Ottimo soggiorno presso Casa Nica, consiglio vivamente l'abitazione, tranquillità e un ottimo punto di riferimento per interfacciarsi con i servizi locali. Un grazie gentile ai Signori, prontamente disponibili per ogni richiesta.

Io e il mio ragazzo abbiamo pernottato tre notti nel b&b casa Zaffiro, vista meravigliosa e accoglienza davvero speciale. Marcello è stato estremamente disponibile e gentile, ci ha dato mille suggerimenti su cosa fare e vedere a Modica e dintorni e per qualsiasi problema era pronto ad aiutarci. La casa era riscaldata, la cucina attrezzata, il letto comodo. La prima notte siamo arrivati sul tardi senza aver preso niente da mangiare, ma Marcello aveva lasciato in casa un pacco di pasta, sugo, olio d’oliva. Sono queste piccole accortezze che rendono il soggiorno ancora più comodo e piacevole. Assolutamente consigliato!

Good location and absolutely fabulous view from the large terrace. Eight minutes walk to the main piazza downtown, probably less than that to the beach. The apartment is small but comfortable. It has the basics but no real extras (only coffee maker is a stovetop espresso maker, no dishtowels, for example). Communication with Fabrizio was easy. There was an issue with the wifi but we worked something out with Fabrizio. I would stay there again, but would verify the wifi situation first.

Logement idéalement placé dans la vieille ville, environnement sympathique avec l'église San Gregorio et le bar del duomo où l'on a pu apprécier le chocolat qui est particulier et très bon mais également le spritz. L'appartement est fonctionnel et traditionnel à la Sicilienne. Fabio est vraiment une personne très sympathique ainsi que ses serveuses. Nous avons vécu un séjour très agréable.

We had a wonderful stay of almost a week at Casale Porello. It is a large apartment with lots of space and all the facilities you need. The bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever slept in. Would also like to note that it has the best equipped kitchen I have ever had in an Airbnb. Great for us as we cook a loot at home while on holiday. The surrounding orchard is great with lots of olive, orange and lemon trees. We were lucky enough to find ripe oranges with which me made delicious orange juice for breakfast. While there we also travelled (around 30 -45 mins max) to Noto, Ragusa, Modica. These were all highlights. Beautiful baroque towns well worth visiting. On the negative side, i would say even though the local beach is a few minutes drive, it was slightly disappointing. Not the cleanest and the facilities were nearly all closed for the season. However we found much better in nearby Pozzallo which was still only around 7 mins. If you don’t mind driving for 30 mins then San Lorenzo beach is spectacular !! All in all we had a wonderful trip.

Soggiorno ottimo! L’appartamento ha ogni comfort, si percepisce l’attenzione da parte dei proprietari (ferro da stiro, friggitrice ad aria, acqua e colazioni abbondanti). Non trovo nessun difetto!! Elisabetta ci ha accolti nel migliore dei modi. Torneremo :)

Thank you Fabrizio for being a wonderful host. The apartment was great and you made it feel like home from home, the views to the sea were fabulous and the very short walk to the beach was great for going for a nice swim. The location was ideal; peaceful, but not to far from bars and restaurants. I would definitely recommend your place to my family, friends and anybody who wants to visit Sicily.

Nous avons passé un super séjour chez Giovanna. Elle et son papa ont été au petit soin avec nous. Appartement tres bien situé juste à côté de la mer

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit im Airbnb. Gute Ausstattung, gute Lage und Valeria ist super freundlich und hat viele Tipps gegeben. Wir haben über Valeria einen Parkplatz im Parkhaus gebucht, das hat ebenfalls super geklappt. Wir kommen wieder!

Casa ben arredata comodissima per due coppie che tengono alla privacy. Posizionata al centro di Marina di Ragusa consente di arrivare in centro e nel lungomare senza prendere alcun mezzo. Host disponibile ad ogni richiesta.

Nulla da dire, appartamento molto accogliente, curato, pulito e confortevole. Scicli stupisce per la sua bellezza ed eleganza, negozi aperti anche di sera...da visitare! Host molto gentili e disponibili. Ci ritornerei volentieri!

Die Wohnung ist wunderschön, sehr sauber und schön und liebevoll eingerichtet. Gut ausgestattete Küche und eine kleine Veranda. Wir waren mit einem Baby in der Wohnung, der Komfort war für uns super. Die Wohnung ist perfekt gelegen, das Meer und der Supermarkt sind gleich um die Ecke. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Tivemos uma ótima estadia. O apartamento é muito confortável, com todos os utensílios novos. Paolo fez troca de roupa de cama e toalhas de banho semanalmente. Os lençóis e as toalhas eram de excelente qualidade. Tem supermercado próximo. O apartamento fica a 1,1km do ponto do ônibus que vem do aeroporto de Catânia. Recomendo a hospedagem!

Absolute Empfehlung! alles tiptop - Fabia bzw. ihre Nichte sind jederzeit erreichbar und stets bemüht, man kann sie jederzeit alles fragen - die Antworten kommen prompt. Wir wurden ausgestattet mit Wasser, Bier und Kaffee allerart. Ebenso gab es Obst und eine Kleinigkeit zur Begrüßung. alles in allem eine Top Unterkunft !

Diese letzte von 3 Unterkünften während unserer Sizilienreise war für uns mit Abstand die schönste. Wer Abends nach viel Kultur, Aktivitäten oder Strandbesuchen gerne mal Ruhe und ländliche Umgebung genießen möchte, ist hier richtig. Traumhaft gelegen zwischen Oliven- und Karubbäumen eignen sich eine weitläufige Terrasse und der Swimmingpool zum Relaxen. Aufgrund der etwas abgelegenen Lage hatte Nora uns sogar Essen und Getränke für den ersten Abend und das Frühstück bereitgestellt, das Becks war das Beste 🤩! Our stay at Jo and Davide‘s place was more than amazing! This place is beautiful with everything you need! We stayed with three girls for our first visit to Sicily! It was the perfect location to explore the south of the island. Must see‘s are Scicli, Ragusa, Noto and much more! The hosts shared a lot of tips! Our highlight was the pool with the stunning view! We want to highlight that the place is even more beautiful than on the pictures! Thanks Jo and Davide! We will for sure come back!

Location parfaite. Nous avons adorés notre séjour avec nos 2 filles (12 et 17 ans). Accueil chaleureux, environnement propice à la détente. Logement propre avec tout le confort nécessaire et exacte aux photos. Les extérieurs sont magnifiques et bien entretenu : palmiers, piscine, loisirs... La mer proche vous permettra de découvrir une plage naturelle sans bâtiment à proximité. Idéale pour découvrir la Sicile Baroque : Siracusa, Noto, Marzameni, Ragusa... Nous recommandons sans hésitation ce logement. Merci à Ninetta et Guiseppe pour leurs gentillesses et disponibilités du début à la fin de notre séjour.

Our stay at this beautiful villa was nothing short of spectacular! From the moment we arrived, my wife and I were captivated by the stunning views that surrounded the property. The villa itself was immaculate, with every room spotless and tastefully decorated. It truly felt like a slice of paradise. The highlight of my stay was undoubtedly the amazing pool.
