Gianni and Renata were really adorable, super friendly and cute! Their son speaks English and helps. The garden is amazing, much space and nice corners, washing machine, pool, table tennis, all you need. All very clean and tidy, pretty plants. They welcomed us with cookies, wine, water, milk. So nice! The place was very quiet, but Comiso nearby is a pretty city with restaurants, churches…pretty beaches 25 Minutes away (we enjoyed Riserva di Randello), 30 minutes to Ragusa, 40 to Modica. Syracuse longer, but must-see! We enjoyed it a lot!

Our whole experience with Villa Clara has been perfect! This stunning villa really gave us everything and more than we expected. Prior to reaching the villa, we had some delays whilst travelling. Everything was more than accommodated for, nothing was trouble and they wanted to make sure we arrived safely. On arriving, our host met with us so we could be guided to the villa. We were met by three family members who were very friendly. They gave us a tour and showed us around the land and told us of everything that grows there. The landscaping is immaculate and the olive trees are just wonderful. It was a truly welcoming and homely experience! We were given Clara’s number should we need anything whilst we stayed. We messaged a couple of times and got very fast response s which we were grateful for. Olive oil from the olive trees that had been harvested was gifted to us. It really was a nice touch and olive oil was the best I’ve ever tasted. Thank you for making us feel at home x

Fantastic Stay – Even Better Than the Pictures! We had an amazing stay! The house exceeded expectations, even better than the pictures, and was perfect for our group of four adults and two kids. We spent days just enjoying the pool and space—it felt like a private hotel. The neighborhood is peaceful, with the sun perfectly hitting the pool and veranda, and we slept soundly every night, waking to stunning sunrises and sea views. The location is convenient, about an hour from Catania airport. Pozzallo, nearby, had great restaurants and superb gelato. We enjoyed two beach days, and Zuma Beach Bar was our favorite spot. Saro, our host, was incredible—fast communication and very helpful, even arranging an emergency dental appointment for us! We highly recommend this place and would love to return.

Ho avuto il piacere di soggiornare qualche giorno in questa splendida location immersa nel verde ma comunque a 2 passi da Ragusa. Posizione ottima e tranquilla, Lucio si è confermato un host molto gentile, proattivo e disponibile. 5 stelle meritate!

Wij verbleven met ons gezin (totaal 5 volwassenen) in het huis van Sebastiano en Daniela. Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Het is een prima uitvalsbasis om de belangrijkste toeristische plekken te bezoeken. Je bent relatief vlot op de snelweg of op doorgaande wegen. We waren blij hier te hebben geboekt en niet in Noto. Voor een bezoek aan Noto ben je er in 45 minuten. Maar hier vind je rust, ruimte op het strand, de leukste plaatsjes ( Ragusa Ibla, Donnalucata, Modica etcetera), een super fijn zwembad, diverse strandjes, extra badlakens en de allerliefste hosts/eigenaren die je je kunt wensen. Het huis staat in een mooie, rustige, luxe wijk vlak bij het strand en alle voorzieningen. Ik raad de villa aan iedereen aan en zal er graag terugkeren als ik de regio opnieuw bezoek. En niet onbelangrijk… deze villa heeft de allerliefste en betrokken hosts die je je kunt wensen. Ze respecteren je privacy en staan voor je klaar bij vragen.

Tutto è stato impeccabile. Ottima accoglienza. La casa era firnita di tutto dal bagnoschiuma ai detersivi per la pulizia! La zona era comoda perché era a pochi minuti dai supermercati e dal mare. Soggiorno eccellente all'insegna del relax e del divertimento che noi cercavamo per la vacanza che abbiamo trascorso. Vale la pena di ritornarci.

Super villa magnifique vue mer très chaleureuse nous nous y sommes senti super bien. Hyper pratique en groupe avec 3 salle de bain et une cuisine séparé et grande. Les espaces extérieurs sont vraiment parfait. Hôte super sympathique et flexible.

