We had a great visit at this bright sunny home with all the modern amenities and a touch of rustic charm. Sparkling clean with new, crisp linens. Perfect for a family with two teens or three younger kids (stairs to the upper bedroom might be a bit steep for some). The added touch of a cozy fire in the woodstove when we arrived made us feel right at home. Great spot when visiting Crabbe Mtn or exploring Fredericton area.

Myself and my wife from Dublin, Ireland along with our adult daughter living in Melbourne , Australia spent 3 nights in Rob's cottage beside a lake in Lakeville Corner, New Brunswick, Canada. The cottage and surrounding area were exactly as described by Rob in his listing and for us it was the perfect location as we availed of the 2 kayaks provided via the property frontage straight onto the water. We also availed of the 2 bikes which we used along with a further bike hired in Fredericton( an easy 30 min drive away from Rob's cottage)on that town's network of off-road cycletracks alongside and near the St John's River. We also took a car ride to Fundy National Park visiting Alma and several stop off points for hikes etc. Rob's communication was excellent in all respects. All in all we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we would highly recommend Rob's cottage in all respects including in terms of location, cleanliness and facilties provided.

It was a great place to stay and housed 8 of use very comfortable. Everything was clean and ready for us when we arrived. Checking in and out couldn’t have been easier with how she has everything set up. Definitely would recommend this to anyone looking for a get away!

Our stay at this accommodation was fantastic! The place was spotless, incredibly spacious, and had everything you could possibly need—fully stocked with all the essentials. The hot tub was a perfect way to relax in the evenings after a long day. Plus, the location was ideal, just around the corner from Crab Mountain, making it super convenient for skiing. Would highly recommend this place to anyone traveling in the area and would absolutely stay here again!

The most beautiful view of the lake. This is a huge property, well kept and a perfect place to watch the sunset. The home has everything you need. Plenty of space,comfortable beds, bathrooms are well stocked. Many nice added touches left for the guests to enjoy. We are already planning our next trip. The host Peter was quick to respond, very kind and eager to make sure your stay is perfect. Highly recommend!

Beautiful, clean, has everything you need and then some. Hot tub was amazing and had so much fun relaxing by the water. Cheryle was amazing and made us feel very at home. Will be back again and again.

Amanda provided a great price for the comfortable, clean and quiet space that also included parking. She also left some laundry soap that made such a difference during my stay. I had traveled from Mexico, then to NB last minute due to family emergency. Amanda was easy to communicate with and assured me that the hospital was 5 minutes away. This 2-bedroom apartment was very spacious, charmingly decorated, incredibly clean, and within a 10-minute walk to restaurants and downtown shopping. Wendy, the host, was right on top of things and very helpful. I have already booked again for another upcoming trip.

This is a great place to stay in downtown Fredericton, close to everything. We loved the various modern touches. It was very clean and welcoming with complimentary products. The room temperature remained comfortable and warm. We unfortunately did not have enough hot water for our three individual showers in the morning and think it must be due to the very cold weather this weekend (maybe the tank froze)? We were unsure if our conversations after our Saturday night out would disturb the neighbors in the other unit (we hope not) as we heard footsteps above us and wondered if they could hear us. Maybe the walls are thin? We ended up being cautious and had no issues. The hosts proactively sent and responded to messages in anticipation of our stay, and checked in on us during and after. We are confident that they would have helped us if we had needed assistance or stayed longer. Not only would we recommend this place, we would happily stay there again!

Kelley and Norm made us feel right at home. Their place is located on a wonderful lake, was very clean, and well appointed. A wonderful spot!

Hayden is a great guy, and Jenny is wonderful. I had the chance to meet Hayden and he told me a few stories that made me further appreciate the design of this beautiful place. The kitchen is superior. You can just tell that Hayden and Jenny take great care of the place and you can feel their high level standard in providing a comfortable, well thought out, and clean home. And the location is within walking of everything from grocery to downtown. On a quiet sunny neighborly street. This is an EXCEPTIONAL place. We have stayed 2 separate weeks over the course of a year. The carriage home suits all of our needs. The beds are comfortable, plenty of linens and pillow selections, and the peacefulness of the property makes it easy to relax. The living room couches are comfy and having access to a washer/dryer within the unit is appreciated. The kitchen is adequately stocked for basic cooking needs. Lee has always been very pleasant and easy to deal with. He was quick to clear the snow during our recent stay. We will happily return for future stays.

We spent the month of January in the "Zen Den", a spacious, light-filled apartment on quiet Churchill Row. There was everything a guest could need for a short stay, or a longer one like ours. When we asked for items we needed -- an extra lamp, a small computer table, etc., our hosts, Jenny and Hayden, quickly provided them. It snowed a lot during our stay, but steps and walkway were always cleared for us, and salt provided for our use. The apartment was warm even on the worst winter days, spotlessly clean, and to our delight, there were books in the living room and bedrooms.
