This place was really great and had an awesome location with many walkable food options very close, especially in a town that lacks many other lodging options. Had space to move around and was generally comfortable. If I had to nitpick, I would say the bed (at least in the room in which i slept) wasn't especially comfortable with a spring mattress and had what seemed like a very plasticy mattress protector that was a bit irritating and loud/crinkly. May just be a preference thing, but I always prefer a foam mattress, or at least a foam topper. Was fairly firm without being hard at least so it wasn't so bad.

With an expansive view of Tim’s Ford Lake from a bluff on a private and peaceful peninsula, we had a lovely stay in this well appointed and affordable place. The lake is accessible from stairs down to a peaceful dock from which kayaks can be launched. It also gives easy access to tailwater below the dam where we caught a goodly number of rainbow and brown trout. Being able to watch movies in the evening after grilling out on the enormous projection unit with surround sound was quite a bonus. The view from the master overlooking the lake, and the wind down opportunity in the hot tub with the same gorgeous view were really fantastic features as well. We had a lovely time.

This was our second time to stay here. It was great definitely would stay here again.

Super clean, comfortable, and close to town. Beautiful walking trails right outside the home. Bethany was easy to communicate with and responsive. I would definitely stay here again!

Walk in to this new and clean place and you are showered with treats and eats! The host really goes overboard to please her guests. Wonderful experience!

Like the no cleaning fees and upfront descriptions. Will stay again when coming to Huntsville

While we didn't met Rachel we were greeted by Tom, the manager, and he was friendly and easy to get along with. During our stay we made a couple of requests and they were handled immediately. The building is old & quirky and a work in progress but the rooms are beautifully furnished and have all the creature comforts ( we got a tour !). Rachel and Tom are community minded and are working towards making Franklin House a vital part of the Cowan community. If you love small town adventures this is the perfect place to go ! We had a great time !

Very welcoming and responsive, especially since we booked the day of. Checked in with me during our stay as well. Only thing I can say is that the upstairs neighbors have heavy feet lol but they’re not walking around that long. I would definitely recommend and stay again! I got the peace of mind I needed.

Jarrod was responsive with any issue that should arise. He worked to get issues fixed from previous tenants before I moved in and made temporary arrangements during that time. Apartments have everything needed for your stay as far as the basics. Coffee maker, fridge, stove, microwave and pots and pans.

The launch pad was perfect! Love the decor and comfort! Beds were great! Kitchen perfect for what we needed. Matt was very easy to connect with. Had a few issues/questions and he responded immediately. I would definitely stay again.

Studio had everything that was needed for an extended stay. Amenities are great. Location is close to everything and area is easy to get around.

Alyssa was so kind, understanding, & prompt with responsiveness. Her place was nicely & conveniently located within 2-3 mins of everything! The place was so clean & comfortable that I truly felt at home. I would definitely recommend her to anyone & look forward to staying again whenever I visit the area. Super job, Alyssa!🙏🏾😇
