We had a great time in Pozzalo. The house is beautifully decorated and well maintained. Great for family reunion. There are a beach nearby and two other sand beaches within 15 minutes walking distance. Giuseppina recommended “Sea Sound” restaurant and we went there. The food was excellent. If you want to cook fish yourself there is a fish store just across the restaurant. The town has grocery stores and bakery stores with fresh baked bread and pastries. We drove to Mt. Etna and Siracusa from Pozzalo. We wanted to visit Modica and Ragusa but didn’t have time for that. It is only 30 minutes drive and beautiful towns with an interesting history.

My wife, our two friends and I enjoyed a fabulous five-day stay in Ilenia’s lovely home. Ilenia was very easy and friendly to communicate with, and provided us very helpful instructions and some really fun local recommendations. Ilenia’s home is cozy, very comfortable, very well-equipped, very well located, and offers a fantastic view! We very much enjoyed our stay in Ragusa and highly recommend Ilenia and her home.

I stayed at Emma's place with my daughter, son-in-law and 2 young grandsons and it was the perfect place for a family! The villa is beautifully furnished and equipped for cooking all of the fresh vegetables and seafood you can purchase in the local farmer's market! The outdoor area comes with a great pool and an amazing view over the sea. We were there in February so it was too cold for the pool but it is beautiful to look out across the pool to the sea and we did have picnics by the pool. My grandsons had the entire outdoor surroundings to use as a playground and they had a wonderful time collecting snails and joining us for walks down the little lane at the bottom of the driveway. The house is close to Siracusa and Notta and we found a great spot called Cava d'Espica with an old water mill that is a "living" museum! We also loved exploring Old Town (centro historico) Modica The communication with Emma was easy and Saro the local housekeeper was very friendly.

…. wenn wir das gewusst hätten, wären wir gleich länger geblieben! Haben uns im großen Garten zwischen Meer und den Bergdörfern des sizilianischen Südosten sehr wohl gefühlt. Ein toller Ort in toller Lage, an dem dank tollstem Frühlingswetter unser Leben fluide zwischen drinnen und draußen stattfand; ob auf der neu bedachten Terrasse in Gesellschaft von Hühnern & Katzen, auf dem Sonnendeck mit Weitblick und Meerbezug, am Lagerfeuer oder Küchenkamin an kühleren Abenden: es gab immer ein chilliges Plätzchen für uns vier in unserer zu kurzen Woche - angenehm, umfassend und entspannt gecoached von Charlie (dem wir hiermit nochmal Dank und Gruß senden,)

L'alloggio è molto curato sia nelle finiture che nella disposizione degli ambienti, dispone di un cortile rialzato rispetto all'appartamento e di una zona molto caratteristica ricavata da una vecchia grotta in pietra, quest'ultima è ben isolata dalla parte interna della casa. Siamo stati benissimo e l'host Giuseppe é stato super disponibile. Alloggio assolutamente consigliato!

The house is truly beautiful, surrounded by nature and with the most breathtaking 360 degree views. We encountered no noises in the roof cavity, we slept solidly during our 8 night stay. Being so remote is sometimes not without its challenges, firstly the road to the house is very off-road, which the listing states, with a 3 tonne Mercedes van it was challenging. The weight of the van combined with rain made it a treacherous drive & the gravel blew out one of our tyres. Just bad luck. The electricity is a little tricky to navigate. So avoid using the cooktop and oven at once, but once we worked out the eccentricities it felt like home. We had an issue with our van, it broke down in Scicli. Melissa was incredible, whilst not part of her job description, she leapt into action and found a mechanic to tow our van and get it repaired. The house is very well equipped with pantry basics, adequate toilet paper and cleaning products. Heating is great. A gem of a house and a 11 out of 10.

Great house to spend holiday with family, well suited for all of us 9 . Giuseppe and Graziella, met us and introduced to the house, very friendly and helpful hosts. House has all necessary for a nice holiday to feel at home, pleased to find cold water in the fridge, nice sweet grapes, pasata and pasta for a quick lunch in the cupboard, tea and all other basics to cook like home. Coffe machine did not work on first day, but hosts were very responsive and brought their own, they even bought us the coffee pods, very generous of them, thank you we really appreciated . Well located for a beach holiday, only 7 min walk to a wonderful long sandy beach. We were out of season apparently and no restaurants nearby on walking distance, but not an issue as we had a car and many around within 10-15 min drive.

We had a wonderful stay at this air bnb accommodation. The pool was perfect for us and the children to enjoy and a beautiful setting with lovely sunsets to enjoy. Vincenzo and his wife were very friendly and helpful with recommendations. Their pet dog Mia was also very friendly and liked to join us by the pool! The house had everything we needed (including towels for the pool) and was a good location for exploring the local beaches and towns. Thank you!

