Comfortable and convenient. We were minutes from restaurants and skiing which was perfect. The rental really felt like a hime. Check in was easy and Julia and Peter were proactive with messages about check in and trash. Rooms and beds were comfortable and clean.

We stayed here with our family for our wedding at castle in the clouds and this was the PERFECT location to get ready and relax before and after the wedding. It’s gorgeous, spacious, and Tamara is an absolutely lovely host and helpful when we had any questions. We booked the house across the street from her too for the wedding party and it was so nice to have a quiet family complex!

A great stay for my family of six. 20 min access to ski at Waterville Valley and Loon Mountain. House was clean, warm, and easy to access. Quiet and remote, but a handful of restaurants are reachable within a 10-15 min drive.

We rented this place for a girls weekend getaway. It was what we expected from the description and exactly what we needed. We stayed in and cooked, enjoyed the firepit and nestled in to the cozy beds. Plenty of room for the 5 of us. It was so close to shopping, food and the beach…although it snowed and rained the weekend we stayed so we didn’t explore much. We would rent this place again in a heartbeat!

Our stay was easy and enjoyable. Great location, very easy to get to Attitash and shops and restaurants. The house was clean and up to date. Beds were comfortable. Would stay there again.

I went with my friends and it was fantastic! The surrounding area as beautiful and the added amenities really made the stay special for us.

We had a fantastic stay! The house was in a perfect location; peaceful, private, and still just a short walk to dinner spots, which made everything so easy. There was plenty of space for lounging and gathering, and more than enough bathrooms for everyone (a huge plus!). The house had everything we needed for a relaxing weekend away. Cozy, quiet, and super comfortable; we’ll definitely be back! Highly recommend.

This is the kind of airbnb I'm excited to visit and support -- really lovely, cozy place with a lot of character and everything we needed to make ourselves at home for a week. The proximity to Chocorua is fantastic and it's a good spring board to the lakes region & and the White Mountains. Becky is fantastic - super friendly, responsive, and kind. The wifi was strong enough for me to work there for a few days and we had all the supplies we needed to cook for ourselves. The only issue was the road noise, which was pretty loud during the day, but thankfully quieter in the nights.

My husband, three sons (ages 17, 15, and 10) and I stayed at Cynthia's place for two nights on a ski trip to Loon Mountain. It was perfect for our needs. The place is well described on the listing, and the instructions were clear, so everything was as expected. Cynthia's place was clean, comfortable, and a great location. We found it very convenient to get to the mountain and also go out to eat at night. The kitchen was perfect for making breakfast before heading out for the day. It was an easy, comfortable place to stay after a long day of skiing. We would stay again!

We have stayed in many airbnb's and Rick's place was the most well-stocked, clean, welcoming and comfortable place we have ever stayed!! The bed was excellent, there was lots of storage in every room, the living room had comfy couches and there was lots of natural light in every room. We enjoyed the snacks and drinks that he left and felt that was a nice touch. This location is walkable to town but there was 3 feet of snow so we chose to drive! We will stay here again and I would highly recommend it to anyone.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! Everything was clean and exactly as described. The space was super cozy, and we LOVED the location - so convenient to some of our favorite restaurants in downtown Littleton and Bethlehem. Also a very easy drive to Loon so that I could ski during the day! The private entrance and private fenced-in yard were bonuses - our 2 labs loved having the freedom to run around and explore! Stephen was very responsive and helpful. We will be back!

