This is a superb place to stay, we loved every minute of our 2.5 weeks. The setting is perfect, the hosts are super friendly and helpful. We swam in the lake most days, an easy 10-15 minute walk down (less easy coming back as it’s uphill, but well worth it!) We explored the local walking tracks. And Bella the cat appeared most days, usually early mornings when she would join us in bed! Cannot recommend highly enough☺️

The place was perfect for what I was looking for! Absolutely loved using the hot tub with the amazing views of the mountains! The place was exactly what I paid for with very comfortable beds! Only slight warning, is can wake up early if floor above is rented out as well in the morning from walking around.

We had the best stay at this lakeside air bnb, the views were gorgeous and couldn’t have asked for any better! 🤩 perfect stay, we wish we could have stayed longer

Fabulous place with an amazing view!! We loved seeing the sunrise from the deck. The unit is east to find, and located in a safe quiet neighborhood very close to the main town (like 5-10 min drive). Driveway is steep, but there’s plenty of room to park a large vehicle (we had a Land Rover). The unit was very spacious, spotless, and the beds were very comfortable (with an option to heat the beds!). Nice split bathroom, good water pressure in shower, and nice heated towel rack. Kitchen is equipped with cookware, flatware, knives, dishes, and some condiments/seasonings. The private hot tub is nice. Netflix, Disney+, and the PS5 were nice. The host , Michael, is very responsive and friendly, and even gave us a half dozen free range eggs. We felt very comfortable during our 3 day stay, and highly recommend this place.

My friends and I had a wonderful stay here! Place was exactly what we hoped for! Good walkable distance to town and the lake. Loved having the deck and lawn out the back for a bit more space to relax. The weekend we stayed was incredibly hot so was glad to find out the aircon worked well! Overall our stay was great! The one and only downside (not sure if our fault for not looking hard enough or not) but we were only left with 3 toilet rolls- for a 2 night stay at 7 of us it went pretty quick but luckily one of us had brought some of our own to use.

Wonderful house in wonderful Arrowtown. Opposite Millbrook resort and two outstanding golf courses, 2 mins to Arrowtown and its joyful charm of historic sites, stores, galleries, cafes, restaurants, nook bars, and cinema and bookstore. 4 mins to the outstanding Mora and Akarua vineyard restaurants and to Ayeburn, the sprawling, stylish culinary, vineyard and garden experience with dining rooms, bars, bakeries, water walks. Arrowtown is nestled in the commanding Wakatipu Basic and bordered by the Coronet and Remarkables ranges. 9 Flynn Lane is modern, tasteful, well equipped, the kitchen and living space are roomy and comfortable, the pot-bellied fire is great to get going in the morning, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms including 2 ensuites, working space. We will be back. Ron is a Superhost for good reason; he anticipates your needs, responds promptly, offers a very livable home away from home in this spectacular, ambient natural environment.

Totally recommend this place 10/10! Such a beautiful house, amazing views and garden, lots of activities to do at home. The house has every thing we needed. Perfectly clean and has unique feature. We would come back to stay here again if we visiting Queenstown again. And Deborah also is very kind to greet us and show us around.

Absolutely beautiful location and property. How lucky were we on arrival to find a newly constructed tennis/pickleball court complete with equipment for the whole family to use. 🙌 Quality linen and an abundance of comfort lounges/chairs with throws to enjoy lazy afternoons lounging. The property has to be seen to be believed. Postcard views from every window, the deck was amazing to enjoy the long dusk and hot tub enjoyed after a big day hiking/cycling. A perfect location to celebrate a milestone birthday for my husband. We loved our stay and would return again without hesitation. Thank you for providing such a high quality experience. Best wishes

We had a great Family reunion and the place is really comfortable with a big living room and kitchen. The communication with the host was excellent. Will recommend and give this place a 5 star rating.

David’s place is as beautiful as it’s comfortable. We were a family of 5 and we only used the three bedrooms on mid-level floor. Having kitchen and living room and laundry all on the same floor made things super easy for us. Moreover my husband used the top floor office to do his office work away from our chaos on the lower floor which was just another cherry on top. And the view is just stunning - out of the world. It will make you get out of the bed in morning. We made use of both fire places, cooked and ate out on the patio many times. He also has a next-gen level media entertainment which we enjoyed. Thanks for letting us stay at your super amazing place David. Would love to visit again.

Amazing house in a beautiful scenic spot right on the lake. Photos don’t do justice. Super cozy and all the conveniences you could want. Right on lake Hayes walking path. Very responsive. Wine and local tips on arrival were lovely extra touch Our kids loved it too

My husband and I spoiled ourselves for our 30th anniversary to stay in this beautiful house with amazing views. Watching the changing light on the mountains and lake was so restful we didn't want to leave. It was only a $11 Uber into the centre of town on the days we didn't want to drive. The neighbourhood is very quiet - we couldn't believe how well we slept! Very comfortable bed. The kitchen was extremely well equipped along with having plenty of cups and glasses. From the lovely welcome gifts to swift responses, we couldn't have asked for more.

We were a group of five (3 adults, two young children) and really enjoyed our stay at this fairytale house. It was very clean and furnished with lots of charming accessories which make the place even more WOW. I personally loved the outdoor illumination at night, which added to the fairytale feeling. We also made use of the hot tub. The only thing to improve is the wifi speed and coverage throughout the house. Would recommend this place to anyone who wants to experience a very special stay.

Convenient no frills accom in walking distance to town. We were slightly saddened to see that the hot tub wasn’t located in the garden of the unit as we assumed it was from the pictures. Extra towels delivered when needed and fast communication. Very comfortable bed. Great shower pressure.

Even better than we expected! The place is in a peaceful location right by the lake — such a fantastic spot with great taste in design and decor. Everything was well-maintained, and the team was professional and attentive. Staying here was a truly memorable experience. Highly recommended!

We booked this last minute just for one night and loved it. We were welcomed for a seamless last minute check in. It was so cozy and felt very luxurious for a small space. The outdoor bath was wonderful. I would definitely book again.

Nate's place is a great place to stay when you visit Glenorchy. The place is a little bit small but tidy and very cozy. For safety, you have a brave cat on guard in front of the room all night! Just kidding. Nate's cat just come to visit us at night and morning, he is very adorable. Hope we have a chance to stay here again for more than 1 night.

This place was magic. Not only was Sally an incredible host, the house was absolutely perfect. It had everything we needed and more. The property was such a beautiful place to relax for a few nights with amazing amenities and the sweetest dog in the world. Can’t wait to come back!
