We had a truly wonderful stay! The views of the mountains were absolutely stunning, and the place felt incredibly private and cozy. We loved the fireplace with real firewood—it made the evenings so warm and relaxing. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the cute little coffee corner was such a treat! There was a great selection of equipment for making different kinds of coffee, delicious beans, and even a charming collection of handmade mugs. It was especially kind of the host to let us check in earlier than planned—communication was smooth and fast, and we had zero issues during our stay. A huge bonus was the sauna and jacuzzi, perfect for unwinding after a day on the slopes. The romantic music from the record player added a lovely touch, and there were so many thoughtful little details that made our stay extra cozy and memorable. Highly recommend!

Amazing hosts with extremely quick response times. The view from the house was breath taking. We will definitely be back! Location is 25-30 min from Winter Park and Frazier and 30 min from On The Trail snow mobiles in Grand Lake. We had an amazing trip!

Amazing place to stay. Very cozy and clean, it felt like home away from home! The hot tub was a huge hit! Communication with the hosts was smooth and prompt! We will definitely stay here again!

Our adventure seeking family of 5 had an amazing week at this property. We wanted to be in the mountains and in nature, and this was exactly what we were looking for. It takes a bit to drive into town, but that’s what we wanted! We loved that there was snow in April, but do make note that this property is at higher elevation than Denver and is 10 degrees colder. Do take the hosts advice on a 4x4 vehicle. The kitchen had everything we needed. We would love to come again!

We enjoyed our stay being so close to town. It was great that we were able to bring our dogs no one felt crowded. The rooms were large, the kitchen was great for mingling and the living room was perfect to play games. We would stay here again!

This place was perfect for two couples. It’s nice to have two living spaces if someone wants to stay up late/get up early. It had all the items we needed to enjoy our stay and we would definitely stay here again. I would recommend having 4wd in the winter months.

We had an amazing experience with Beautiful Views. Felt secluded and had a sense of privacy. There’s plenty of restaurants nearby in Idaho Springs and lots of options to make a stay here memorable.

Great stay. On the bus line one stop away from winter park gondola. Cute space, super cozy. Pet friendly which was a plus. Restaurant on site was great. It was not an issue for us, but stairs to the bedroom are very steep (like a ladder) and may not be accessible for everyone so something to be mindful of. Would definitely stay here again.

Jennifer’s place was better than expected! Perfect for a cozy getaway or a home-base to head into town. Place was easy to find but if you have difficulties there are clear cut instructions on how to get there. Favorite part besides the scenery was the living room/kitchen area. Kitchen everything you need and a good amount of space in the living room/dining table area. Hope to come back again!

Noelle was an awesome host. Her home is an adorable cabin like atmosphere with a newer kitchen completely stocked with anything you could ever need. It is walking distance to the lake and has a beautiful deck and gas grille. Beds are very comfortable as well as pillows. Neighborhood is safe, however some homes are beautiful and others are a bit run down. This home was perfect for our needs. She also welcomes dogs and our golden retriever absolutely loved being able to go down to the lake so easily. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you Noelle

We have been to Grand Lake before and had to come back. Only this time it was during winter versus summer. The area is a lot more quiet during winter due to some businesses closed for the season. It made the experience even more peaceful especially for our dogs. The fenced yard is big enough for our pets to enjoy. The cabin itself was well equipped and perfectly described.

We had a great, quiet weekend stay! This cozy cottage was so close to the lake, hiking and downtown. It was such a relaxing sweet house and area. The perfect place to close out the season and see some last colorful leaves. the little snafu at check in (not their fault!) was handled quickly and worked out fine. both Tim and Pam were very responsive, accessible and helpful. We would love to come back for another getaway.

I booked the Cottage at Sunset Point for a cozy girl's getaway/hatchelorette. The cottage provided the cozy and whimsical vibes we were looking for. We really loved having such large kitchen to cook together in and we even had a fox come right up to the large living room windows while we watched movie. Would def recommend if you're looking for a peaceful mountain getaway.

A lovely weekend away from our Denver life. It was my husband, our pup and myself and we just needed a little winter break and so glad we did it! The house is about five minutes from town perched up on a mountain. Definitely need four-wheel-drive to get up there in the winter time! The views were spectacular from every room! The space was more than enough for the three of us and then some. The couch was super comfy the kind that you would have at home. The bed was pretty good as well. We have no complaints and would stay here again!

My family and I had the best Christmas ever!!! Danae’s place felt like home, my kids loved it specially because we had never seen the snow and we had a lot of it. The place was super clean and cozy with beautiful surroundings that we’ll never forget. Thanks Danae for giving us the opportunity to stay in your home and have the greatest time ever!!!

This cabin was perfect for all 9 of us! Zedi responded timely and even offered early check in! He also allowed us to push check out due to scheduling however it all worked out! Kitchen was stocked, snowshoes were provided, enough towels, even some condiments in the fridge! I will say the driveway was a little slippery with it being winter but nothing that put a damper on our trip. Definitely recommend a 4x4 vehicle! All in all it was a success! thank you!

Super clean and up to date! The bed was super comfy, probably the best nights sleep I’ve had in a long time! Highly recommend:)

Really enjoyed our peaceful getaway to Bob and Meredith’s cabin. It was a magical winter stay. Fantastic location. Pretty much adjacent to the Nordic center for free tubing and xc skiing and snowshoes (skiing and snowshoes have fee). The neighborhood roads are quiet and safe for strolling. House was as described. Rooms on the smaller side but everyone gets their own bedroom (4x). Town is a quick drive (maybe 5-7min away). The entrance to RMNP is just up the road from the cabin. Great communication from owners. 10/10 would stay again.

This place is so cozy and quiet, it was perfect for a winter retreat to watch the snow fall and have quality time with friends.

This cabin is wonderful - beautifully designed in the described Alpine/Art Deco Flair, spacious yet cozy - a perfect getaway spot for those looking to be close to Devil's Thumb while still maintaining proximity to Winter Park. The kitchen is beautiful and well stocked, the fireplace adds warmth and charm to cold winter days, the jacuzzi and sauna are wonderful highlights! We spent most of our stay at the cabin enjoying the tranquility and amazing views. What a special place this is - I definitely recommend and would stay here again!

We needed to unplug for a long weekend and this place was like out of a dream! The place tucked back into the woods next to national forrest and 2 of the days we got a light dusting of snow. I could feel my heart beat slowing down while we were there. The design of the house is just stunning inside and out. The place was so well appointed and well laid out. There was just 2 of us but could see renting this again with another couple knowing there was a loft bedroom. Kitchen had everything we need to whip up meals and snacks between snuggling in on the couch. Bathroom had full sized toiletries (shampoo and body wash) and ample linens. Although we saw friends in Boulder and didn't see much of the town in our short visit, it seemed quaint and a place I could see coming back to visit. Follow Eric's advice on a 4WD especially in the winter and it is back in the woods and it needs it. But so worth it! Eric was so responsive when we asked about road plowing and such.

Fantastic stay! Absolutely loved Rebekah’s place- had everything we needed and more! Perfect location, close to everything and yet still private. Our pups loved the space too! Rebekah was an amazing host and made sure we had everything we needed! We will definitely be back to this peaceful, clean, & lovely cabin in the heart of Grand Lake!

We had a perfect engagement weekend at this quiet mountain retreat! Super close to great restaurants and skiing, and it was amazing to relax in peace when we got back to the cabin. The fireplace and hot tub made this place so relaxing and perfect, and the host made it easy to feel right at home with a plowed driveway, stocked firewood, and easy check in!
