Our family had a lovely stay at Agriturismo Fondoliva. The surroundings are amazing and peaceful. Sara was really helpful and lovely that we could charge our electric car for free (7 amps schuko outlet). The pool was out of order (we got the info prior to our stay though) and the floor on the bottom floor was a bit cold but except from that our stay was amazing and we can really recommend Agriturismo Fondoliva to other guests. We are so glad we got the opportunity to stay in Pomelias place. It was Clean and Tidy, walking distance to shops and restaurants, and a very informative host. I hope we can revisit some time :) BR Johan

Wunderschöne Unterkunft. Der Blick aufs Meer ist atemberaubend, die hintere Terrasse eignet sich gut zum Grillen. Es gibt sogar einen Pizzaofen, den wir aber nicht benutzt haben. Der Pool ist klein, aber zum abkühlen und zur Massage gut geeignet. Das Haus war super sauber und Chiara ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten eine fantastische Zeit und kommen sehr gerne wieder.

I stayed here with my extended family for almost a week. It was just as described. We arrived later than expected and Lorenzo was very accommodating and helped us get settled. We were grateful for a well-stocked kitchen when we arrived as we had come straight from the airport in Palermo. Our favorite part of the house was the outdoor space. We enjoyed the pool and the grounds. We ate most of our meals outdoors. It was very peaceful! There is a small village nearby and it is an easy drive to Modica and other larger towns, too. We also took a couple of trips to the beach. Donna Lucata, recommended by Lorenzo, was a favorite. My 3 year old nephew really enjoyed getting to know the resident (outdoor) cat. I would definitely stay here again. I would recommend arriving before dark as the last bit of the drive was easier in the light of day!

We had such a lovely family holiday! Visit was perfect in size/location and amenities! We visited the beach at Sampieri most days for a coffee and Modica Marina was lovely. The town of Scicli is beautiful with many restaurants to try local cuisine. We had a chef come to the villa one evening which was AMAZING all organised by Oriana! We visited Noto and Modica! Both worth a visit! Kids loved the hot tub and even though we went in April we had a few days where we swam in the pool too. Villa was great for the kids as garden all flat and easy to navigate with little legs. All the bedrooms has en suites too which is ideal for groups. We used the bbq most evenings and even had an extra wood delivery which came straight away. Communication was great and always very helpful! Highly recommend this villa and the area!

Helt fantastisk oplevelse, hvor et skønt skønt hus i en dejlig have med en super swimmingpool bare spiller sammen. Vi boede 14 mennesker, nærmest 5 familier i huset, og det fungerede supergodt med alt, hvad vi skulle bruge. Store dejlige værelser med tilhørende badeværelser. Stranden ligger et par hundrede meter væk og er meget skøn. Indkøbsmulighederne er nemme med dejlige kvalitetsvarer lige rundt om hjørnet. Værtsparret er utrolig hjælpsomme og venlige. Vi kan anbefale Villa la Forma dell'Aqua på det varmeste.

I have stayed in many Airbnbs, and this villa is definitely at the top of my list. We stayed for a week and wished we could stay longee. The view is breathtaking! It’s the perfect place to spend quality time with family and friends. The kitchen was fully stocked, and the thoughtful bottles of water and wine for us at check-in was much appreciated. Roberta was simply the perfect host! I highly recommend Villa Nausica to anyone looking for an exceptional stay!

La casa di Manuela è molto bella e spaziosa, il giardino è curatissimo e anche il nostro cagnolino l'ha apprezzato tanto, la veranda è uno spazio stupendo, la piscina anche se piccola è utile per rinfrescarsi in ogni momento, il mare inoltre è veramente a pochissimi passi dalla casa! L'ospitalità di Manuela e l'attenzione per gli ospiti vale però anche più del solo alloggio. Dal grande vassoio di frutta fresca con cui ci ha accolti, a tutto il nécessaire per la colazione, giochi e colori per i bambini, attrezzatura per il mare, non ci ha fatto mancare proprio nulla. Inoltre sia lei che suo padre sono stati prontissimi ad aiutarci con qualsiasi richiesta o dubbio in tempi brevissimi. Torneremo con molto piacere

One of my favourite places on Airbnb so far! We felt very comfortable in this lovely, beautifully furnished flat and hope to be back next time we visit Sicily.

Das Haus hat einen super Blick nach Süden, ist kreativ und künstlerisch eingerichtet und mit Liebe zum Detail versehen. Kommunikation hat super funktioniert. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Ein wunderschönes Landhaus mitten in der Natur, ursprünglich ein Gutshof und Stall gewesen. Zentral gelegen zwischen Ragusa und Marina di Ragusa. Sehr ruhig und idyllisch mit Feldern und Bäumen, sowie mit Blick auf das Meer. Ideal um zur Ruhe zu kommen, aber auch ideal für Wanderungen oder für Besichtigungen nach Ragusa, sowie um ans nahe gelegene Meer zu fahren. Ebenso wird Landwirtschaft betrieben, so dass man auch den dort gelegenen Landwirtschaftsbetrieb besuchen kann. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können Agriturismo Case di Cutalia nur weiterempfehlen. Insbesondere Naturliebhaber und naturverbundene Menschen kommen auf ihre Kosten.

