The house is lovely, it has everything that we needed! It is spacious, has beautiful view, and bonus it is only 2 mins walk to the playground which is important to us traveling with a toddler. Another bonus, on the last night we went for a drive at 10pm and just right in front of the house we saw a couple of kangaroos minding their own business! I highly recommend this place for a stay in Hobart! Thank you for your hospitality!

This was a fantastic Airbnb for a last minute trip to Hobart for a family emergency. Clean, modern and comfortable. All the amenities we needed and extremely compassionate and responsive communication from the host. Highly recommend this accomodation for a family or group booking.

The apartment is quite nice and the hosts are really amazing with any inquiries; they answer promptly and are always right on the spot. Ideal for two couples given the space available. Bathroom is not great though, I did not love the shower in particular, because of a curtain in an open space, but certainly everything is quite functional and some people may actually prefer it this way. It is not super central (about 15 minutes walk to Salamanca market) but overall it is totally worth it the price and I would highly recommend it.

Very nice place to stay right in the midst of Hobart. Quite luxurious and able to walk around the harbour and downtown.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sue's place. Everything matched the description perfectly; the view of the mountains and water from the window and balcony was nice, and the space was clean and homey. Sue was incredibly nice and helpful throughout our stay. On our last day, we experienced some disruption due to the neighbours upstairs starting their renovations at 7.30am. We informed Sue about the noise, and she promptly contacted the owner of the house upstairs and arranged compensation for us. This was unexpected and greatly appreciated, as we knew it wasn't Sue's fault. We highly recommend this place and would be delighted to stay here again in the future.

We had a wonderful our stay at Sativa House, we just wished we had more time there! The house looks and feels beautiful to be in, partly thanks to the hempcrete. The location is fantastic - well-located for sightseeing during the day and close to the pub for dinner. The kitchen is extremely well equipped for anyone wanting to eat in. Checking in was very easy. All the small touches, from hemp toiletries, to super soft hemp bed linen, to a delicious welcome drink added to the feeling of luxury. Highly recommended!

The interior is spacious and feels rich and inviting, thanks to the thoughtfully curated artworks. The choice of home appliances enhances the experience, making cooking and enjoying snacks at home feel premium. We had a fantastic time staying here. There is ample parking space on the side of the street and in front of the garage. The neighborhood is very convenient, with a supermarket and restaurants accessible within a 5-minute drive. Jay is also highly responsive and a pleasure to communicate with. I highly recommend this place to other guests.

We’ve been living in Airbnbs back to back for a month traveling around Australia and I must say this was a favorite spot. We were only here for two nights but we appreciated the simplicity of the place. Two bedrooms both with king size beds, a ceiling fan in one of them. Extra outlets next the side of the beds for charging phones and such was a nice touch. Comfy couch and big TV. Sunny kitchen area. Tiny little bathroom, toilet room and laundry room, but they get the job done. The neighborhood is charming and quiet, with convenience stores, groceries and restaurants walkabout just around the corner. We walked to Salamanca Market also, which was about 15 minutes by foot. Great little place with a nice yard, patio and covered parking area.

The house was in a great location - close to the CBD, shops and playgrounds. It was spacious and had a wonderful outdoor area for us to enjoy meals.

This was the perfect spot for a weekend getaway, within easy driving distance from Hobart and you literally couldn’t get any closer to the beach!! We thoroughly enjoyed the property, the kitchen had plenty of space to cook and the living areas were spacious and cosy. We also enjoyed having dinners out the back. I would highly recommend staying here and would definitely go back again.

The apartment was great, perfect for having a base to explore the city. A quick Uber into town and back, and lots of street parking. Great accomodation!

Second time I’ve stayed at Arthurton central and loved it. Beautifully luxurious in all inclusions and amenities. Well appointed kitchen and large, comfortable bedrooms. Easy walk to Salamanca and battery point. A wonderful property and very communicative and helpful host.

Our stay was exactly as we thought it would be - but better. The accommodation was fresh and clean and welcoming. The beds were the most comfortable we have very slept in! We thoroughly enjoyed the fresh fruit and breakfast supplies! The unit was so close to the amazing beach and local eateries yet we felt we were much further away as it was so quiet and peaceful. We would recommend this accommodation to anyone!

Andrew’s place in Hobart was excellent! Close to the harbor and CBD, easy to walk just about everywhere. Access from the airport via SkyBus was also close & convenient. The apartment was clean, well stocked with all the basics, and the kitchen was spacious and ready to cook in. It felt very relaxing and home like. The sleeper sofa was nice for my son, and the king bed was very comfortable. I would definitely stay again if available. Thank you, Andrew!

Our family really enjoyed our stay in Hobart. One of the major reasons was the place we stayed. First of all, the room was very clean and well decorated. Next, there were many available items and kitchenware. Also, there was a fireplace that came surprisingly handy when we got to roast marshmallows. The location is very close to many famous places in Hobart and the hosts were very friendly and recommended a local restaurant to us. The only problem was the steep and narrow driveway. But overall it was a very nice place to stay.

Brian’s place is an affordable three bedroom home located in a quiet part of Kingston and was very convenient for our overnight stay. Brian communicated clear instructions, was friendly making sure we were able to check in smoothly and very kindly offered us some fresh fish.

Brian's place is gorgeous. It is beautifully arranged and there are quirky features and objects everywhere. So much space. I would love to live in this apartment as my own. Amazing!
