This place was amazing! We had such a great ski trip because the location was great so close to the mountain but the house itself made it such a great experience. Plenty to do from the hot tub to the pool table but it is a private spot and had plenty of space for all of us. Highly recommend staying here as our host was great as well. Looking forward to coming back!

Fantastic stay at Paul's place, it was just as described, and he was the perfect host. Place was warm, clean and comfortable, modern appliances throughout such as barrista coffee machine, smart fridge/toilet and hot tub! Paul was on hand whenever needed and very responsive to messages. The area was well located within 5 mins walk of local shops etc and 10 mins to town. Would recommend highly and will def ask to stay again if in the area. Thanks for a great stay.

Owing to the winter closure of the pass on 108, we had a challenge with Google’s directions. Once we found the resort it was all systems go, great arrival directions, easy entry and comfortable home. The access to all of the amenities of Smugglers Notch was awesome. Both Stacey’s and DJ’s responses to questions were above and beyond. Totally great week! Thanks guys.

This is our third time visiting Jeffrey’s amazing residence, and again it did not disappoint! We always love the beautiful, cozy vibe of the house. My favorite part is always the hot tub, despite the sub zero temperatures! We cannot wait to visit again in the future.

We made kind of a whirlwind, last-minute, trip to escape poor weather at home and experience a rare total solar eclipse. I found Jennifer's listing and it sounded perfect! Jennifer let us check in early and settle in, which was very nice. From the moment we got there, I felt very at home and at ease and my kids went right to petting cats and picking up chickens. I was able to log in for some work stuff while the kids (14 and 8) enjoyed some light hiking/exploration on trails through the woods and came back to refreshments, a bonfire, and over-size Jenga. When it came time for the eclipse, we all marveled at it together :). Afterwards, Jennifer set us up to make smores. All in all, it was a great time with great people and my kids are ready to book a longer stay over the summer.

Great place to stay. Was nice to relax by the lake in the hot tub. Was neat and clean and had all we needed for our stay. Emily was very pleasant to work with. She was informative and I had no issues at all with the directions that she gave me for check in and check out. She was responsive to all my needs. I would recommend Emily and the Lake House to anyone that wants a worry free, stress free and relaxing stay.

Exactly what I was hoping it would be. So close to Jay for first tracks. As the spot furthest from the bathrooms during the kick off of mud season in Vermont, I should have brought better footwear and more towels but luckily the cabin was ready for us with extra towels, and trails that were kept safe and well lit for walking back and forth. I can’t imagine how beautiful the trails and stream must be when things are in bloom and might just need to come back to stay for that.

The cabin was absolutely stunning! As soon as you drive up you notice how peaceful and quiet the neighborhood is. The cabin was as breathtaking inside as well as it was outside. We took a good few hours just to take it all in. Very clean, organized, welcoming place. We appreciated the instructions, super helpful! The fairy lights in the main living room are a perfect touch and the hot tub made us not want to leave the place at all. Wonderful overall, can’t wait to go back one day!!

we spent an extended weekend at john and rose's place while skiing at jay peak, the house had lots of room, beautiful views, plenty of supplies for our stay, I would definitely stay there again!
