What a stunning vacation property - a home away from home which is clean and fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The property has been tastefully decorated with an artistic flair and Tuscan look and feel. Vanessa has taken the time to ensure guest satisfaction by adding all the little extras (books, games, condiments and basic toiletries, as well as treats and bedding for pets). Our dogs were able to explore the property safely as the entire perimeter of the house is fully secured. If you have binoculars, remember to bring them with so you can enjoy the abundance of birdlife and nature that inhabits the surrounding rocky areas. From a wonderful, sparkling pool on warm summer days to a scenic coastal walk to the Harbour, you can exercise yourself and fur babies as often as you like. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely visit again in the near future. Thanks for all your efforts Vanessa which were greatly appreciated by all.

What a beautiful location in walking distance (one road back) from the beach and lagoon with board walks along the coast. Very spacious and had everything we needed. We had a lovely time with our family and kids.

A beautifully designed home nestled in the heart of nature within the secure Romansbaai estate in Gansbaai. Offering a sense of seclusion and tranquility, with neighboring houses set several hundred meters away, yet conveniently located just minutes from Gansbaai village, where supermarkets and restaurants are easily accessible. A short walk leads directly to the very private beach. Elegantly decorated with high-quality furnishings in a muted colour palette, with breathtaking ocean views from every room. Probably one of the few homes in South Africa that faces north for optimal sunlight while also offering a stunning ocean & coastline view with distant mountains—ensuring a captivating nighttime landscape rather than darkness. Master bedroom, situated on a corner with floor-to-ceiling windows and panoramic views. Thoughtfully designed (sheltered) indoor braai area. The host is exceptionally responsive and warmly accommodating! LOVE IT!

Ann's house was easy to find and I felt right at home. Very light and bright house, with two amazing big sundecks. To sit in the sun or shade and gavd breakfasf or dinner. House was very clean, well equipped and has very good beds. Lots of space to stay with a family or two couples. So nice that the birds come and drink water on the balcony. The garden is quite natural and has many plants that grow in that habitat. Like the prothea, beautifull. Also possibility to have a braai in the garden. The surroundings are very peaceful and in 100 m you're at s small beach. (From where you can - I think - also walk to the big beach Silver Sands Beach). Beautiful to see the sunset on the beach. Stoney point (pinguïns) and Harold Porter botanical garden (wonderful plants and great hiking possibilities: like two waterfalls) are close by. Ann is proactive, very kind and easy to get in touch with. For first need I received coffee and a bottle of good wine😄

Beautiful home, very private, top class - it has everything one could want. Magda provides clear explanations and is a pleasure to deal with. We really enjoyed our stay. I would recommend to anyone.

I had a fantastic stay at The Stanford getaway! The location is perfect - just a short walk from the center of town. The amenities were excellent, and the decor was absolutely beautiful, making it a truly cozy and inviting space. I hope to stay here again on my next visit. Highly recommend!

Been lucky enough to stay in some very nice places but this is one we’ll always keep talking about. Mountains, wineries, beaches plus the pool with the ultimate views - it was amazing! Place is bigger more spacious and comfortable than it looks on photos and Leon was just great! Would definitely recommend!!

Perched on South Africa's breathtaking Whale Coast, this property offers an unparalleled experience. The house is a stunning gem, catering to our every need and exceeding our expectations. With ample space, we barely scratched the surface of this beautiful home. The perfect blend of comfort, style, and functionality made our stay truly unforgettable. # The Pièce de Résistance - The View! The crowning glory of this property is, without a doubt, the mesmerizing ocean views. Witnessing sunrise and sunset over the waves was a spiritual experience, leaving us in awe of nature's beauty. Guy and Jennifer were fantastic hosts, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable stay.
