Wonderful place to stay when visiting Nashville. Close to shopping areas, Vanderbilt, Belmont & downtown. Loved having a secure spot for our car. The unit is lovely, spacious and actually quiet despite being close to the highway. Will stay here again if we find ourselves in Nashville again!

This was a great apartment. The decor, pool, etc felt very Nashville. You can’t beat being right next to so many recording studios, and the building is close enough to walk to many entertainment options, but far enough away to still be peaceful when it’s time to relax. I recommend this apartment!

Perfect place to stay for a few days, close to broadway and I liked the general location! Hosts are very nice and responsive! Would definitely stay here again in the future.

We stayed here for a girls’ trip to Nashville and had a great experience! The apartment was super clean, beautifully decorated, and had a really cute aesthetic. The location was perfect—just a quick 5-minute drive to Broadway, making it easy to enjoy everything downtown. One of the highlights was the ample getting-ready space, with multiple well-lit mirrors, a counter for products, and convenient outlets—perfect for a group. The only downside was some miscommunication with the host regarding early check-in, as we weren’t informed about the additional fee until after we had already arrived in Nashville. However, overall, we had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend this place to others!

Every inch of this place is adorable! They even have heart shaped plates and pink forks! Loved the vanity for a group of girls to get ready all together! Safe building - secure lock on front door lobby. Great Gym - 15 min walk down 1st street to broadway. Clean and so cute!

This is one of my favorite Air B&B’s out of all of the ones I’ve stayed! So clean, so cutely decorated and in a perfect location. It felt very safe. We will stay again for sure!

Had a great stay! The space was clean and neat. Our group had plenty of space. It was easy to walk to broadway and get Ubers. Liked being a little away from the main strip nice and quiet. And the host was very flexible and helped us with an early check in!

We had an amazing girls’ trip to Nashville and this place was perfect! The home was beautifully decorated and incredibly comfortable. It’s located in a safe area, just a short distance from downtown, but in a peaceful neighborhood which made it the best of both worlds. A few minutes walk away, we discovered a street with adorable shops and great restaurants. Our host was fantastic – very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend this spot for anyone visiting Nashville!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again if ever in this area. Renesha was so easy to deal with and so kind… and the place was very cozy and clean. The land is beautiful, and I especially loved the lighting lining the driveway. Highly recommend.

We had a great stay for our first time visiting Nashville. Location was great, we were able to walk to most places we wanted to visit. I would definitely stay again on our next visit.

We stayed here for a birthday trip and it was perfect! Great location if you plan to go to Broadway. Uber was easy and also getting things delivered took no time. House was cute and clean. No complaints :)

Positive experience all around. Illume is a just great building to start. Its central location grants you quick and easy access to all the action in every direction, but tucked back just enough to not be confronted with it 24-7. For those who enjoy nightlife, but still value things like privacy & sleep, it’s an excellent choice. The unit itself was very clean and accommodating. Host was friendly and responsive , though contact was minimal since we didn’t find ourselves really needing anything, which is arguably the greatest indicator of a good host. We only required assistance once, and once and that was to extend our stay an extra day 😉. A+ would Highly recommend.

Great spot within walking distance of all the major Nashville areas! Easy on street parking and protected, reserved garage parking. The host made several local recommendations and checked-in to ensure everything was going well during our stay. We travelled with our 1.5 year old child. They had a pack and play in the AirBnb which was an added bonus. The space was well appointed with great accents and a nice size balcony overlooking the pool. The bed, bedding and pillows were much better than you find in most AirBnbs. The gym is on the smaller side but is an added benefit and provides enough options to get a good workout in while on your trip. The only thing to make note of is that the second bedroom has a curtain instead of a door. It didn’t bother us or our child, but something the keep in mind if needing the privacy. Overall our expectations were exceeded and we would stay again when visiting Nashville.

Dalton was a great host! His place was super adorable and close to everything you would want to do around Nashville! Definitely will book again for future trips!

Great location for groups wanting to experience downtown Nashville. Right next to Ole Smokey Distillery and only about 2 blocks from Broadway. Parking is simple in safe garage and apartment is spacious and clean for groups up to 6 I would say. There is a rollout bed available for even up to 7. Great place. Pricey but worth it for location and space. Recommend!!

Shan was awesome! She provided us an early check in. Her condo was so clean and decorated so cute! We will definitely be back.

Great location and alternative to paying the crazy hotel prices near Broadway. A lot of great things walking distance from unit. Bed was super comfortable and shower had good water pressure (that’s an important one for me!). Carrie was a great host. Clear instructions, friendly, responsive, and check in/out was very easy.

Todd’s place was an absolute gem. Being able to look out onto the River and then walk to Broadway for festivities was incredible. The place is immaculate and had everything we needed for a getaway weekend. Thanks again.

Liz, was incredibly responsive and took an extra step on a request I had. Her place is a easy walk to the Broadway area and the view of the river never got old. We definitely will stay here again when we return.

Free parking. Comfortable space. Had everything we needed. We enjoyed walking to and from Broadway for the music and fun. But, also realized the gem of a spot Germantown is. We did all of our dining in this neighborhood. There is a lot of construction being done in the area, so it’s not necessarily a beautiful spot. Safety was never a concern. It’s an up and coming area.

Great spot, just a short walk or Uber ride to Broadway. The views of the river were an unexpected and pleasant surprise. Liz was prompt and thorough in her responses and instructions, making check-in and check-out seamless. This was greatly appreciated navigating a hectic wedding weekend. Would definitely stay again!
