We really enjoyed our couple of days at Michael's place. The house is great and the views are wonderful. The beautiful walking tracks from the property are an added bonus.

A fabulous climax to our 10 days in Tassie. Even with strong winds on the first day we were snug in this most private elegantly appointed ‘Boathouse’ with a 270 degree view of the bay through beautiful woodland. There was fresh bread and champagne for our arrival and a variety of pillow types for the bed, which was much appreciated. I saw from the guest book that there are regular visitors who come back every year - it’s no wonder and we hope to be back ourselves.

Little Roaring Bay is a stunning place to visit 🤩 We would definitely stay again if we are in the area. The view from the deck of the ocean and the hills is absolutely beautiful. The area is so peaceful and the locals were friendly. We loved being able to walk down to the beach for swims and the bath on the deck was very nice to relax in. It was lovely to be able to fall asleep to the sound of the waves.

The cabin is absolutely lovely with an outlook of the lake you could gaze at for weeks. Finding it was a nightmare and I nearly gave up. It is quite remote and in a mobile blackspot and the instructions are not accurate. However, when we finally found a way to contactBryan he took our irritation at driving so many extra kilometers in good spirit and showed us how to get there. Then it was divine, very well equiped and comfy.

This is an absolutely stunning property! The scenery is gorgeous and the cottage was beautifully designed and decorated. Perfect location to unwind and relax.

Tiny house with a beautiful view. 5 min drive to Dennes Pt……quiet and beautiful sandy beach. All you need for a short Bruny break. Coffee and a few staples were a great touch.

Lovely home, close to The Agrarian, right in the centre of town. Kitchen was great for a cook, and there were thoughtful additions in the kitchen for breakfast and ease.

Loved our stay at the milkman's cottage. Beautiful architectural details and finishes everywhere and the space was more lovely than the photos and fun to hang out in. Lounge area very comfortable, bathroom very sophisticated, kitchen was fine for a 5 night stay and cooking up wonderful Tasmanian produce. Efficient internet. Street parking was not too bad. Good communication. Would stay again

Hobart Art House is every bit of fabulous. The photos accurately portray this beautifully appointed historical home. The various sitting areas beg to be used for relaxation, conversation or reflection. Its location is only 20 minutes from CBD and it’s a lovely walk along any of the streets down to the waterfront. This home has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Coffee culture is a thriving industry here in Tassie with no shortage of great cafes. The host, Skye is responsive, helpful and professional. One of our all time favorite places to stay with airbnb.

Our family of 6 (4 adults, 2 small children) + 2 doggos had a great and relaxing stay at Swallows Rest. Everything was as described but what you have to come and experience is the beautiful place that is Bruny Island. Swallows Rest was the perfect base to explore it from. We loved the outdoor shower, the canoe for a peaceful paddle up the creek and the sunny outdoor deck for our meals. Kitchen was well equipped and beds very comfortable. The kids bedroom is very cosy and cute incl toys and books!

Perfect little place for a few days away. A couple of minutes and you’re on the beach. Comfortable and safe place. East parking at the front of the house. We’ll definitely return with our dog who also enjoyed his time at the house.

Liz's place is even better than the photos! From the moment we walked through the front gate we loved it. The location is superb- the cottage looks out over the gently sloping garden, down to the water's edge. The gardens are the perfect mix of Tasmanian coastal plants, room for dogs to be happy. Lots of places to sit and enjoy the sunshine and view. Indoors- the styling is wonderful: very thoughtful and perfectly comfortable. Everything we needed was there. Liz was fast at communicating with us.

Kasey's place was a little peace of heaven! We brought our dog with us and there were toys and treats for him. Kasey had a delicious bottle of wine cooling and some treats for us too! We spent a lot of time at the beach or the parks nearby. Loved every minute of our stay!

Lovely stay, Vianne is very friendly and lovely. The cottage is cozy and the beds are super comfy. In walking distance to all major attractions in Richmond. Highly recommended to everyone

Absolutely our home away from home. We couldn’t have asked for a better introduction to Tasmania! We felt comfortable as soon as we walked into the door - it has everything you could ask for, and more! Sharon and Andrew have thought of all the extra little bits and pieces that make it easy to settle into… and extremely sad to leave!! I’m summary - Peaceful and perfect ☺️

Very cozy beach house right by the sea. The area is quiet and wonderful for relaxing. You have the beautiful beach almost to yourself. A piece of paradise. Kristen is a great hostess and shared all the information we needed. The house has everything you need. Would recommend it to anyone.

Surveyors Bay Cottage is an absolute dream! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning location, with breathtaking ocean views and a peaceful, secluded atmosphere. The cottage itself is beautifully designed—warm, inviting, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Waking up to the sound of the waves and enjoying a morning coffee in the sunroom area was pure bliss. The attention to detail and thoughtful touches made our stay truly special. If you're looking for a tranquil escape surrounded by nature, this is the perfect place. We can't wait to return!

Super private and quiet! Shower is amazing with great pressure!! Is in a great location and walkable to locate restaurants and shops!

We absolutely loved this place and felt both on holiday and also at home. The cottage was sparkling clean and Kym and Kim are such warm and good people and very considerate hosts. The animals are beautiful and so friendly and made our stay extra special. We were extra lucky because we happened to also see a platypus - we will remember this always!

This place was beautiful, peaceful and quiet and a great base for exploring the area. The photos don’t do the cottage justice, a lovely renovated cottage that was cosy and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

Lovely home the red door made it easy to find. Super clean and spacious. Very close to the MTB park. Would definitely come back.
