Eine wirklich sehr schöne Unterkunft !! Trotz der Nähe zur Autobahn ruhig , friedlich und von viel Grün umgeben . Sehr sauber, top ausgestattet , wir haben uns sofort sehr wohlgefühlt . Danke für den früheren Check- in und den späteren Check- out . Alles ist sehr unkompliziert gewesen. 😊 Vom Zentrum rund 4 km entfernt, weshalb man grundsätzlich ein Auto braucht . Terrasini ist ein netter Ort mit vielen Geschäften , Cafés und Restaurants. Unbedingt lohnenswert ist ein Ausflug ins Naturschutzgebiet Zingaro !

The accomodation is in the heart of San Vito, with beautiful views from the roof terrace, walkable distance to the nearby beaches, and lots of space, perfect for a family vacation. The hostess is helpful, communicative, and will do everything in her power for you to have an amazing time in San Vito Lo Capo. I can’t recommend this place enough.

Fabio’s place was lovely, full of character & charm with views of the water. Having the washing machine was a real plus. The location was great for walking to restaurants & the pedestrian zone, easy access to the port for ferries & a good base to visit Erice which is a must. He was a wonderful & responsive host, giving us many helpful recommendations!

Ich kann diese Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen. Die Kommunikation mit Chiara verlief reibungslos, und auf alle Fragen wurde stets schnell und hilfreich geantwortet. Unsere Wohnung war Teil einer wunderschönen, grünen Anlage mit einem sauberen Pool. Der Parkplatz befand sich direkt auf dem Grundstück, was sehr praktisch war. Der Eigentümer, der ebenfalls auf dem Gelände wohnte, war sehr nett und hilfsbereit – ein defekter Liegestuhl wurde sofort ersetzt. Die Küche war hervorragend ausgestattet, und die Wohnung war frisch renoviert sowie liebevoll eingerichtet. Jeden Morgen konnten wir auf der Terrasse mit Blick auf den Pool frühstücken, und dabei wurden wir von zwei Katzen sowie Agila, dem verspielten Hund des Eigentümers, begrüßt. Die Unterkunft liegt etwas höher, was einen herrlichen Blick auf die Stadt und das Meer ermöglicht. Das Stadtzentrum mit Supermärkten und der schöne Hafen mit zahlreichen Restaurants sind in etwa 25 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.

Fantastic place to stay in San Vito, easily walkable to the town, beach and abundance of restaurants and cafes in the local area which was brilliant. The home is beautiful exactly as in the pictures, and fantastically located to get to the local nature reserve quickly and easily. The only negative was the check in was not so smooth, as the "keyholder" will not respond to Airbnb messages and only via text/phone, we gave them 2 hours notice of our arrival time of 16:00 but had to wait for 45 minutes until they arrived, later in the evening they came back to the house to scan our passports, and then the next morning to collect tourist tax. All things that are expected, but could have all been done at once. Other than this small issue, the house is fantastic and the host was very responsive, check out was very easy and we had everything we needed. would definitely recommend.

Fantastic house with plenty of space and amazing garden and pool area. Located by a road with some trafic, cant hear it from the house, but be aware as pedestrian if walking pass the road. Activity/bit noice around the neighbourhood which was ok for us. The owner was living downstairs and just around, very helpfull in any way. Good suggestions on what to see, where to shop etc., if we had questions, there was an answer in minutes. Some guest around during the week, but just cosy and didn't disturb our holiday at all. Disposal of daily garbage if well handled, we catched the setup into the week, so a good idea is to read the calendar for that, at arrival :-) within walking distance to shopping and cafe, not too far to the city center with many shops and wine tasting oppertunities. very nice beaches nearby but will be advantage to have a car. we rented a car and benefited from it. even in october the weather was great, we really enjoyed staying and will love to go back again some time.
