The location and views were stunning.The apartment had everything that we required. Would we go back ? YES definately

Place looks exactly like they are in the photos, tidy, spacious and cozy. We stayed for almost a week and we actually felt like home. Location is around 10mins drive to the centre of Perth which is very convenient, while retaining the privacy and tranquillity in the neighbourhood. Would definitely recommend in staying in this listing.

The place was very clean and just as described. The location was great as well, only a few minutes walk to a nice park and a grocery store. Cher was really responsive and ensured I had no issues during the stay. Would definitely recommend!

very reliable host. approachable, easy to contact. place is clean and there are many toys and kids’ books which our kids super enjoyed during our stay. bathroom was super clean. place is spacious.

This is a great place to stay in Fremantle. Clean and fresh apartment and walkable to cafes, restaurants and activities and places of interest. Would definitely stay again.

We had a lovely stay at this cosy apartment in Bassendean, a peaceful suburb with great access to Swan Valley, Perth CBD, and the airport — perfect for our itinerary. It was a short drive to Swan Valley, where we enjoyed visiting wineries and had a delightful dinner at Pasta in the Valley before our flight home. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had all the essentials. The thoughtful touch of curry masala in the kitchen was much appreciated, making it feel like home for us as we cooked some meals. The hosts were warm and welcoming, ensuring a smooth and pleasant stay. The apartment’s location is also ideal for convenience, with a Coles nearby in Bassendean and easy access to major roads. The only minor downside was that the air conditioning wasn’t strong enough for Perth’s hot summer days, which could be improved for comfort during peak summer months. Overall, it was a fantastic stay in a quaint, quiet suburb, and we highly recommend it to anyone visiting Perth!

Great place to stay, Marie was so kind and welcoming and gave us space during the day to make us feel more at home. She went out her way to help us in any way that she could which we are very grateful for. The projector in our room was a nice added touch! Made it like a cinema room :D Everything was spotlessly clean, the bed was comfy with one firm and one soft pillow, great location with a short walk to multiple shops and easy access to buses which take you everywhere. Breakfast was supplied which was really nice just make your own with what was given (cereal, milk, eggs, tea ect). Overall we would defiantly stay again, Thankyou.

Cosy Nook was a home away from home. The apartment had everything I needed for my stay. It was very clean. I was able to make my own meals using the kitchen. The TV has Netflix and there is a comfy lounge. The bathroom was very clean and there is use of a washing machine and clothes airer or dryer (which I didn’t use) The bus to the train station and shops was right across the road and free. It was also easy to walk to a local coffee shop and a little further to many shops, The Art Gallery, Museum and the train. I would be happy to stay there again. Good communication, easy access to get in by being met with the key was great. I didn’t use a car while there but there was parking. I enjoyed Perth and would visit more.

Kobie May was very responsive and friendly. Accomodation was clean and well presented.Location was very convenient to hospital that I had to attend. Hassle free through the whole booking and stay. Fantastic that we could have our elderly dog stay with us. Thanks Kobie

Séjour très agréable dans ce bel appartement très propre et lumineux, proche de King's Park où nous sommes allées pique-niquer avec les produits gentiment offerts (vin, chips, chocolat). Lyda et Julan ont été très réactifs.

We enjoyed our stay at Sam’s place! The room and everything else was like described and shown on the pictures. Sam respected our privacy but was always open to answer our questions. The Apartment had a great location with a short 20 minutes walk to CBD. Everything was really clean and we felt really comfortable. We would come back and recommend. Thanks Sam!

chrissy delivered on being an exceptional host, accomodating and concerned i felt as comfortable as at home, she went and bought the right kind of whisk so i could do me eggs the way i lile them. made my first air BNB a totally positive experience, someone worth knowing for a chat and lelt alone when i needed that too. recommended and down to earth

Nice cozy apartment, close to beach, nice pool, host are nice and fast response, just a bit noise Because close to main street. Overall, it's a good place for family holiday.

You won’t find a better host than Matt. The apartment is awesome and 100% as advertised. Matt made us feel at home immediately, so it didn’t feel as if we were staying in the apartment of a stranger. We had so many good chats but obviously also our privacy. Definitely a highlight on our trip. We would definitely book again if we ever came back to WA!

Our stay was great, the apartment was spacious, the furniture and equipment very comfortable, the view breathtaking, the surroundings very suitable for walks and sports. Good options for restaurants and bars and a Coles supermarket within walking distance. Good location for trips around the area. The property has very good equipment and is very suitable for living. The host prepared the apartment perfectly for us, including equipment and nice Christmas details. Thank you for everything
