Excellent location - quiet, close to the beach and town. House had everything we needed and the backyard was a lovely space.

Great place. Very comfortable and quiet. We were a group of 4 adults and found the place very spacious and central to most things on the peninsula. Ideal for families. Highly recommend.

Great family house extraordinarily well equipped kitchen with lots of equipment and clear instructions. Peaceful, private, comfortable. Walk to beachover a sand ridge or via flat streets in 5-10 minutes. Beachside walk to shops in 20-25 minutes. Great value.

Maria’s house is beautiful, and certainly very spacious! Everything is incredibly comfortable, and it has a very relaxing atmosphere. The garden is huge, with a beautiful oak tree, and would be lovely to sit under in the warmer weather. It is in very quiet area that is close to Maling road, and would be easy to get to the city from. Maria is lovely to communicate with, and left us a little treat! We would thoroughly recommend staying here! Thank you :)

The place was beautiful, Doreen was very accommodating and responsive. We had a family get together and enjoyed a bbq on the balcony.

Tien looked after us so well. the accomodation was everything we could have hoped for. It was amazing to see all her magnificent flowers and plants. It made the stay so peaceful. The bus stop is outside the door to great shopping and train stations. A little park nearby is also ideal for morning walks or to bring the kids. See you again Tien. Many thanks. John was flexible with our earlier check in as we were travelling with a toddler and over 2 hours away from home. The house was so spacious and had a lovely outdoor area to entertain the little one. There were plenty of beds to accommodate a large group and they were comfortable. The kitchen had the necessities and functioning well and a beautiful dining table with plenty of space. We only stayed for 1 night to attend a wedding down at the Bellarine winery. The house had so much space for everyone to get ready. Overall we all had a relaxing over night stay. I apologise for a bit of mess we made and didn’t realise until at the end that we didn’t take the rubbish out.

Fantastic location in central Melbourne and getting around

This apartment is great value and such a lovely kid friendly space. Host is super responsive and helpful. We would love to stay again next time we are in the city.

The place is centrally located and easy access to bus, tram and metro services. Lots of restaurants and stores nearby. Anthony is a very helpful host. Enjoyed my stay.

This was my second time at Zhiyue and Shouline's great apartment. I was really comfortable again. My stay, this time, coincided with a hectic period of exams and assessments (I am a student from the UK) so it was so nice to return to the apartment where I knew it would be quiet and I would be able to study. The apartment has everything you need for a cosy stay - it is a real home-from -home. As always, everything was spotless. The location is fantastic! Shops and restaurants are immediately at hand, as well as trains and trams but inside the apartment, it is very peaceful. Thank you again, Zhiyue and Shouline - you are always very kind to me. I'm sure Ill be back!

What fabulous hosts and an equally impressive Airbnb. Felt right at home - John and Jeane provide so many little extras - like extra towels, sauces, cooking ingredients, not that we used them but what a considerate thing to do, also lots of toilet rolls and things that other airbnbs do not usually have. They were also lovely to deal with and their place was absolutely spotless. They also provided stuff for our toddler - including toys and games, hugh chair etc. which made our stay much more enjoyable. We had a great trip and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this property.

was able to stay for four nights with five people very comfortably. I've done this trip to Melbourne multiple times and found the price paid for the space and location to be the best I've had in comparison to some big name hotels. the ability to stay somewhere like this with all the amenities of a home as required is well worth the price. would definitely look at staying here again for future visits.

에어비앤비를 여러나라에서 이용해보았지만, 이렇게 따뜻한 호스트는 처음입니다. 체크인 체크아웃 시간이 평범하지 않았는데 흔쾌히 아주 편하게 해결해 주셨고, 부모님과 아이들, 저희부부 6명이 함께 일주일 머무는 동안 침실, 주방, 욕실, 주변 놀이터, 마켓, 식당들까지 정말 편하게 지냈습니다. 여러명의 가족이 함께 하는 여행이라면 망설일 필요가 전혀 없습니다!! 닥터 프레드 너무 고마워요!

This apartment is one of the best we have stayed in. Spotlessly clean bathrooms and kitchen, all the necessary kitchen requirements, comfortable furniture, big TV, nice long balcony. It's very quiet at night. The location was perfect for us - ten minute walk to shows at Crown and the Lume, plus all the restaurants along Southbank. Straight across the street is a big Woolworths supermarket. Our only issue was finding the car parking space but Meary has said she will give detailed instructions for that in future. All the communication with Meary has been with a very quick response time and she is a lovely person to deal with. I highly recommend this property.

This is a comfortable apartment for a stay in Melbourne. Close to amenities, the tram is directly across the road. Offers secure carparking. Supermarket only 5 minutes walk. Quirky decorations and art in the apartment make it much less a bland hotel room to be a fun place to stay.

Colin was an excellent host. Communication was great, he even opend the appartement for us prior to the usual checkin time. We had a perfect week at his place and can absolutely recommend it.
