We cannot say enough GREAT things about this AirBnB! There were so many details and thoughtful things put into the decor of this place that I can’t say enough wonderful things! From fresh flowers on the table, to an area for a coffee bar, huge fluffy towels to use, a kitchen with so many things that you would need to cook I can’t name them all! The beds were extremely comfortable, which was so nice because a lot of times you get up and your back hurts from sleeping on a paper, thin mattresses, but not here! We had a family occasion happening and Matt was so accommodating to allow us to check in over an hour early! Communication was top-notch! The house is very close to so many restaurants and things to do! Super clean everywhere! If I could give more than five stars I would, and I cannot wait to be back in the area and stay here again.

Casa Llamas was the perfect getaway stay. Kristin was AMAZING and accommodating the entire time we were there. The chickens gave us a few eggs for breakfast and it was super easy to get in and out of Downtown Nashville.

We had a wonderful anniversary weekend away at Rose's beautiful cottage in Nashville. The cottage was even better in person than the pictures posted, with so many lovely antiques. We will definitely be staying here again, the next time that we need a Nashville getaway.

The homeowner and home were both amazing. Our guests had an amazing time. We rent from Airbnbs all over the country and this homeowner goes above and beyond. We can’t give her enough stars.

Our stay at the Rose Cottage was perfect and cozy like staying at your Grandma’s house! Everything was close by within walking distance and Susan was very quick to respond anytime we needed anything. There’s also a smaller property in the back that is also super cute if a smaller space is needed. I would definitely stay here again !

It was a homecoming for my wife and I, we used to live in TN for 6 years & haven't been back since 2018. We adopted our 4 street dogs from Nashville & Memphis, all of them near the end of their life (age, arthritis, cancer, you name it). Plus we added two little daughters. This was a perfect place to get back to our "roots" and enjoy Tennessee. Kids enjoyed their rooms, we all slept great. It was February so weather was raining more than half the time but when it wasn't we certainly enjoyed the grounds. The creek is just great for a 7yo & 4yo to play in (safe and shallow). Perfect country get away for city dwellers. Thanks Josh!

We had an amazing stay over New Years! The house was so cozy and inviting. Adorable neighborhood - easy walk to the shops and restaurants in downtown Franklin. We’ll be back soon!

Highly recommend staying in the Cozy Cottage. Great location and exactly what we needed for the Christmas holiday. Jenny was awesome!! We plan to stay again when we are in the area. You will not be disappointed staying at the Cozy Cottage!!

We recently stayed at this magical cottage and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The whole atmosphere of the place was truly enchanting. The cottage itself was cozy, well-maintained, and full of charm. The surrounding scenery was breathtaking, and we loved taking leisurely walks and enjoying the peaceful surroundings. The host was incredibly accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Overall, our time at the cottage was simply magical. Highly recommended for anyone in need of a peaceful retreat.

This was the perfect dog-friendly spot for us to stay right outside of Nashville. We had such an easy commute to the usual tourist attractions without the high price or commotion of staying in the city AND our dogs had the perfect place to relax during our adventures. When we returned from adventures in the city, it always felt like we were right at home. It was too cold to enjoy the porch but we can't wait to come back and experience it.

Great little house. Beds were clean and comfy. Lots of items to make you feel at home. Love the covered patio out back! Quiet neighborhood. Host was super responsive. Would 100% recommend!

Despite the secluded feel, it's just minutes from shopping and an easy drive to Nashville. Our stay was nothing short of amazing—pure relaxation in a stunning setting. The Farmhouse was FANTASTIC! Just like home. Pam was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Sadly, for us, our arrival was delayed a day due to foul weather and two of the members of our party were unable to join us. Pam immediately adjusted the charges and refunded us accordingly. This kind favor, along with the warm and gracious hospitality just brightened our stay all the more. The Farmhouse is absolutely delightful, easy to find and has everything that you would need. Pam is very accessible and communicates quickly. Can't wait to go back!

Great little cottage in East Nashville! Seems bigger in person than it does in the photos! Very cozy.

Nancy was so helpful when we needed her. her sweet dog, Dot, was an amazing host as well. the place has everything you need and about 13 minutes from Broadway if traffic is heavy. I'd recommend this place to anyone!

Simply the Best. Great communication with the Host. Definitely on top of my list. Clean, quiet and just what we need it. Definitely a 5*.

We enjoyed our stay very much. It truly was a home away from home. Very walkable and close to many attractions, restaurants and shopping. Joe and Mary were extremely responsive to any need. They worked hard to make our experience great without being intrusive. We will definitely stay again if we have the opportunity!

This was a trip planned at the last minute. Steve and Rosie was quick to respond to our request! They provided us with suggestions on where to eat when we arrived (which was helpful and appreciated). We enjoyed our time at River Roost and loved the area!