Giusi è stata, insieme a Luigi, una perfetta host. Ci ha accolto al check-in e dato indicazioni sulla casa chiare e semplici. La villetta è davvero bella con uno spazio esterno ben curato e con la piscina privata che ha reso il nostro soggiorno estremamente piacevole. La zona è risultata tranquilla e la spiaggia, raggiungibile a piedi poiché vicinissima, mai affollata nonostante la settimana di ferragosto. Ottima esperienza, quindi, che sento di consigliare a chi è in cerca di una vacanza di assoluto relax.

nous avons passé une semaine en famille , à 15 adultes et jeunes ados . Nous sommes arrivés trés tard ,2 heures du matin .Mais nous avons été trés bien accueillis malgré l'horaire tardif .La villa se trouve dans un parc arboré bien entretenu .La villa est trés spacieuse .Même si séjour en Novembre , nous avons pu profiter des extérieurs , parfaitement adaptés pour un grand groupe .Grande table familiale en intérieur et extérieur ,idem pour les salon intérieur et extérieur . Une piscine trés agréable .De nombreuses chambres , chaucunes avec salle de bain et toilette individuels .Les salles de bain mériteraient un petit rafraichissement pour certaines .La literie est plutôt ferme de maniére générale .La villa n'est pas récente ,elle subit sans doute l'usure du bord de mer .La mer est à 5-10 min à pied .Ca reste une maison trés agréable et fonctionnelle.Un grand merci à Natascha et Gianfranco qui ont été aux petits soins pour nous toute la semaine , une trés grande gentillesse.

abbiamo avuto un'accoglienza strepitosa. il luogo è paradisiaco, mai caldo, la piscina è bellissima, gli spazi esterni ampi e ben curati. Eravamo un gruppo di 19 persone e davvero c'era modo per tutti di rilassarsi in pace e tranquillità, partendo dai ragazzi che volevano fare il bagno arrivando agli adulti che invece volevano riposare. tutti avevano modo di fare ciò che preferivano senza disturbare gli altri. la cucina ampia e accessoriata di tutto il necessario. l'host è stato davvero premuroso. ci ha coccolati per tutta la settimana. ci ha saputo dare indicazioni precise sui luoghi dei dintorni e non solo. siamo stati davvero molto bene

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt bei Paolo! Die Kommunikation hat super funktioniert und er war sofort zur Stelle, wenn wir seine Hilfe brauchten. Das Haus hat uns gut gefallen, wir hatten alles was wir brauchten. Die Außenanlage war sehr gepflegt. Alles in allem haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können das Haus nur weiterempfehlen!

Il nostro soggiorno a Casa Balat è stato semplicemente perfetto! Un vero angolo di pace e tranquillità, immerso nel verde, ideale per chi cerca relax e una fuga dalla routine quotidiana. La casa è splendida, curata nei minimi dettagli e impeccabilmente pulita. I letti sono comodissimi, garantendo un riposo eccellente dopo giornate trascorse a esplorare la zona. Un grande grazie a Luca, il proprietario, che è stato sempre disponibile e attento, rispondendo con grande tempestività a ogni nostra domanda. Un ringraziamento speciale anche a Beatrice, la sua collaboratrice, che ci ha aiutato con qualsiasi richiesta, rendendo il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Se cercate un posto accogliente, ben tenuto e gestito con professionalità e calore, Casa Balat è la scelta perfetta. Non vediamo l’ora di tornare!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was exceptionally clean and well furnished. It had easy access to Marina di Ragusa and also to Donnalucata. There are lots of beaches nearby. Our favourite was the beach near the house for a sunset swim. The pool in the house was excellent as were the outdoor furnishings. There is easy access to Ragusa, modica and Syracuse by car.

Photos don't do Mariangela's place justice, it really is a green oasis of calm in the heart of Sicily. We were a large group and we've all loved the place. There's small towns to visit all around, multiple beaches to choose from, all a 15 min drive away. I'd recommend Ragusa for a visit as well as inquiring with Mariangela about the private boat trip. Speaking of the host, she was extremely responsive and helpful at all times which alone is worth an extra review star. Having her local insights available to us as well as the answers to all our sometimes obvious questions was something we really appreciated. Grazie for your hospitality and we'll surely be looking to come back in the near future!