Absolute bliss. The sound of the waves is incredible and the location is so peaceful, there is rarely a car on the little one-way road in front, it’s mostly people running and cycling etc. The property was well equipped with everything we needed and we felt right at home. Gianni is the loveliest host we’ve ever met, such a warm and friendly energy. The pizzeria round the corner is great (very informal!) and you can use an app to hire little scooters from right outside to go into town and back if you don’t want to walk or drive. The sunsets over the sea were stunning too!

L’esperienza nell’appartamento di Fabrizio è stata meravigliosa. Fabrizio si è dimostrato un host cordiale e super disponibile, pronto a rispondere ad ogni nostra esigenza. L’appartamento si trova in un carinissimo residence estivo, che nei giorni della nostra prenotazione (a cavallo del capodanno) si presentava silenziosissimo e super tranquillo. Lo abbiamo scelto per questo e per la posizione privilegiata, a due passi dall’autostrada, così da permetterci facilmente gli spostamenti. Lo consiglio vivamente sia in inverno che in estate per la posizione, le spiagge bellissime e i luoghi stupendi e facili da raggiungere in macchina.

Wir wurden sehr freundlich von der Gastgeberin begrüßt, hat uns in der Wohnung alles erklärt. Des Weiteren war sie immer für Fragen zu der Umgebung erreichbar und war auch diesbezüglich sehr hilfsbereit. Wenn ich noch einmal nach Sizilien fliege möchte ich gerne wieder in diese traumhaft schönen Wohnung buchen.

We spent a wonderful month here in Jan/Feb 2025. Rudia and her husband Giovanni were always very kind and responsive, addressing any minor issues that arose during our lengthy stay. The apartment is one block (so to speak) off the main street of Modica, so you have the convenience of being very close to everything, while having the privacy of not being on the main road. We really enjoyed our time in Modica, particularly the access to great produce and food products, sold by friendly purveyors. The house has a nice kitchen setup, which allowed us to cook comfortably at home on most days. While it was a bit chilly on most days to have lunch on the terrace (it being Jan/Feb), on a few warm/sunny days we were able to do so, which was lovely. The kitchen window/door to the terrace is south facing, meaning it gets very nice sunlight in the winter. In sum, we would definitely recommend Rudia's place!

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in Robertas Wohnung. Die Lage ist ideal, der Ausblick atemberaubend und hat unseren Ausblick unvergesslich gemacht. Die Wohnung selbst war hervorragend ausgestattet. Die Küche ließ keine Wünsche offen (Siebträger!) und die Einrichtung war modern und geschmackvoll. Alles war sauber und gut gepflegt, sodass wir uns sofort wie zuhause fühlten. Besonders gut gefallen haben uns die bequemen Matratzen, die für einen erholsamen Schlaf gesorgt haben. Die Kommunikation mit Roberta und Raffaele war ebenfalls super! Ihre Tipps haben unseren Aufenthalt perfekt gemacht.

Wij sliepen in de studio, deze was zoals omschreven. Fijn bed en schone ruimte. In de keuken was alles aanwezig. De tuin en het zwembad waren fantastisch! Prachtige aangelegd en goed vertoeven.

Wir haben uns dort wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war alles da, was wir brauchten. Die Lage am Strand und der Ausblick sind einmalig schön. Gabriele war supernett und immer für uns erreichbar, wenn wir eine Frage hatten. Wir waren in der Nebensaison dort, und da waren viele Läden und Cafés noch geschlossen, aber im Sommer ist es bestimmt bezaubernd schön. Ein eigenes Auto ist unbedingt empfehlenswert. Accoglienza amichevole con dei dolcetti di benvenuto. Consigli sui luoghi da vedere nei dintorni e indicazioni per i servizi di ristorazione nei dintorni.

Casa ben arredata comodissima per due coppie che tengono alla privacy. Posizionata al centro di Marina di Ragusa consente di arrivare in centro e nel lungomare senza prendere alcun mezzo. Host disponibile ad ogni richiesta.

Tutto perfetto, Francesco gentilissimo e disponibile, consiglio a tutti e probabile torneremo di nuovo.

Perfect appartment. Salvatore was very open and communication with him was excelent. Appartment looks much better than in photos. Very cosy, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Parking lot 100m from flat, beach another 150m+. Many places to go, lunapark for children open daily and was next to the parking lot. We really enjoyed the stay here. Thank you very much.

We really enjoyed our stay! The accommodation was exactly as described in the photos, clean and comfortable. A lovely surprise was the breakfast food provided, which was a thoughtful touch that we truly appreciated. Letizia took the time to tell us all about the history of Modica, which was very interesting. Plus, the view was absolutely beautiful! We would definitely recommend this place!

Wir waren für vier Tage Maddys und Guidos Gäste. Der Empfang war ausgesprochen freundlich und es ist alles sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Fotos beschreiben die Unterkunft sehr genau. Und die Lage ist einfach fantastisch. Guido gab uns noch Restaurant Tipps. Wir können es einfach nur weiterempfehlen.
