Excellent stay! The house is lovely and feels like a home with many special touches. Many rooms and sleeping options. Kitchen was very well stocked and had many spices. The hot tub was the icing on the cake! The boathouse game room was a nice surprise bonus as well. I would definitely come back here again!

We loved our stay in Nashville at Chad’s place! The backyard was the perfect set up for our two little boys to run around and get our energy! We even utilized the hot tub once and they were so excited! The big coffee table posed some struggles when the wiggles to go be too much but being able to go to the backyard and run remedied that! Thanks again Chad for hosting us! Hope to be back soon!!!

Great place to stay, we had a nice fire and the cool rainy night. Very nice. Will visit again.

Rick's place was absolutely incredible!! It was adorable, incredibly clean, and had all of the amenities you could possibly want. Ample towels, kitchen supplies, etc. and the space was so fun! There are 4 great bedrooms (very comfortable) and the outdoor patio is awesome!! The hot tub was great after going out and exploring Music Row. Rick was so easy to communicate with and was very kind. You can easily walk to so many things. We will definitely be staying here again!! Thank you for the hospitality!

We had a great time staying at Autumn's place. It is just as described. It is very clean and decorated beautifully. We loved hanging out on the screened in back porch. The hot tub did get a leak while we were there so we were unable to use it which was disappointing. However, Autumn responded quickly to my text and refunded some money to us. She is a very attentive host. The house is also in a quiet area and a short drive to many bars and restaurants, stores etc.

Took a mom/teenage daughter last minute trip to Nashville and we had a great time. The hosts were super responsive and provided a ton of info prior to our arrival. The hot tub is private and firewood was provided for the fire pit. Easy and reasonable uber ride to broadway and also lots of food and delivery options nearby. Very clean, bed was comfy, and we appreciated the effort the hosts put forth. Will definitely return when we come back to Nashville.

Jason's place was great for a bachelorette weekend. It had everything we could need, even games! The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the kitchen was well-stocked. It was close to downtown (about a 10 minute drive) and not far from restaurants/stops (about a 5 minute drive). Overall would recommend!

Great home for a large family/friend gathering. Plenty of room and beds, and lots of open space. Back yard area could be cleaned up more, but was still worth the socializing and gathering out back. Grill worked fine and was usable for BBQs. Easy Uber access to downtown Broadway and plenty to do in downtown Nashville. Great location away from the city to be quiet and quaint, but still close enough for all the action in the city. Would definitely rent from Danielle again!

Perfect place to crash after the hustle and bustle of Broadway street. We enjoyed our stay, everything was as advertised. Great stay.

Our stay was amazing. From the picturesque view of the home and property to the perfect place to relax and enjoy. Our host Judith was always available for any questions we had and provided the little extras that made our stay that much more enjoyable. Thanks Judith. We will be back!

Can’t say enough good things. Loved everything about our stay and we will be moving to the area so we will definitely book this for visiting family and friends. Michelle goes above and beyond. She really cares and it shows. She responds quickly and kindly to any message or request. This place is so cute and cozy, clean and comfortable. The beds are fantastic!! Pillows, sheets, plenty of blanket options. The whole place has everything one could need. And great water pressure for showers and dishes. Sitting on the front porch was so relaxing. We watched all the cute birds entertain us. We didn’t want to leave!

Alyssa was great with communication and clear on instructions. Our dog loved the backyard! Great location easy to get downtown and plenty to do in east Nashville!

We had a great weekend at Mario and Liz’s place. It was clean and spacious. So close to downtown, an $8 Uber ride! Publix and Krogers are very close, it was easy to walk and grab a few items. The fenced yard made it easy to vacation with our dog. Mario and Liz were so easy to communicate with, and we were thankful that they cheerfully accommodated our early check in request. Definitely a great place to stay in Nashville! Thanks Mario and Liz!

We loved Chris’s place! It was perfect for our group traveling for work and had everything we needed. The one item we did not have was a toaster (possibly went home with a previous occupant). Upon letting them know it wasn’t there, they ordered and delivered one to us immediately! The layout and rooftop area were fun and it was comfortable! The location was good to access various fun areas of Nashville! We hope to be back next year! Thank you for a great stay!

this little place was perfect! loved the stay and when we come back to the area we will definitely come back to this location! Fran is very responsive and friendly! our furry friend felt right at home aswell, definitely recommended!

Easy to find, and a great place to stay near downtown. Debbie was very responsive and had a great catalog of all her recommendations.

This was our first trip to the music city we had a great time! This spot was close to cute coffee shops, local bars and we walked down to Broadway and Demonbreun St for all of the must see downtown bars and night life! The space had a comfy bed and was a perfect quiet spot after a long night out to get away from the craziness that engulfed Broadway. Would highly recommend this spot!

We stayed here for a girls’ trip to Nashville and had a great experience! The apartment was super clean, beautifully decorated, and had a really cute aesthetic. The location was perfect—just a quick 5-minute drive to Broadway, making it easy to enjoy everything downtown. One of the highlights was the ample getting-ready space, with multiple well-lit mirrors, a counter for products, and convenient outlets—perfect for a group. The only downside was some miscommunication with the host regarding early check-in, as we weren’t informed about the additional fee until after we had already arrived in Nashville. However, overall, we had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend this place to others!

Liz, was incredibly responsive and took an extra step on a request I had. Her place is a easy walk to the Broadway area and the view of the river never got old. We definitely will stay here again when we return.

Free parking. Comfortable space. Had everything we needed. We enjoyed walking to and from Broadway for the music and fun. But, also realized the gem of a spot Germantown is. We did all of our dining in this neighborhood. There is a lot of construction being done in the area, so it’s not necessarily a beautiful spot. Safety was never a concern. It’s an up and coming area.

Loved staying at your place. everything went well, great location to downtown and the bed was so comfortable. Definitely would recommend your place to anyone. Thanks for being a great host.

Great stay! Great view. Clean, the beds were amazing. Patsy's instructions were so well laid out, we didn't need any other help from her, but I'm confident she would have been there to talk us through any issues we might have had. Thanks for a great vacation! We now love Nashville!

Thanks Anthony for the great place to stay and the extremely flexible check in time. Place was clean and private, everything worked and the pool was great to take a dip in between the activities we had planned. We are planning to take another trip next year and will absolutely be getting a hold of u again.. we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay, thanks again!!!

A perfect home for family gatherings. A fantastic great room for lounging. Very peaceful setting in a quiet neighborhood. Kitchen well equipped. Lot's of space. Large dining room table. Open layout. We'll have to rent this home in the summer when the pool can be used. Just what the doctor ordered! Thank you Pam!
