Great place—very clean and exactly like the pictures! The instructions were clear and helpful. The host also gave great recommendations for places to check out, which was much appreciated. The only issue was communication. When I asked about an early check-in, my message was read but never answered. Then, at check-in time, the cleaning crew was still there. It wasn’t a dealbreaker, but improved communication would be helpful for future guests. Overall, I would book again!

We had a wonderful week at Patzy’s peaceful and spacious apartment. The kitchen was wonderfully outfitted with every appliance you might need, and we had plenty of space for two people to stay comfortably. Patzy was both proactive and responsive in her communication with us, and we enjoyed her hospitality. Thank you!

Very nice place to stay for a ski vacation! Close to shuttle, also an easy drive to Winter Park. The place was very clean, comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen. We didn’t get to the hot tub, but close by and looked well used. Had problems with internet connection, but Roger and Sharon communicated clearly about it. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location for skiing in winter park and walking to downtown. Host was super responsive and helpful! The condo is quite spacious and comfortable with a great mountain view!

The space - and especially the ski-in/ski-out - was as fantastic as advertised and as others have said in reviews. Overall for my son and I, the space was a very simple, clean, and cozy place that was the perfect basecamp for a few days - with our focus on snowboarding and relaxing during the evenings. Highly recommend!

Our small group of 3 had plenty of space to stretch out and relax. The place looks just like the pictures and everything seems brand new. We came for skiing Winter Park so we were extremely impressed that we could walk to the free Emerald bus line right outside the condos, and we could be at the WP resort within about 15 minutes. The private hot tub was perfect for after a day on the slopes. The grocery store, Safeway, is just across the highway and there's a nice looking brewery within walking distance, although we didn't have time to visit this time. We'll definitely be back!

This was a reasonably priced rental and provided good value for the money. Walkable to she slopes. Near Lime, Starbucks, and other restaurants. Hot tub was always full of people which wasn’t ideal, but aside from that everything was great!

This place was one of the very best Bnbs that I have stayed at. It was beautiful and actually exceeded our expectations. The private hot tub was a great amenity. The room with the bunk beds was a massive hit with my kids. Sarah was a friendly, responsive and overall great host. I would highly recommend this stay and will look for it again if I’m in the area with my family.

The place was great! A bathroom for each bedroom was a big plus. Lots of room and the hot tub was a hit. Mike was very responsive. We will be back next time we ski.

Susan's house was exactly as described and pictured. We felt right at home from the moment we arrived. The house was very clean and incredibly well equipped. The furnishings were perfect for the place and the kitchen was incredibly well equipped. We loved the mountain views from the balcony, enjoyed the hot tub. The primary suite was very luxurious and the other bedrooms were well laid out and it was nice that they also had their own bathrooms. The town is just a short ride away and getting to Winter Park for skiing was super easy. We were very glad we found this house!

We stayed at Craig’s house last year and again this year—it’s an amazing property with incredible views. It’s a short drive to the ski hill and an excellent place to stay with the family. We love this property and will definitely reach out every time we make a ski trip to Winter Park.

Four families met together at this cabin for my birthday. It was the best birthday ever. The cabin was perfect for all of us, so spacious, well designed and private. Sleeping rooms were comfortable and with so many bathrooms we were served so well. Mel was responsive but we really did not need anything as it was all there for us. We enjoyed Winter Park including skiing, restaurants, playgrounds, sledding, bus route and the over all vibe. My favorite place was the hot tub so large, clean and well-maintained. We definitely enjoyed our long weekend and would visit this cabin again!

Great stay! Clean and well-equipped, incl. consumables like Dove shower products, condiments/spices, laundry soap, etc. Amenities (fireplace, hot tub w/unobstructed view) both SO nice after days cross-country skiing. Having a garage such a treat on cold mornings. Almost 100% as pictured - note the white towel robes are no longer provided in case you want to pack one! - otherwise very accurate. Lots of blankets, linens, pillow choices for sleeping, so bed was comfortable & customizable. 2nd BR/BA across the house from primary; nice for privacy if a group. Outstanding host - one of the best we've stayed with. We almost needed to extend by one night last-minute due to winter storms forecast (at home, ironically), for our departure day. Although we ultimately made it out on time, Sarah was SO communicative and would have rearranged the cleaners so we could stay until early the following morning. We love this area and hope to return again next year; would happily stay again!

There was so much to like about Wendy's place! I have stayed in a lot of places that describe themselves as "walkable" to the lifts, but this was truly a very short walk (cross one street, walk one block, you are there). Also, the bed was maybe the most comfortable bed I have slept in **in my life**. Good assortment of pillows on the bed and lots of cosy extra blankets, plus we appreciated having a humidifier AND a foam roller. The condo building has a brand-new, very large hot tub - even during spring break, it never felt too crowded. The kitchen was well-stocked with pots and pans for cooking, the bathroom had a tub big enough that I could lie down all the way (ok, I'm not a giant, but it was a big tub!), and overall it was a great value. We had a little trouble getting into the condo but Wendy was extremely responsive and sent a new entry code right away, and from there it was smooth sailing. We are already dreaming of our next Winter Park vacation.

We had a great time in Winter Park. Skied 9 days. Billy's condo was right on the Lift Bus Route--very convenient. The hot tubs were great! Everything was as advertised. We would stay there again.

We LOVED Winter Park and Rich’s place was perfect!! The accommodations were as described, very comfortable and it is in the perfect location for quick access to gondola. We are a ski family so we spend most of the day skiing and relaxing in hot tub after dinner. Hot tub was amazing and big enough to accommodate multiple families. Rich was responsive, kind and flexible when we needed to check in early.

Great condo in a great location with great living space and excellent views! Our 3 teenagers loved having the freedom to step outside and take the shuttle right to Winter Park! The upstairs master has slanted ceilings and a low bathroom door frame which was challenging for my 6'2" partner, but she got used to it. We would definitely stay here again.

Lisa is a great host and the property is perfect for two families staying together. The multi floor layout separates the spaces for families and offers a great living space for shared activities. Close to the lifts, but nice and quiet on the creek. We even saw a moose one afternoon out back.

We loved our stay in Winter Park! The condo was so cozy & had everything we needed. There was only two of us but there is lots of space for more people to stay. The fireplace was amazing after a long day of skiing. Our host was extremely responsive & we were able to get an early check in at 9am! If you are skiing or even are just looking for a way to get into town there is a bus that picks you up right outside the building. So convenient & we used it every day! We will definitely be back!
