This beautiful and spacious house is equipped with everything you would need. It sleeps the whole family and the beds are comfortable with lovely linen. The property was well maintained and presented and well looked after. Malcolm and Rikki gave us all the information we needed for an easy check in and were easy to communicate with if we needed anything. We look forward to our next stay at Avoca House and are proud to call it home while we are there.

the house was in a lovely position in a no through road, waking up kangaroos in the front yard and the sound of birds singing, peaceful, could have stayed there longer.

We felt right at home as soon as we walked in the door. There was everything we needed and more. I loved the secure yard for our dog and short walking distance to the water. Located in a lovely quiet street. Would highly recommended.

We had the most magical stay at this stunning property. The house was immaculately clean, spacious, and perfectly located just a short stroll from Archies Beach. The breathtaking ocean views and serene atmosphere made it an idyllic getaway spot. We hosted our surprise wedding here, and it couldn’t have been a more perfect setting. Even with a touch of rain, the appearance of rainbows added a truly magical touch to our special day. Azza & Emily were incredibly accommodating, helpful, and welcoming, ensuring everything was set up perfectly for our stay. The property had everything we needed, from a well-stocked kitchen to comfortable spaces for our family and friends to relax. We can’t recommend this property enough for anyone looking for a relaxing beachside escape, It’s a place where memories are made!

Very few ABNB homes match the description or photos however Sylwia's place exceeded our expectations. The house is large, very large with plenty of space for everyone - we were a family group of 10 and never felt on top of each other - great games room, huge living area and four balconies to choose from. The house was exceptionally clean including the bed linen and towels which was a real pleasure. A spacious kitchen with all mod cons and a clean big BBQ - yes everything is big!!!! The kids loved the kayaks, bikes and fishing rods - everything has been thought through and provided - including the safe beach which is a short safe walk away. Thank you Sylwia for offering us your home which provided a wonderful holiday - 6 STARS.

My husband and I had a wonderful, relaxing and peaceful short break. Theresa and Grant were perfect hosts, very welcoming and recommended great places to see and eat. We had the perfect break away that we needed and loved spending time in their beautiful garden and pool and walking along their quiet beach. Our only complaint was that we were not able to stay longer as we had to return to work, otherwise we would probably still be there. Thanks Theresa and Grant, we will definitely look forward to staying with you again in the future.

This was a lovely little spot to stay with my family. Kayla was very responsive when I messaged her. She allowed us to check in early. Lots of this for the kids to do. Would definitely stay here again.

Is a great place to relax and enjoy a little bit of the country. Everything was clean and tidy. The breakfast basket amazing. Karin greeted us with a big smile. We left with a bigger smile. Lovely time . Highly reccomend .

The pool was a hit! Very peaceful neighbour hood. We will book again for sure.

even though our stay was during cyclone Alfred we felt very safe and added extra time onto our stay to accommodate us untill there were no road closures and we could get home the house was amazing and the girls were super friendly and made our stay a please we will definitely be back

Thank you, Jenni, we enjoyed our stay. Our host Jenni was very helpful and welcoming. There were some friendly dogs and other animals on the property. Perfect location for our overnight work stay. The unit was very nice with all the amenities and services you would need. Local Pub up the road for dinner. Even included breakfast (bacon eggs toast etc) Would be a lovely place to stay for the weekend or longer with the family and friends. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Very well priced, made the vacation far more affordable. Quiet residential area, cute bird and guinea pigs out the back with the shared laundry. Short car trips from the central location. Thank you for a great stay!

A perfect, hassle free place to stay with friends and family. The direct access to the beach is a big bonus :)!

We had such a wonderful relaxing stay at Chelsea place. It is exactly as described. The residence is very private &a short walk to everything. The inside is compact but every space has been carefully designed to optimise comfort. The kitchen did indeed have everything you would need: the full-sized fridge & freezer definitely made for a nicer experience being able to stock food/wine without feeling like it is a Tetris puzzle. The shower had glorious water pressure & all the amenities you would need - even a bowl of rolled facewashers under the sink. The very large deck provided a superb entertaining area to guest my family with a large dining table & comfy lounge chairs. The greyhounds loved the yard space/deck & the provision of a dog bed & two dog bowls meant we didn’t have to lug as much gear as we would usually have to. The bamboo, palms & other greenery made for a very soothing backdrop: on dusk, the solar fairy lights strung up behind the greenery creates an enchanting ambiance.

This place was amazing! There is plenty of space for a small family or a couple with all facilities available. The location of this property is the most impressive with the water only about 50 meters away, there is a little cafe about a 10 minute walk with fantastic views of the surface. There is also a few restaurants available in the main section which is walkable. The house itself has full air con, a lockup garage, fully equipped kitchen and a nice balcony at the front to enjoy a drink or two. It was also super clean which was refreshing.

David’s house is in a lovely location, which backs on to a beautiful reserve. It’s in walking distance to the beach and the area is very quiet and peaceful. The house was well stocked and also had lots of games for the children and plenty of space, making it an extremely comfortable stay. David is excellent with his communication and was responsive to any questions. We enjoyed our stay immensely.