Our trip up from Rochester NH to enjoy the tribute band for Neil Diamond at Colonial Theatre was a better experience because we stayed at Christine’s! We had made this reservation months in advance so as to not have to drive home late. Walking distance to theatre and restaurants! There was early check-in (much different than other’s, here was 1:00), a beautiful screened in porch (too cold to use it, which was fine because the room that the porch is off of is the cozy TV room. There is an easy to navigate remote (increasingly rare to have a TV in Airbnb’s never mind one that is easily operated!)) Bedroom with plush wall to wall carpeting and thick curtains for darkness Bed was very comfortable; super soft linens, lots of extra blankets and anything else needed! We slept really well. Breakfast as DejaVu was exceptional. We would not want to stay elsewhere when visiting Laconia! Christina is a rock star

We had an amazing stay at Marianne’s place in North Conway! From the start, she was kind, communicative, and incredibly welcoming. She went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, and her hospitality truly made our trip special. She was also extremely accommodating to our dog, providing thoughtful amenities that made traveling with a pet so much easier. It was clear she genuinely cares about her guests—both human and furry! She also gave us great recommendations for things to do in the area, which helped us make the most of our stay. One of the most thoughtful gestures was when it snowed overnight. Before we even woke up, Marianne had already shoveled a path for us and even cleared the snow off our car—without us even asking. It was such a kind and unexpected touch. If you're looking for a cozy, welcoming place to stay in North Conway, we can’t recommend Marianne’s home enough. She’s a truly exceptional host, and we’d love to come back again!

My kids and I had a great time skiing and Daniel’s place was cozy and welcoming to come back to. We had what we needed and the place was clean and host was friendly. Walkable to so many things, too! For a quick trip where we were out and about for most of the day, this was a prefect place to stay.

Wife and I had a great time at Fairley’s place. Condo was as advertised, clean with all the utensils you need. The resort has a clubhouse with all great amenities. Location is great! We would definitely like to rent again.

The bed was super comfortable, making for a great night’s sleep, and the living room was the perfect spot to relax and unwind. The location was ideal—close to everything yet peaceful and private. The home was immaculately clean and stocked with all the essentials we needed for a hassle-free stay. A huge thank you to Joe for being a fantastic host! If you're looking for a perfect weekend escape, this is the place. We can't wait to come back!

Highly recommend a stay at Michelle and Jason’s place! It’s a great “home base” for whatever you’re looking to do, whether that be hiking, climbing, skiing, shopping, or exploring any of the charming towns nearby! Michelle and Jason were kind and communicative and their place is so adorable and comfortable! Great stay!

Beautiful location, wonderful bathroom, very comfortable bed. loved the extra amenities available like pool and rec room. Looking forward to returning in the future!

We loved our stay and couldn't have felt more at home. Condo has everything you need and the hosts were so kind. Plenty of space for our family of 4 but could easily fit 6. Location is ideal for families to explore all Bartlett has to offer. Highly recommend and can't wait to come back!

We had an amazing experience at this house! The location is excellent, with easy access to everything we needed. The host was incredibly kind and accommodating, accepting our last-minute booking and making sure everything was ready for our stay. The house is fully equipped with everything we needed to feel comfortable. The rooms are well-organized and clean, and the overall structure is perfect for both relaxation and those looking for a nature-filled experience. The river behind the house is truly stunning – a beautiful view and a very peaceful environment. Definitely a stay we highly recommend, and we would return without hesitation!

We had a 5 week stay - in depth of snowy cold winter with extra family for shorter periods. Space was just right for us plus 2 grandchildren and their parents. Both sleeping and living space sufficient. Do note the spiral and steep stairs down to lower floor as potential hazard for old or young. It's very much a family "lived in" apartment with lots of "other" stuff rather than pristine rental property, but more comfortable for that. Jaclene not local while we were here, but super responsive with any issues. Cleaner and building manager also accessible via her. Very convenient for pool / spas and skating pond! Heated outside pool / spa in snow was much enjoyed by all! Steam room good, sauna not so much! Easy parking just outside. great snow clearance from site maintenance staff. Simple drive to North Conway for almost anything. Jackson Falls, Diana's Bath, Cathedral ledge and many others were fantastic in deep frozen snow. Easy travel West NH302 and Kancamagus highway for scenery.

We had a fabulous time at Meg’s Condo. The location was perfect and the unit was spotless! Also the beds were very very comfortable!! Highly recommend this to anyone!!
