Wonderful trip to Granby! The house was just like the pictures. Perfect set up for me and my family. The kitchen was well stocked and we had plenty of linens and towels. The hot tub was amazing after a long day of skiing - was very convenient to be able to walk 2 minutes and be on a run down to the lifts. Communication between the owners was great and they were very helpful and responsive. We definitely loved the house and location and plan to return!

The 5 King beds plus a bunk room made this a great home for our group. We loved the location for skiing at Winter Park. The house is spacious and the kitchen is well equipped. Hot tub and the views from it were outstanding.

Great cabin, and great location! The cabin itself was very clean and pleasant to spend time in. Great home base for accessing Grand Lake and the surrounding area. Only 5 minutes from downtown Grand Lake. Just as good was Pamela's hosting. She reached out to me a week ahead of time with clear instructions about how to get to the cabin, check in/check out procedures, etc. She responded immediately (more than once) with answers to my questions. Then, a couple days later, she reached out to me again to give me a heads up about fire bans and gave me a link to the Grand County site for more information. I was impressed and appreciative of her proactive, courteous messages. Great stay. Highly recommend!

This was a lovely, comfortable home. My lil grandson referred to it as his Mountain Cabin and didn't want to leave. The views were great. The kitchen was well equipped with anything we needed. There were plenty of TV's, internet access and a great game room downstairs. We enjoyed the winter ski time and would love to go back in the summer. We highly recommend this place. We enjoyed our stay.

Best Airbnb! We had everything we needed and the home was beautiful and very very clean. The location was perfect for us with tubing hills minutes away and just a short distance to Granby and Winter Park resorts. The neighborhood felt very safe and was quiet. Would highly recommend!

We had a wonderful week at Patzy’s peaceful and spacious apartment. The kitchen was wonderfully outfitted with every appliance you might need, and we had plenty of space for two people to stay comfortably. Patzy was both proactive and responsive in her communication with us, and we enjoyed her hospitality. Thank you!

Very nice place to stay for a ski vacation! Close to shuttle, also an easy drive to Winter Park. The place was very clean, comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen. We didn’t get to the hot tub, but close by and looked well used. Had problems with internet connection, but Roger and Sharon communicated clearly about it. We would definitely stay here again!

This place was amazing! Fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, comfortable furniture and beds, a small balcony, WiFi and cable TV! The location in Georgetown is perfect for any mountain activities and still close by enough to make a run to Denver if needed. Absolutely recommend this place to anyone planning a trip to the area.

Really enjoyed this spot and the aesthetic. Super close to winter park, close to pick up area for the free shuttle as well. Really nothing to complain about, comfy bed, lovely gas fireplace, cooked several meals during our stay, nice hot water for the shower. Lots of natural light, a nice nature view out the windows. Super cozy, hope to return in the future!

Wonderfully appointed condo with cozy towels, linens, and blankets, and everything you need in the kitchen. Games were great for family time and we enjoyed the hot tub too. We will be back!

This was a reasonably priced rental and provided good value for the money. Walkable to she slopes. Near Lime, Starbucks, and other restaurants. Hot tub was always full of people which wasn’t ideal, but aside from that everything was great!

Everything about the place and John as a host is a 10/10. I stayed for a couple weeks and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. John was super attentive in answering any questions and making sure I was comfortable during the stay. The location to the slopes is about as close as you can get in town. Would love to come back!

Its a great place - building C is hard to see at night but go down the little hill in the parking lot and it is right there. There is a major sound issue with the unit above. Maybe we had an outlier in BigFoot staying in the unit above but it is something you should know. There is nothing the host can do to mitigate that issue. They provide white noise machines that may help. If you are a med to heavy sleeper it is likely not an issue for you.

Very enjoyable stay. Beautiful area. Accommodations were great! Plenty of hot water for 4 people to shower, warm and cozy gas fireplace, and well equipped kitchen. It was close to the quaint downtown shops and the Rocky Mountain National Park. Highly recommend!

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! Camille was incredibly informative and made sure we had everything we needed for a smooth and enjoyable visit. The property itself was stunning—beautifully maintained, clean, and exactly as described. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great experience!

Pictures and description are accurate. View from the living room/porch is excellent. Wifi speeds were adequate. Bed was comfortable (for reference, I normally sleep on a Sleep Number bed, and my number is 35, so on the softer side).

We loved our stay at this AirB&B! It was a short drive to Winter Park and conveniently located right by the grocery store which made it easy to pick up necessaries for dinner on our way home from the slopes. The hosts have thoughtfully provided everything we could need to feel right at home. The place was super clean and had plenty of space for our family of 4. We will certainly keep this condo in mind for future trips! Thank you for letting us stay!

My family enjoyed the quick access to and from the lift. This allowed my family to enjoy meals between skiing. The condo had plenty of space and was warm and cozy retreat to rest and relax. It is also close to a grocery store and not far from multiple towns to grab food if needed.
