The house was perfect for our weekend break in Southsea. The house had plenty of living space, was clean and a short taxi from central Southsea and Portsmouth. Tilly was a responsive and helpful host.

Well equipped and beautifully presented cottage, superb location to explore Chichester but well positioned to avoid town centre traffic if you want to head out elsewhere. Really enjoyed our stay, excellent value.

Lots of free parking in the vicinity. Handy for a no frills stay.

Had a lovely few days in Selsey House had everything we needed for 3 adults and 2 kids - very spacious and comfortable. Kitchen is well kitted out too. Other pluses for us were the nearby playground and we loved the fish & chips shop and the fishmongers over the road. Lovely walks along the promenade and popped to West Wittering for a sandy beach day.

No complaints from staff staying in location, was lovely when I popped in, only issue was a shower head missing but Joe rectified this quickly. The guide book on the house left was really useful, was a bit stuck with the boiler not being on long enough but book explained how to turn it on etc so was really useful. Location was good and space was very large, especially for Chichester. Would definitely recommend.

This house is lovely and was perfect for a short stay for us 4 adults. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen well equipped and homely. An easy walk into the centre of town made for a very pleasant evening stroll along the canal.

Lee's place was really nice. Exactly as described, the space is used really well and you're not on top of each other even with nearly a dozen people. The bed was very comfortable, the bathrooms a little simple but nothing wrong with them at all. The garden is nice and big and the games room is good albeit the pool table is on a slight slant (not that noticeable though). Didn't get to use the BBQ sadly as it was chilly outside but would be lovely in warmer weather, and the fireplace was really nice. Lee is very responsive with messages and was helpful to deal with. We would happily return here.

At first I didn’t want to write a review as I didn’t want anyone else to know how great this little place is - location is ideal, parking is a gem, the inside space is just perfect and the hosts great at communicating

All good, we enjoyed the stay. Didn't venture to the clubhouse/ pool, but would if we had stayed longer. Beach walks lovely, lidl was very handy. Caravan in a good tucked away location 👍

The caravan had everything we needed and was really well stocked. Perfect play to stay with our dog and very reasonable priced. It was sited in a lovely peaceful part of the park with bridle paths accessed easily nearby. Excellent communication with Emily, and we were even able to check in early which was fab. Thank you so much Emily!

Catharine's place is lovely. An incredible view, lovely social space, and everything you could need. Catharine was very responsive and we felt very looked after. We'll be back.

Wonderful stay for my family of 5. The caravan is superb, modern and spotlessly clean. Good location to explore what the Isle of Wight has to offer. The hot tub was awesome and my kids absolutely loved it!! Our host Claire was so great, really lovely to deal with, gave us suggestions on places to eat and could t be more helpful. Thanks again Claire!!!

We had an amazing stay Such a beautiful property with everything you could ever need Anna was a fantastic host, had a lovely little chat with her when we arrived (and a little fuss of the wonderfully friendly Max) We couldn't have wished for a better stay Amazing swimming pool and hot tub and loved the BBQ area The property itself was spotlessly clean and smelt like everything was brand new My sister and family came over from London for a little swim in the pool. We had a wonderful stay in the red squirrel lodge. The lodge was spacious, clean and included everything we could need for a long weekend. It was in a great location, easy drive to local attractions and the park itself was quiet, meaning we could get a good nights rest. Would recommend to anyone and wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.

Had a long weekend with the family and it was a great base. The apartment was clean, comfy and had a well equipped kitchen with a large fridge which was great as we had multiple family groups that all bought lots of food. The main house is fabulous to look at and we could appreciate it's beauty. The pool was beautiful too, warm and relaxing...although personally we would have rather paid more at booking and the access be bookable but included in the price but understand this wouldn't suit everybody. There was lots of outdoor seating, garden games, ping pong and a large chess game and small climbing frame which were welcomed touches. We were left to our own devices despite the building being connected to home owners which we appreciated. Our only criticism was there are signs put out to show private garden areas but with dogs and children this can be a bit harder to control so some clearer boundaries might be more helpful for future guests. Thank you for having us!

The holiday on the island was wonderful. The small house was very clean, furnished with great care so that everything matched. The location of the house is amazing, only 2 minutes and you can admire the wonderful views, another 2 minutes take you down the cliff and you can enjoy the wonderful sandy beach (friendly for dogs). The house is equipped with all the necessary things. The owner allowed us to enter the house a few hours earlier, which was a big plus for us. I will definitely come back to this place more than once. I recommend it to those who want to break away from the everyday hustle and bustle of the city. Peace, quiet and plenty of areas for walking with the dog

Justine was a very responsive host and helped to sort a few small things very quickly. We thoroughly enjoyed White Roses: Spacious, clean, lovely outside spaces, dog treats provided, quiet, kitchen very well equipped, very good location, lots of dog walks nearby. All in all we would definitely like to return at some stage. Thank you Justine for a lovely stay.

We had a lovely few days at the boat house and summer house. It had everything we needed for four adults and two dogs and was perfect to relax in and while away the time with the ebb and flow of the tides. David provided some extra little touches, for instance a coffee, tea milk and biscuits to help us settle in on arrival and lots of helpful links to places to see and local restaurants. There was good facilities in the boat house including comfy chairs on the decking. The summer house was more basic with a kitchenette which could have done with a little fridge but was perfectly adequate for our needs.

Just returned from Julia's lovely home in the New Forest. The house is ideally suited for touring the New Forest with walks straight from the door. Holly Lodge is comfortable, very warm, clean and well equipped . We were a party of 4 but plenty of space for 6 people with the 3 good sized bedrooms and bathrooms. Garden is secure for dogs with trees a haven for wildlife. Would love to return. Thank you Julia for being a great host

Lovely homely feel. Clean and tidy and comfortable. Central location. Good communication with the host. Parking is difficult, evenings you may need to park a few streets away.

Lovely place to stay. Extremely roomy with a large conservatory which is warm. Very comfortable beds. All utensils and electrical items you would ever need. Very close to Beaulieu and other attractions, and very clean. Great outside space to sit and good parking. I would recommend this for short and long stays.

A beautiful, comfortable home for a couple or small family, within the sound of church bell, close to the sea, and a few steps from the little village centre of Alverstoke. It had everything we needed for a relaxing stay, with recommendations for eating out as well as a well-equipped kitchen for eating in. There is also an office area in the bedroom, and fast internet, so suitable for WFH.

We have just had a lovely stay at the caravan. The area is so peaceful and rural down a long track and there are sheep, cows and chickens which are lovely to see out the window. Nice little garden area for our dog and the caravan itself was very spacious and clean. Debbie was so nice and helpful with check in times etc and she checked in to see if all was ok during our stay. We would love to come back to explore more of the island! Thank you Debbie.