The ultimate Sicilian experience. Very beautiful house with all the necessities you can need! Nice cool temperature inside the house even without AC. The pool is great and it has a pool house and an outside shower. It’s also great to have access to the river. The property around is beautiful. Nice decoration in the house and several spots to lounge inside and outside. Palazzolo Acreide is a nice town near the house. Great attention with the welcome basket. Mario was very helpful and Rosella was adorable and speaks well English and French. Highly recommend!! We would love to come back again.

Margaritas Place is so welcoming and comfortable that it feels like a womb! Serafina met me at the house as it is a little hard to find and gave me wonderful Local tips. Margarita also gave me wonderful dining tips . This place is beautifully decorated the minute. You walk in you feel calm and at peace. I had planned to explore sicicli but the home was so comfortable. I found that I did not want to leave! It was that relaxing. I definitely have to come back and enjoy this wonderful hospitality! I’ve been staying with Airbnb for many years and this has to be my best stay ever ! Thank you, Margarita and Serafina !❤️

A fantastic stay in a beautiful property. Everything you require to unwind and relax.

Wir waren 10 Tage dort und haben uns sofort wie zuhause gefühlt. Unsere Kids, 4 Jahre und 3 Jahre, haben den Pool geliebt. Der Pool und die Anlage drumherum wird übrigens täglich gereinigt. Morgens aufstehen, Badehose anziehen und sofort in den Pool springen: das nenne ich Urlaub. Die Anlage ist sehr schön, gross und vor allem sauber. Parkplatz ist direkt vor dem Häuschen. Da der Ort etwas abgelegener ist, ist es abends dementsprechend auch sehr ruhig, was ich persönlich sehr gut finde um zu entspannen. Die Frau Gislene, der Herr Giuseppe und ihre Kinder sind extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es wurde an alles gedacht in der Einrichtung etc. Wir kommen zu 100% sehr gerne wieder. Danke!!!

Siamo stati 10 giorni ospiti presso gli alloggi di Salvo. Due famiglie composte da 4 adulti e 5 bambini, in due appartamenti comunicanti. Una grande cucina ben fornita e pulita, addirittura acqua e birre fresche in frigo. Due bagni puliti, due belle camere e una seconda cucina con divano letto adibita a camera. Piscina grande e splendida, nel giardino ben curato. Introvabile nella zona. Ideale per rilassarsi dopo una giornata di visite culturali. Posizione comodissima al mare, addirittura a due passi a piedi. Tanti famosi paesi da vedere a 30 minuti di macchina. Salvo è stato molto ospitale, con risposte chiare, precise e veloci. Consigliato!

Casa grande e bellissima corrispondente alle foto. Stephanie e i suoi collaboratori sono sempre stati reattivi e pronti ad ogni nostra richiesta. Tornerei sicuramente!

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour en famille. La villa est magnifique et la piscine était très agréable avec ce beau temps. Cuisine complète avec tout ce qu’il faut. Environnement très calme pour vraiment se reposer. La plage est à environ un quart d’heure et un centre commercial avec supermarché à 10 minutes. Sandra, la propriétaire, a tout fait pour que notre séjour soit parfait. Elle nous a apporté les tomates toutes fraîches et nous a conseillé pour de bons restaurants ou endroits à visiter. Nous conseillons vivement la villa. Merci pour tout

Este é o espaço perfeito para descansar em uma autêntica Villa no interior da Sicília. Próximo a propriedade há uma vinícola orgânica e uma cidadezinha muito encantadora onde vc poderá comprar os suprimentos necessários para estar tranquilo na fazenda. Paolo sempre foi muito gentil e ágil para nos ajudar-nos

Willa nowa, byliśmy drugimi gośćmi. Nowoczesna, extra czysta, przestronna z dużym basenem. Spełniła nasze oczekiwania w 101% Gospodarz pomocny i elastyczny. Rewelacyjny stosunek jakości do ceny. Naprawdę wypoczywało się rewelacyjne. Polecamy!!! Pozdrawiam. Adam
