing, and the swimming pad was fun for swimming, sunning, napping, and gymnastics routines (it was an Olympics week!). The boathouse is a snuggly place to hang out and we used the paddleboards and kayaks each day of our stay. We fished off of the dock daily and kayaked to the inlets to fish for (and catch - and release) small-mouthed bass while listening to the loons and moose bugling. Really special place - thank you!
