We had such a great stay at Geneva’s place! It was beautiful and spacious enough for all 8 of us. She had plenty of amenities and even had left some fresh baked cookies from a local bakery. We had a great stay and would definitely book again in the future!

Me and my family stayed the weekend. Lindsey s was very helpful and willing to answer all questions. The home was absolutely beautiful, the scenery was beautiful! The home included everything you would possibly need on the trip. It’s walking distance from the river but given its low, it was very pretty nonetheless. ☺️

Our stay was wonderful! Jayson was an exquisite host! A great place to stay! In a very peaceful community on the outskirts of New Braunfels, but close to activities, stores and restaurants. The house was impeccably stocked with everything you could possibly need! The yard was huge would be wonderful for families with young children. There was a very nice patio with a grill for outdoor cooking. It would be a great place to stay for a trip to Schlitterbahn. There was even some old school video games, very fun. USB ports located conveniently throughout the whole house. There was no searching for an outlet to charge our devices. It was very nice. The house had all the modern conveniences. It did not lack a thing. We would recommend staying there 100%. Everything was extremely clean and organized. Would definitely like to stay there again!

This place was great. Both the interior and exterior were awesome and we enjoyed all the amenities that were offered. Very comfortable and relaxing home just blocks from Main Street and all its activities. We will definitely be staying here again!

From day 1 it was extremely peaceful, so quiet. It was a great place to come back home from work and chill on the back porch or the fire patio. The host was an amazing person who helped make us feel at home. I couldn’t say anything bad about the whole stay.

What a fantastic place! We loved our night away from the city in this quiet home. The river was low but we still made the walk down to the river bed and walked around. We even paddle boarded (owner provided) in the area where there was water. The house is very clean and stocked well. We sat on the porch with our kids and dog, roasted marshmallows in the fire pit, played games in the Biergarten. My only complaint is that I didn’t have more nights to stay. The hosts were so accommodating and quick responding. We can’t wait to return.

This house is awesome and the beds are amazing. No need to go anywhere when you book this place.

what a wonderful experience staying at Graciela's! A perfect place for us to stay and explore the Hill Country and Kerrville. The space was so inviting and she made it extra special with wine when we arrived, along with other cold drinks available. The bed is super comfy, and the linens are very nice. The shower is great and there's nice big towels in the bath. The laundry facilities and iron & board were really helpful. The riverview is really awesome. Sitting out back you get to enjoy the view of wildlife on the river. Everything about staying there was great. Graciela and her sister are so very nice. They have a really nice space. Rebooking!

We loved our stay at Kathleen’s River spot. Several cats were entertaining during our Al fresco dinners. We figured out how to stream to the TV, cooks steaks from the local HEB and the meat was yummy and were easily prepared with the provided charcoal grill. We enjoyed both the indoor and outdoor experiences. Everything we needed was supplied and if you needed anything HEB and restaurants were close. We were there for work, so didn’t partake in the river but local food was plentiful and service and hometown feel was exactly what we needed. Will work to come back and stay longer. Would love to have just sat, played cards and lazed a bit more!

Wow! Eric , Georgia & Dakota are so welcoming & a true pleasure to meet. The peaceful location was perfect especially during spring break when the surrounding areas were so busy. There isn’t a single detail that has been overlooked. It is a cozy couples retreat and so comfortable. Dakota is the sweetest, most well behaved shepherd I’ve ever met! I’m not sure who does the cleaning but they deserve a bonus. We loved talking to both Georgia & Eric and look forward to returning. Great recommendations as well. Thanks y’all 🐿️

We came to Shopkeeper’s Inn for my mother-in-law’s retirement celebration and loved everything about it! The space was so unique and fun! It was right in town so we barely needed our vehicles. The beds were so soft & luxurious! We all had a blast!

We stayed here to attend a wedding on the farm next door and it was the perfect stay, we wanted to stay longer! The farm is so beautiful, the space is very thoughtfully designed with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Nancy was so easy to communicate with and a wonderful host. Coffee on the front porch in the morning is unbeatable. 10/10 stay, we hope to be back.

We absolutely loved this condo and wished we were staying longer! It’s on our list of places to return to. Walking to Gruene Hall and The Gristmill was like going next door! Shopping was nearby, and the condo was perfect for 5 of us. Gina’s recommendation of the Pantry at Gruene Mansion was perfect too—a fabulous breakfast before we left town.

so thankful to Carrie and Erik! after mishaps with a different booking, they were kind enough to accept a last minute booking the day before Thanksgiving. they genuinely saved our family trip and allowed for us to have a wonderful time together with our family over the holiday. the space was wonderful, comfortable, had everything we needed to cook and enjoy our Thanksgiving meal. as a wonderful bonus, we had many deer sighting. and had the weather been warmer, we could have happily enjoy the river that was right at the edge of the property. overall a great place to stay

We had a great stay here. The area was by the river so was easy to walk down and enjoy some beautiful surroundings. It was a quick drive downtown or to Gruene and right next to a lovely park. Nice and clean space.

Great place to stay. Kids loved the pool. Had everything we needed so it made us feel at home. Good location. Will rebook in future if we return to the area.

This was the perfect place for a romantic get away! It was private but only a short drive to Main Street! We could not have picked a better place!

Ideal location and beautiful property. Condo was well furnished and very clean. Comfortable linens and beds. Would absolutely stay here again!

Enjoyed our one night stay and it was an easy location to find. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. We didn’t use the kitchen as we were gone most of the evening. It was off season in February so it was not busy and was quiet. Covered parking is a little tight if you have a large vehicle. Uncovered parking is conveniently located next to the building. We would stay here again and recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay at condo. It was very clean and had everything we needed. Shelton responded to any questions/comments we had very quickly and was very accommodating with check in time. Highly recommend his place!!
