Great condo! Everything you would need and more. Beach is beautiful, staff were friendly and helpful. A nice walk to the bars and restaurants. Definitely recommend a rental car to see all the great areas of the island. Parking right on site. Excellent value.

We arrived a day late because of airline issues and Mark was very accommodating and even gave a refund for the day we missed. We could have spent our whole vacation at his spot.

Katie is a great host! She was responsive and very helpful! I appreciate this so much! Her place is beautiful with ocean view. The balcony was great to stay on. Everything was good. She doesn’t have the essentials like soap, shampoo, conditioner, extra toilet paper… it does mentioned that the essentials are not available in the listing, I failed to read throughly. I would recommend adding small sample sizes just in case. The condo employees are also nice and helpful. Definitely worth the stay and will make Katie’s place my go to for trips to Freeport.

We had a great stay and will definitely be back! John was quick to respond to all of my inquires (and concerns regarding some impending weather). The room had cold AC, a comfortable bed, and all the appliances necessary for cooking/storing food. I highly recommend finding the lady on the dock that sells homemade bread every day. Her coconut bread and banana bread were amazing! Also look for the lady who sells conch fritters and conch salad! The beessst I’ve ever had!! The tiki bar near the pool had amazing cracked conch and delicious cocktails!

Emile and Lorraine were great to communicate and coordinate with. We had a late arrival and they accommodated us and provided precise instructions.

This condo is gorgeous and very spacious. The owner keeps it pristine and the furnishings are not outdated. If you’re a boater, definitely the place for you as there is a lovely dock and canal attached. Everything was provided. We will definitely be staying again. Thank you!

My family and I spent a wonderful week at Steven's place. The location is incredible - gorgeous view of the ocean from the condo, steps from the pristine white sand private beach with crystal clear water, and an easy 10-15 minute drive to pretty much everywhere we wanted to go on the island (definitely recommend renting a car when staying here). The pool was also a plus (a huge hit with our 7 and 9 year old). Other pros - the place is really cute, comfortably furnished (incl. very comfortable beds), fresh new linens, ample towels, and a well stocked kitchen. Both Steven and the Property Manager, Christine, were highly responsive, and they even went out of their way to help us find a local babysitter. We would definitely stay here again!

We stayed in this apartment from Dec 21 to Jan 4 2025. We would have gladly stayed longer, and we'd love to come back again and again. It seemed like every detail had been thoughtfully covered, from the well-equipped kitchen to the dog bowls and leash, to the games and books provided. Internet access was easy and high-quality, there were towels and chairs for the beach. The apartment complex was quiet and well-kept and the pool was very well-maintained. Property Manager Melody was so helpful and friendly. She picked us up at the airport and couldn't have been more welcoming. We were able to rent the owner's car as many times as we wanted, and we were so impressed with the quality and the price. Coral Beach truly is just a five-minute walk from this apartment and we walked the beach every day of our stay - you can walk for an hour in each direction. The neighborhood is safe and the Laroc bar and grill at the Coral Beach Hotel offers great options for a meal or drink close by. Book it!

Very pretty and nicely decorated home. Very good amount of space, inside and outside. The beach and shops are 15 mins by walk, not 5.

Thank you for hosting us in your beautiful and well-furnished Airbnb home! We had a wonderful stay. My favorite spots were the kitchen and the master bedroom the closet space was great, the bed was large and incredibly soft, and the kitchen was stocked with so many helpful amenities. We also truly appreciated the thoughtful baby accommodations. I would definitely recommend this place to family and friends visiting Freeport!

This condo was really comfortable and the location was good. Kitchen had everything we needed. The beach is beautiful and we saw a few interesting things while snorkeling. There is a nice restaurant by the pool area and there is a shuttle to the grocery store. You can walk to Port Lucaya marketplace where there are restaurants, shops and you can rent a scooter or car.

On revient d'une semaine au condo! WOWWWW tout était comme je l'espérais. Pour avoir fait le tour en bateau, la vue sur le canal est 1000X plus belle que sur l'océan. C'est tranquille, propre, tout ce que nous cherchions. Nous avons même pensé relouer en 2025 et aucune autre place que ce condo! Si vous cherchez un endroit calme je vous recommande ce condo. Beautiful location, and condo. We really enjoyed staying here and will definitely rent again. We also highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing place that is still in the heart of everything. Easy access to restaurants and entertainment. Garry was great to work with. They made us feel right at home there.

Everything is just awesome and worth the price. Host and owner are kind and helpful, they let me pick my own check out time. Will come back for sure, since the place is very peaceful and beautiful

We spent 2 weeks over the holiday season at South Point villa with family. Couldn’t ask for a better location for us. It was so peaceful and daily sunrises and sunsets that take your breath away. Marisa and Gabriella were amazing hosts that made sure we felt right at home. We loved watching the various ships, cruise and freighters as they passed by enroute to the harbour or elsewhere. The beautiful beach steps away and the pool were enjoyed daily. The kitchen was extremely well stocked and everything you need for the beach, from chairs to sunscreen and aloe if needed. They helped us with us a car rental and were very quick to respond when we had a question. Nothing was too far and we leisurely explored the island and various restaurants (2 are walking distance). A wonderful vacation all in all!

I greatly enjoyed my 10 day stay. The unit had everything I needed and was very comfortable. Bonus shuttle van available at the nearby hotel takes you to Lacayan Market every hour and the Wednesday evening fish fry down the street was great. Pro tip, bring $4 in US quarters and a bit of soap and you’ll be ready to do a load of laundry in the common area.

Rafael’s place was amazing! The decor was beautiful. The condo was very spacious and the view on the canal was so lovely. It is a quiet location and just a short walk to the beach. The condo is well equipped and has everything you need to feel right at home. It was very comfortable and cozy. Rafael communicated very well and responded promptly to any inquires. We would definitely return to this condo!
