I recently had the pleasure of staying at this rental property, and I can’t say enough good things about it! From the moment I arrived, everything was fantastic. The property is impeccably clean, which is a huge plus for me as someone who is germophobic—it truly exceeded my expectations. The large master bathroom was a wonderful addition, and I especially loved how dark and cozy the bedroom is, ensuring restful nights of sleep. The breathtaking views of Grand Lake are definitely a highlight! As a real estate investor, I appreciate the high standards of this property—it’s simply amazing! The convenience of having a Keurig machine is a nice touch; just remember to bring your favorite K-Cups. Plus, there’s covered parking available, adding to the overall convenience. For downtime, you'll find plenty of books to read and games to enjoy. Thank you for providing such an outstanding experience! I highly recommend this rental to anyone seeking a beautiful, clean, and comfortable getaway!

Such a wonderful place to stay!! Perfect location, beautiful scenery, clean home, warm hot tub, and only 10 minutes from winter park. Would highly recommend staying here for your next ski trip!

A great location with easy access to the lake for our purposes. Cozy clean condo, just as described and a seamless check-in/out process. My buddies and I stayed here for an ice fishing trip and the condo was a comfy reprieve at the end of each day!

This was our second time staying here, and it was just as wonderful as the first! Quiet and cozy and the beds are just like sleeping at home. Highly recommend this location when needing a large home for a trip. Our two families of five each had a great vacation here. Each level has its own bathroom and living space and plenty of room for all your gear. It is easy to walk to the ski lifts and base area, or drive and drop off skiers in just a couple minutes. The property manager is very responsive and addresses any issues promptly.

Highly recommend this cabin if you are looking for a place to stay in Grand Lake! The house sits right on the lake, so the views from every level are incredible. It is very spacious and we had plenty of room for our family of 4. The kitchen is fully stocked. The location is great and only a short drive to downtown Grand Lake for plenty of restaurant options if desired. Everything was super clean and the host was very responsive. Check this place out if you want a mountain getaway!

Brand new condos that are perfect for a ski trip. There are 4 bedrooms, 1 master with its own bathroom, 2 queen bedrooms, and one small bunk room (with no door). 4 total bedrooms including the bunk room with 3 bathrooms. The hot tub on the roof is super cool with great views. There is a garage for 2 cars although it is very narrow. Less than a 2 minute walk to the bus stop for skiing and we were able to walk almost everywhere in town to eat, shop, etc. As the house is technically 4 stories (firsst garage, second kitchen / 1 bedroom, third 3 bedrooms, and fourth hot tub/roof) there are some stairs. This did not bother us however!

This townhome is great for a family of 12 or less. It does have a lot of stairs and levels as described. The bedrooms and beds were a great size. It comes well stocked with goods such as coffee, laundry needs and dishwasher pods. Even though we had small children with us the townhome was easy to live in without fearing damage to a beautiful home. The location ins Winter Park is great with a quick walk to the town shuttles to the ski resort. You can also walk to the downtown restaurants and shops. A great place to stay and we hope to return to this fabulous home.

My family of five stayed at this condo over New Year’s Eve! We had a great time. We made a couple meals in the well equipped kitchen and we also ate out at the great restaurants nearby. Getting up to the slopes was easy! We would highly recommend this stay and we would come back again! Christine and David were very responsive and friendly!

The house was great and very close to the ski resort. Anne was very responsive anytime I texted her. The house was ready early and she allowed us to check in early which was fantastic since we needed to unload our very full car before going to rent equipment. We would definitely stay there again!

Very fun place to stay. Plenty of room for everyone plus a couple extra in the office space. House was clean, hosts were responsive, and it was easy to park. The fireplace kept the place very warm. Over the 3 months that we were there, it only had trouble once or twice.

We stayed last minute and it was super convenient for spring skiing!

This was a great spot to be for our family during our little spring break trip to Winter Park! Our hosts were communicative, the place was clean, and overall it was a great stay.

Great stay! The place was clean and welcoming and we had a wonderful time here. My kids loved the 3 tier bunk bed and really felt at home and comfortable. The host had an entire binder filled with info about check in and check out, restaurants, and even how to work each and every appliance and item like tv and remote. Super Helpful! would definitely stay here again next year for our annual trip!

Julie’s place was great. Very clean and comfortable. It’s really nice to be so close to Rocky Mountain national Park. We had a great time snowshoeing and walking around the little downtown. Two bathrooms is always a bonus. The views from the living room are spectacular. Hoping to return in the summer.

Kylee's place met all our goals during our month long stay in March. The internet was fast enough to support two TEAMS calls at once as my family called in to work. Also, it was quick 10 minute drive to Winter Park and there was a shuttle stop very close by but we didn't use it. I liked the old fashioned fireplace which we used most nights. There were lots of comfy beds to accommodate my family when we had 3 couples up for a birthday celebration. The west facing deck was nice to sit out on and enjoy the sun at the end of a ski day. Also, there was an out door grill that worked well when we cooked steaks. On snowy days the parking lot was cleared fast and it's only 15 yards or so from where we parked to the front door of the home.

Loved this home. Hot tub was awesome. Great central location. Close to everything. Would stay again!

Garrett was easy to communicate with, the place was charming and well located. In the winter the walkway to the unit was very icy so be careful walking around the building from the parking lot to the entrance of the unit. We appreciated that the bus stop to Winter Park to ski was right across the street and the community center with the hot tub was a short walk away, around the building and across the street. The kitchen was well stocked. We weren’t able to find the thermostat the first night so it was very cold- needed to read the book more carefully and notice it’s underneath the kitchen counter. Overall great space.

It was a nice experience to stay at the house. The house is very clean and comfortable. The host is very friendly and responsive. Will come back again next time when we come to Fraser.
