Frascati : locations de vacances adaptées aux enfants

Das Haus von Luigi ist toll! Es hat drinnen viel Platz, ist super ausgestattet und einen wunderbar großen Garten. Es wachsen viele sehr hübsche Wandelröschen darin, die aber giftige Beeren haben. Hier muss man mit sehr kleinen Kindern gut aufpassen. Der Strand war wegen der Nebensaison leider nicht sehr aufgeräumt, aber das Meer war trotzdem toll. Wir waren ohne Auto vor Ort, es gibt viele Läden, Restaurants und zwei Bushaltestellen in der Nähe. Leider kommen die Busse häufig zu früh oder zu spät und man muss in einer Verkaufsstelle oder in einer App sein Ticket kaufen, beim Busfahrer geht es nur Ausnahmsweise und ist dann viel teurer. Nach Anzio (12km) kostet es normalerweise 1,30€ beim Busfahrer aber 7€. Die Betreuung durch Natalia war herzlich und toll und wir konnten An- und Abreise flexibel gestalten.

Das Apartment von Anna war äußerst geräumig und gepflegt. Die Gegend ist ebenfalls sehr schön! Toller Vorort von Rom!

Un appartement au calme, au fond d'une impasse, avec une grande terrasse ombragée pour profiter des repas dehors. Alessandra est aux petits soins. Idéal pour un séjour romantique.

We spent a month in Paolo's house with my wife and two little kids and we really enjoyed everything about that! Paolo was a great host and the house has everything that you can wish – well equipped kitchen, nice bathroom, AC and nice garden with a grill. As a parent, I also appreciated the reliable fence around the garden, which makes it safe for the kids. :-) The neighborhood is very calm and friendly, the shops, restaurants and bars are nearby and there is plenty places to visit around – the sea, Nettuno, Anzio,... And Rome's main train station is less than 50 minutes away by a comfortable and cheap train. I highly recommend Paolo's house to anyone, who wants a nice and quiet place to enjoy Italian sun, heat and comfort – for both families or smaller groups of friends. PS: The area is nice and warm even in November!

Great place to stay near Rome! Very easy access to all Rome has to offer and still being peaceful and private!

We enjoyed staying at Carlotta’s very much. It is a lovely flat with excellent facilities. An excellent base for us three adults to explore Rome. Very calm and quiet at night and within walking distance of the colosseum. Hosts are very responsive and helpful. Excellent find!

The accommodation was nice and clean. Georgia and her boyfriend were nice and helpful. She accommodated us with a late arrival due to a delayed flight. She also prepared a sweet snack for us. We recommend this accommodation.

Antonella went above and beyond to make our stay excellent. She was responsive during our trip and helped us pick restaurants to eat at and booked a taxi for us. Was very accommodating for our 3 month old as well. Would highly recommend staying here when you visit Rome! Location was perfect to stay in a quieter area with easy public transport into the center within 20/30 mins.

Appartement conforme en tout points à l’annonce. Nedim a été très réactif et attentionné à mes demandes et questions. Très bon emplacement proche du métro pour se rendre rapidement dans le centre de Rome. Environnement un peu bruyant mais c'est normal pour un centre ville. Merci à Alissa et à sa maman pour leur accueil chaleureux.

Mere words cannot describe this apartment. It is stunning. GORGEOUS. A perfect Roman apartment. HUGE. Romantically beautiful in every way. Close to everything….a quick walk to anything and everything you want to see. We walked to Trevi, Navona, Pantheon, Colosseum, Vatican City. You can get anywhere you’d like to go by walking. Restaurants all around you in every direction. It’s truly the perfect apartment in the perfect location. And Alessandra is warm, inviting, informative and helpful. Her guidance and caring enhanced the stay.

Thanks Luca and Alessia for their hospitality. We really liked the flat and its location. The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay with a child, we felt at home. There are many shops and restaurants nearby, the neighbourhood is quiet and pleasant. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to come back again!

The apartment was of course terrific. The real star of the show was Gabriella: you soon find out that when she says her passion is making her guests comfortable and safe and that her first priority is you, she absolutely means it. Her communication was excellent, and there was no task too large or too small that she couldn’t do for us. If only every host had her energy and enthusiasm for making your stay as close to perfect as it could possibly be. So, go ahead and book this place. You’ll be glad you did.

Excelente apartamento muito grande , cama muito confortável, Nicola nos deixou macarrão , bolinhos e croassant .Muito perto da.estacao de trem e em frente ao ponto de ônibus. Fizemos tudo a pé muito bem localizado.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt! Die Wohnung war grossräumig, sehr sauber und bestens ausgestattet – genau wie beschrieben. Nertila war eine tolle Gastgeberin: Sie hat immer schnell auf unsere Anfragen reagiert und war sehr hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und können die Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen. Wenn wir wieder nach Rom kommen, würden wir sehr gerne erneut bei Nertila wohnen!

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour en famille. Coup de coeur pour ce logement qui donne l'impression de poursuivre la visite des musées dans l'appartement. Le logement est très propre, lumineux, bien équipé. Les lits sont grands et ultra confortables. La décoration est superbe, oeuvres d'art, marbre, très belles mosaïques au sol. Il est agréable de se promener pieds nus sur les différentes textures. Hôte très réactif. Instructions claires pour le check in/check out autonome. Nous avons apprécié d'avoir pu déposer nos bagages avant l'heure du check in. Un peu éloigné du centre (ce qui permet d'être au calme après les bains de foule) mais très facile d'accès en métro qui se trouve juste à quelques pas de l'immeuble. A recomander +++.

The bed is comfortable and location is an easy walk to Piazza Navona. For the hot water heater, make sure to turn on with a couple hours to heat the water for showers. The key is an older door lock, so turn it a couple times for the bolt to unlock. Watch the instructional video for access too.

Чудесная квартира за свою цену! Район немного далеко от центра, но туда довольно легко попасть на общественном транспорте. Очень удобно, что в квартире две ванные комнаты. Отличные спальни, несколько телевизоров, хорошо оборудованная кухня 🙏 Рекомендуем!

Unser Aufenthalt war wirklich super! Alles gut verständlich. Das Appartment ist bestens ausgestattet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Nähe zum Strand ist genial und auch Supermärkte sind fußläufig erreichbar. Herzlichen Dank!

C'est notre deuxième séjour chez Luca. Nous apprécions beaucoup la localisation à la fois proche de la gare et assez proche de sites touristiques comme le Colisée et le Capitole. La rue est calme et pratique. Commerces et restos à proximité. J'aime l'allure vieillotte de l'endroit. Un grand portique, quatre bâtiments entourant une cour, des balcons donnant sur l'intérieur (ça me fait penser à Sofia Loren et Marcello Mastroianni dans Une journée particulière). L'appartement contient de vieux meubles et beaucoup de livres, dvd et cd. Les murs sont décorés de belles gravures. L'appartement est petit mais convient bien à deux personnes pour un court séjour. La minuscule cuisine est assez complète. Ses armoires font penser à une brocante, beaucoup de choses en double ou en triple, certaines belles et d'autres moins. La salle de bain est très bien. Quelques bémols: La minuscule télé ne servant qu'aux dvd, le confort du mobilier. Par contre, le wifi est excellent. Merci Luca et Sofia.
