Gracie place is comfy, cozy, peaceful spot to visit Texas Hill country and specifically Kerrville. Lots to do there and the towns around. She's very attentive to guests. We really enjoy staying here. Sitting out back over the river is so nice.

This rental was exactly what I was looking for & the hosts were just as great. Always responsive and super helpful from the moment we booked to the moment we checked out. Their home was super clean and made us feel right at home. Perfect for a couple looking for a getaway or somewhere to stay on vacation. Great location if you want the best of both worlds of Austin , enjoy the outdoors and still be accessible to downtown Austin. Would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Jennifer and Marty were great hosts. The two airbnbs they own are downstairs in their home but you have a private entrance separate from the main part of the house.They were very accommodating and had snacks waiting for us when we arrived. They had some plumbing issues but were able to accommodate us with the other room they had available. Everything was clean and comfortable. The house was in a nice neighborhood and close to town. We will definitely stay again if ever back in Kerrville!

We loved our stay at Kathleen’s River spot. Several cats were entertaining during our Al fresco dinners. We figured out how to stream to the TV, cooks steaks from the local HEB and the meat was yummy and were easily prepared with the provided charcoal grill. We enjoyed both the indoor and outdoor experiences. Everything we needed was supplied and if you needed anything HEB and restaurants were close. We were there for work, so didn’t partake in the river but local food was plentiful and service and hometown feel was exactly what we needed. Will work to come back and stay longer. Would love to have just sat, played cards and lazed a bit more!

Amazing BNB!!!! So impressed by how lovely the property was and how beautiful my private apartment was even more. It's so much larger than the photos seem, they've added a nice round soaking plunge tub on the deck, it was great for relaxing on such a the warm day. I travelled for an AKC event and enjoy they are pet friendly. Little Cuca sure was a great host. Jim and Mindy made me a wonderful meat/cheese tray and delivered it to me. How gracious, I really hope we stay there again as it was the cleanest, neatest, most organized BNB I've ever stayed at. Mindy thinks of everything you might need while your there, I'm very happy I was able to meet them. thanks again!!!

Quaint, very clean with a beautiful view.

We absolutely loved this condo and wished we were staying longer! It’s on our list of places to return to. Walking to Gruene Hall and The Gristmill was like going next door! Shopping was nearby, and the condo was perfect for 5 of us. Gina’s recommendation of the Pantry at Gruene Mansion was perfect too—a fabulous breakfast before we left town.

The condo was very modern and comfortable. Plenty of pillows, nice kitchen, nice deck. The location was nice, peaceful with a lot of deer! Pools outdoors were not heated but indoor pool was, and we swam twice in it. Nice. No hot water in showers by the pool though! That was a bummer since we swam right before we left, after we checked out. The "lake" was actually non-existent, (no rain I guess) but the river ran right in front of the complex and was very pretty. Enjoyed the restaurant on site, food was good, view pretty, and 25 cent mimosas the day we ate there! Can't beat that!

The house itself is beautifully decorated with a perfect blend of comfort and style. It’s clear the hosts have put a lot of thought into every detail, from the well-stocked kitchen to the plush bedding and comfortable furniture. The large windows let in plenty of natural light, and the whole space just feels so inviting.

We loved this little cottage! It was exactly as described with beautiful views and direct access to the Comal River. Plus it was only a couple of blocks from the town center. We were able to walk over to restaurants and coffee shops. Plus Cathy was a gracious and attentive host. Will definitely book again!

Absolutely fantastic place. Anytime I am in San Antonio, I will be staying here. I came into town for surgery and this place was so perfectly accommodating for that. The shower had a teeny tiny step to navigate getting in and out of. The recliner was perfect post op for sleeping in. Kitchen had every appliance you would need. Perfectly located for shopping or whatever else you may need. Don’t look anywhere else, this is your place!

It's so nice to find a place where we can take our puppies and is so clean and accessible. Great locations to all of our family in Austin, San Antonio and Gonzales. Jayson is a thoughtful host and everything you need is there in a quiet neighborhood.

Great amenities, very clean, super cute! Very close to Main Street (not walkable, but less than a 5 min drive). Great stay!

Mark was easy to communicate with and has a wonderful place. We can’t wait to come back. It is in a great location, well-appointed and comfortable for a group. Thanks for making our New Year’s Eve in Gruene so much fun!

Wendy's condo was absolutely delightful. The view was worth every penny, the beds were comfortable, the towels were nice, the kitchen was well-stocked. Using the codes to access everything was simple and the other folks we interacted with were all friendly. We enjoyed the outdoor hot tub and the indoor pool.

We had a great stay here. It was nice having a heated pool with hot tubs. Easy access to the river. The unit was clean and had plenty of room for our family of 6. The beds were comfortable. The hosts were responsive when we had some questions. I would stay here again and would recommend it to others.

Great place to stay! Easy check-in, great parking, excellent communication. Perfect location to all attractions.
