It's adorable! Host is friendly, the Main Street has plenty of variety and all food we ate everywhere was great! We were there only to sleep and it was perfect for our visit!

What a fantastic place and a great host! As soon as we walked in the door it was easy to relax and enjoy Salida to the fullest. Short walk to the river and great restaraunts. Felt 100% comfortable, welcome, and at ease here. Perfect place to start the morning and unwind after enjoying a full day.

What a beautiful place to land. ! From start to finish our experience with Evolve was flawless . From the cozy blankets , the beautiful space , the thoughtful welcome basket , and the detailed check in and check out process . I cannot say enough to express what a wonderful host Evolve was for us .

We had a wonderful stay at Bryan's place! The apartment was clean, well-located, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Bryan was very responsive to our messages and provided great recommendations for local restaurants. We would definitely stay here again!

This was a great find for my family's vacation. We don't like sitting around, so bring close to the gorge and having access to all the KOA amenities was great!

Can’t say enough good things about Tom and Leanne’s place. It was home the minute we walked in. We felt extremely safe here. Very good parking areas. Very comfy lay out with great furniture and amazing decor. All the beds super comfy great quality linens. Well stocked kitchen and laundry facilities. The festive lighted two tier side porch and fenced in yard was a huge hangout spot. The location was everything. Walkable to 2 parks great restaurants a thrift store and great shopping including Several vintage shops. We will definitely return next year. Salida is a gem and Tom and Leanne’s place is the best Gem of all.

The technology and the Wi-Fi service need to be upgraded to today standards with so many live programs being shown on Netflix and prime. It’s important that the devices that are being used are to today standards. You had various nights we couldn’t watch anything because either the cable was not upgraded to various channels or the devices would not stream live events because it said on the screen, the device was too old. My suggestion is to get an Apple TV download the most used apps, things like HBO Netflix, Amazon prime and allow people to login to enjoy their stay in the evening. My other advice would be to get a hot tub. It would be great to have after skiing.

First, take a photo of the key code and text to your group. I did not and left my phone in the house. So, yes, I locked us out. Everything was on my phone. My friend sent a message through AirBnB to Wendy explaining what happened. She called her right away and got us back in the house. Phew! The house is a 10-minute walk to downtown Salida, which is so cute. Full of shops, places to each, art galleries, stores for kids, an arcade, etc. One can walk to the grocery too. The house had everything we needed. It is nicely maintained, quiet and comfortable. Our only issue was the one bathroom. We managed with it. If you have a teen who takes forever anytime they in the bathroom, this could be a problem. Plenty of hot water for several showers in a row and lots of towels. Really like having the washer/dryer access even a drying rack. I would stay here again!

Karen and her home are amazing. We had a rough travel day and Karen responded quickly to welcome us and help us find much needed resources. The house is adorable, cozy, and had everything we needed. We felt very at home and i know that our trip went as well as it did because of Karens hospitality and beautiful home.

We came here for a girls weekend and thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house was clean, the hosts were great and we loved the hot tub in the evening. It was also super close to the “downtown” canon city area which we loved.

Nos sentimos como en casa, muy acogedor todo el sitio, bella casa, todo organizado, limpio y todas las comodidades a la orden. Mucho entretenimiento para los niños también. Muy buena experiencia, la casa está en muy buen lugar y hermosa vista a las montañas. Definitivamente volveremos acá.

Staying in a nice, well maintained, clean home near the center of Salida was wonderful. The house had everything we needed for a great stay. The kitchen has everything one would want or need, even a coffee bean grinder. I'm used to a small toaster oven but finally figured out how to turn on the standard one. We were two solo travelers, went for hikes and skied at Monarch Mtn 25 minutes away. i would highly recommend this property to 2 people or 2 couples. Enjoy

The place was very clean, modern, and comfortable. A great place to stay if you are visiting Salida as it is a short drive to downtown, and on a good day, a moderate walk!

Loved the location—easy walk to River-side park, restaurants and shopping. Place was well-designed and stocked with all the right items for a comfortable stay. Would gladly stay there again!

The apartment was nicely furnished with a comfortable bed and pullout sofa. The neighborhood was quiet with easy driving access to downtown, restaurants, etc. We would stay again!

I love this spot! Have stayed a few times and always enjoy it when we do. Always very clean. Located downtown Salida- it’s walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. About a thirty minute drive to Monarch Mountain. This is our fav place to stay when we have a ski weekend without our dogs (not pet friendly). Pros- super clean, walkable, cute, downtown, distance to great restaurants, distance to river, safe area, easy parking (reserved spot) Cons- none for us!

The condo location was great! A block from the river, and close to all the shops, galleries, and restaurants of historic Salida. The unit was very clean and modern. TV provided access to many streaming channels. Having a designated parking spot was also nice.

Sierra and Sage were amazing hosts and very responsive to us with our questions and needs. The property itself cannot be beat when it comes to easy access to downtown Salida, hikes, fishing on the river, and an easy drive to Monarch for skiing. We absolutely loved our stay and it checked all the boxes for what we needed, even with a 6 and 8 year old tagging along. Thanks for everything!

We loved staying at The Biker. It was more spacious than the photos showed. The condo was lovely, clean and well-stocked. The location can't be beat - right in the heart of downtown and on the river. The building is well-secured and clean with a parking garage. There's also a rooftop area for views and cooking, if you prefer. I would love to stay there again!

Great Airbnb! Super super nice host and flexible due to a last min check in! Very impressed! Moonlight is rad as well. Walk everywhere.

What a perfect spot! Amazing location downtown but quiet. Kim was super responsive and communicative. The condo was really comfortable and beautiful. When we return to Salida, we will definitely stay here if we can!
