We enjoyed an amazing stay. A very comfortable and well appointed rental with all of the necessities for a comfortable stay. We will return to Salida and plan to rent the rent this beautiful ranch house again.

We had a wonderful time! As soon as we got there, we felt like at home. Tom was always very responsive and accommodating. We loved our stay!

First, take a photo of the key code and text to your group. I did not and left my phone in the house. So, yes, I locked us out. Everything was on my phone. My friend sent a message through AirBnB to Wendy explaining what happened. She called her right away and got us back in the house. Phew! The house is a 10-minute walk to downtown Salida, which is so cute. Full of shops, places to each, art galleries, stores for kids, an arcade, etc. One can walk to the grocery too. The house had everything we needed. It is nicely maintained, quiet and comfortable. Our only issue was the one bathroom. We managed with it. If you have a teen who takes forever anytime they in the bathroom, this could be a problem. Plenty of hot water for several showers in a row and lots of towels. Really like having the washer/dryer access even a drying rack. I would stay here again!

We loved our stay in this beautiful home. The home was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. We loved all of the natural light and excellent views on the second floor. The back patio was a great spot to relax. The location was excellent. We enjoyed being able to walk to grocery stores, restaurants, coffee shops. It was also nice to walk up tenderfoot hill and across the street to the river. I definitely recommend staying at the Tin shed.

Jeremy is a great host. Responsive and accommodating. Nice house layout and comfortable. Garage space, with the opener is a real plus. Canon City is worth the visit.

We’ve stayed here a few times, it’s so great to travel with our dog and have a nice clean crash pad! Plenty of space for a group and your pets.

Ryan and Mallory were great host, very responsive and accommodating. There home was as described, beautiful, clean and with easy access to hiking and historic downtown. I would highly recommend this gem of a home and its host!

What a beautiful place to land. ! From start to finish our experience with Evolve was flawless . From the cozy blankets , the beautiful space , the thoughtful welcome basket , and the detailed check in and check out process . I cannot say enough to express what a wonderful host Evolve was for us .

Joe’s place was fantastic. Super peaceful and relaxing. Exactly what we needed. Spectacular views. Hot tub, fire pit, and bbq right there! Views right from the couch! I do want to note, there isn’t a kitchen sink or stovetop, I’m sure it’s listed in the listing but good to plan for. His space does have a coffee machine, toaster oven, microwave, utensils, so you can still make most small meals or bbq. Another reviewer mentioned the freezer being broken, it’s not exactly broken but more like a fridge. Our hamburger patties did defrost, not a big deal for us, but if you were planning to bring frozen goods or store ice or ice cream, I’d plan accordingly. Overall fantastic getaway though! Would love to come back!

This was a great find for my family's vacation. We don't like sitting around, so bring close to the gorge and having access to all the KOA amenities was great!

I love this spot! Have stayed a few times and always enjoy it when we do. Always very clean. Located downtown Salida- it’s walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. About a thirty minute drive to Monarch Mountain. This is our fav place to stay when we have a ski weekend without our dogs (not pet friendly). Pros- super clean, walkable, cute, downtown, distance to great restaurants, distance to river, safe area, easy parking (reserved spot) Cons- none for us!

The condo location was great! A block from the river, and close to all the shops, galleries, and restaurants of historic Salida. The unit was very clean and modern. TV provided access to many streaming channels. Having a designated parking spot was also nice.

Sierra and Sage were amazing hosts and very responsive to us with our questions and needs. The property itself cannot be beat when it comes to easy access to downtown Salida, hikes, fishing on the river, and an easy drive to Monarch for skiing. We absolutely loved our stay and it checked all the boxes for what we needed, even with a 6 and 8 year old tagging along. Thanks for everything!

Great location! Right in the middle of downtown. Small walk to the river, restaurants, etc. Gina's place was clean, and has a lot of character. There are many blankets and amenities for your comfort, however, it is a shared common area and noise travels. we recommend bringing ear plugs just in case. We loved staying here and would love to come back again!

Ms Rose has a wonderful condo. She could definitely give a Master class on how to run and stock a condo. She was very helpful with restaurants and any questions we had. We will definitely be staying there again! Thanks again Ms. Rose.

What a perfect spot! Amazing location downtown but quiet. Kim was super responsive and communicative. The condo was really comfortable and beautiful. When we return to Salida, we will definitely stay here if we can!

The location can not be beaten. Easily walkable to downtown shops, restaurants, and the Arkansas River. Literally next door to Natural Grocers and across the street from Safeway so grabbing food or other necesseties was no problem. 30 minutes from Monarch Mountain; we skied all day, and then I walked to the river from the apartment to catch fish for an hour before we found a place for dinner. The place is as described, clean with a cosy living room/kitchen. Bedrooms/bathrooms are roomy and the rooftop view is wonderful. This is a highly recommended place to stay unless stairs are an issue for you.
