Very nice place, comfortable and affordable. Polly was very responsive, communication is key and that was something she definitely did. I would definitely book with her again.

We were a group of 4 old friends and our younger kids. Everything about this place was perfect for our get away. There are essentially two sides of the house with 2 kitchens. So when some of the kids wanted to be wild, the others could retreat to the other side of the house for more peace and quiet. The hot tub was amazing for everyone. The swing is all it's cracked up to be - a must try. We LOVED the beds - I am very particular with beds and these were wonderful. They are not too firm, but firm enough with what felt like a bamboo foam topper - perfect. Kitchens were perfectly stocked with all the supplies we needed. This really is the best place to go if you want to unwind and relax with friends and family. Remote enough to feel like an escape, but not too far removed that it's hard to find. The only thing we regret is not staying longer! We will definitely be back. Thank you Ken!!

3 families, 3 children under 7 - the place easily managed us and we enjoyed everything. Cooked Christmas Eve & Day meals from scratch in the kitchen and it had everything we needed. Hung out in the hot tub in the evening when children in bed. Everything was easy to manage and the Christmas tree was so kind, as we had brought ours and we were able to leave it in the truck as yours was perfect. Left a children's favorite blanket and within an hour of checking out, we received an email with a photo and we were able to retrieve it, easily. Again, kindness was the lead for Ron & Randy and we were lucky to have chosen their place.

We enjoyed our stay! The hot tub was a much needed accessory! I forgot my dog’s name collar and Kelly was so kind to mail it back to me! I will be staying at their home when we visit Indianapolis again.

We stayed at Sycamore Hill as part of a work trip and it was an excellent alternative to staying at a hotel. The home is set on a hill with beautiful view while the home itself was spotless and extremely comfortable. At the end of a long day of work, coming in the door felt like coming home. Mike was an excellent and communicative host, giving us advice on local things to do and generally was an extremely interesting fellow with many stories to tell. I look forward to staying at Sycamore Hill again when we are back in the area.

This place was amazing - bigger than the photos make it look, and just warm and homey. We wanted to spend more time in the space, so ended up cancelling plans and hanging out, which was fabulous. Great location - visiting our son at Butler -couldn't have been more convenient, plus walkable to cool restaurants, breweries and bike path. Hosts were really great - super responsive and flexible. Would highly recommend!

We arrived at night so had a hard time finding the driveway despite perfect directions. The entry and check in instructions were clear. It was early March with still a bit of chill in the air but the space was warm and cozy on arrival. The area was safe and walkable in the day and at night, in spite of our unfamiliarity with Indianapolis! We attended events at Gainbridge Fieldhouse - such an easy walk! - and explored the downtown, Mass Ave, Fletcher Place, and Upper Canal neighborhoods. While we didn’t spend a lot of time in the space, we did use the kitchen for all our breakfasts and even dinner twice. The kitchen area is small but provided everything we needed! This space is great for one or two people traveling for any sporting event downtown. Highly recommend! We also asked Josie and Rob for one area recommendation and they responded quickly and were more than helpful.

The pirate ship is EPIC!! Richard is very communicative and essy to reach. There is a river across the street, a great place to drink your morning coffee! As mentioned in previous reviews, there is not much space in the refrigerator. Other than that, our visit was amazing!!

Adam's home is a beautifully updated space - very inviting and looks exactly like the pictures. It was mild early March weather and we especially enjoyed the backyard! We had never stayed in Windsor Park, it is a fun and eclectic neighborhood. Although we prefer Broad Ripple, we always felt safe and enjoyed walking to Mass Avenue and The Garage.

Location, location, location! Rob's place is a quaint cottage walkable to all highlights in the Broad Ripple area. Rob was a great communicator, sharing restaurant recommendations and confirming my partner and I had everything we needed. We had a fantastic time and will definitely stay here again.

Deborah’s place was amazing, so cozy for a couple of nights with my mom and I in Broad Ripple. Location was very easily drivable to lots of restaurants and shopping. Deborah was super communicative and it’s clear she puts a lot of thought into furnishing the space to make it comfortable

Such a nice place to stay in Indy. Michael went above and beyond for anything you would ever need in an AirBnB - lint roller, contact solution, first aid kit! And we actually got to meet him which is always a plus. Great space in a convenient area with free parking. Recommend!

Christina was extremely kind and extremely responsive whenever we had a question. The apartment is charming, spacious, clean, and very nicely decorated. She left us plenty of coffee and other goodies to use. The location is in a charming neighborhood just minutes from downtown which makes it very accessible to everywhere you want to go. Overall a wonderful place to stay, I couldn’t recommend it more highly!

Had a lovely family trip to Indianapolis. Loved being across the street from a park for the granddaughter and a pool to splash around in when it was sunny. Great to have our space right next to my daughter and her family's space.

This was our fourth year to stay here and as always it was a great place to stay. Enjoyed the pool. It is always easy to check in. Directions are very clear. The air conditioner was leaking and Donald was quick to respond and it was fixed within a couple hours of notifying him. Great place to stay!

Ed is a great guy with a wonderful, homey abode! He was prompt with responding and a great communicator with my group. The neighborhood is great too!