La signora che ha accolto i miei genitori e zii è stata gentilissima e cordiale, tutto pulito e perfetto. I bagni super organizzati e pulitissimi. Se dovessero tornare in Sicilia hanno detto che torneranno di sicuro in questa casa. Grazie infinite!❤️

M.A.G.N.I.F.I.Q.U.E Le bâtiment est splendide ! Notre logement était extrêmement propre / Belle architecture et matériaux utilisés ! La climatisation dans toute la maison, les ventilateurs au plafond Tout y est pour passer un excellent séjour Pendant deux semaines nous avons appréciés la Sicile Et Modica reste la plus belle ville à nos yeux : les grands villes sont très touristiques un peu trop bling bling … L’Etna splendide, le marché de Palerme très sympa Rudia est très réactive toujours présente par mail vraiment une hôte excellente 🙌 !!! Tres à l’écoute et très gentille !!! Bémol de la Sicile ou l’Italie : ils font payer aux touristes des surplus sur l’addition (service, terrasse, couverts, surplus de desserts …) Regardez vos tickets avant de payer 😅😀 ils devraient le mentionner au départ … certains restaurants ne le font pas … c’est au bon vouloir … En tout cas si je devais revenir en Sicile ça sera à Modica !!! Excellente brocante le dernier dimanche du mois 🥰

Wow. What a charming place. Wow wow wow. You walk in and are just blown away. It is decorated so perfectly! We had the most incredible stay here. Truly one of our favorite airb&b’s. So unique, quiet, perfectly located, great restaurants all around which Giovanni kindly gave us so many recommendations. We used Modica as a base for the surrounding day trips and couldn’t have been happier, what an awesome place to explore. This airb&b is fantastic and it’s ran by really great hosts.

Carmelo war ein sehr hilfreicher und entgegenkommender Gastgeber (mit einer Mischung aus Italienisch und Englisch konnten wir gut kommunizieren). Die Unterkunft befindet sich in einer tollen Lage, im kleinen privaten Innenhof lässt es sich bspw. sehr gut frühstücken und die Ruhe genießen. Zu Fuß ist man schnell im historischen Zentrum und bei verschiedenen Restaurants. Ein kostenfreier Parkplatz ist ca. 7 Gehminuten entfernt, was auch sehr praktisch ist. Saubere, schöne und ruhige Unterkunft mit einem sehr netten Host!

Piergiorgio, persona per bene ed accogliente, disponibile e da ottimi consigli per i dintorni da visitare e da gustare. Villa accogliente, rilassante e ben attrezzata da ogni confort e servizi. Zona piscina? nulla da eccepire. Consigliatisso

Das Tiny House von Chiara ist ein echtes Juwel. Es liegt an einer Straße mitten auf dem Land SIziliens. Das Haus ist schön eingerichtet und man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Die Außenküche und die Terrasse sind absolute Highlights, wir werden uns noch lange an unseren Aufenthalt erinnern und können die Unterkunft zum entspannen und Ruhe genieße absolt empfehlen. Es ist zu beachten, dass es sich um ein Doppelhaus handelt,sodass man sich die Außenküche und die Terrasse also teilt, was uns nicht gestört hat da wir sehr nette Nachbarinnen hatten. Zudem sollte man harte Matratzen mögen :)

Un piccolo angolo di paradiso in cui passare qualche giorno di relax! Anche se non siamo stati fortunatissimi con il meteo da poter godere appieno degli spazi esterni, il cottage è davvero confortevole, arredato con gusto e amore. I proprietari attenti e gentili ci hanno anche fatto trovare dei piccoli presenti fatti da loro, insomma un soggiorno stupendo!

Wir waren im Sommer für 7 Tage bei Claudio - 4 Erwachsene. Es war wunderbar ! Das Haus hat ausreichend Platz für 4, unten ist ein großer Küchen/Wohnbereich, oben sind 3 Schlafzimmer und ein Bad. Alles ist blitzsauber. Das Beste ist allerdings der Aussenbereich - super Pool, schöner gepflegter Garten, mehrere Terrassen und wunderbare Aussicht. Das Haus liegt Abseits gelegen und ist sehr ruhig (wesentlich mehr Natur- als Autogeräusche). Zum Dorf könnte man ggf. Laufen allerdings ist es mit dem Auto besser. Dort gibt es wunderbare Granita und kleine Einkaufsläden. Zu den Stränden sind es ca 45min und es gibt einige tolle Orte zu erkunden. Aber am Besten ist Claudio, der sich mit viel italienischem Herz und Einsatz um alles kümmert und stets mit Rat und Tat zur Stelle ist. Top Service, super location und toller Outdoor Bereich. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Our whole experience with Villa Clara has been perfect! This stunning villa really gave us everything and more than we expected. Prior to reaching the villa, we had some delays whilst travelling. Everything was more than accommodated for, nothing was trouble and they wanted to make sure we arrived safely. On arriving, our host met with us so we could be guided to the villa. We were met by three family members who were very friendly. They gave us a tour and showed us around the land and told us of everything that grows there. The landscaping is immaculate and the olive trees are just wonderful. It was a truly welcoming and homely experience! We were given Clara’s number should we need anything whilst we stayed. We messaged a couple of times and got very fast response s which we were grateful for. Olive oil from the olive trees that had been harvested was gifted to us. It really was a nice touch and olive oil was the best I’ve ever tasted. Thank you for making us feel at home x

It is a villa that rent one floor and let the other for a business school. The pool is also open to other house, so privacy is not total. However we spend amazing days there and the house and the pool is so clean, with high quality stuff and decoration and very confortable rooms, the views are awesone and it is so quiet, we just miss some food basics at the house as oil, salt etc, however we would come back with any doubt. Finally point out that the comunication with Denis the host was so fluid and he gave us lots of recommendations of the area.
