Very nice four bedroom house. Very clean. Beds comfortable. Everything needed for cooking a meal. Showers strong. Good washer and dryer. Pool table in the basement is great! Only drawback was since we are in wintertime did not get to use the pool! Would stay again 100%.

Awesome place in DT Sandusky, literally 10 min away from Cedar Point. We originally were going to stay for 3 nights, but extended it to 4. Easy to find, quiet, and contained many amenities to call it home.

This property was so conveniently located for all our trips needs. Slept like a baby every night. Everything was clean and comfortable. Appreciated the single level as stairs can be difficult for my family. Was sad when it was time to checkout. Will definitely book again next time in Toledo.

We had a nice stay at Baypoint, The golf cart was key to have to go over to Bay Point amenities. The parking is tight when you have a truck, but we made it worked. The workout room and sauna was very nice.

My family and I had a wonderful weekend here. Place was very beautiful and peaceful definitely a nice get away. We will definitely be booking with Jeff and his wife again soon.

Barb was an excellent host. We had to make some last minute changes and she was very understanding and accommodating. Her house is absolutely beautiful. My family and I are already planning our next stay. Thanks again Barb

This place is awesome. So many things to do in the house to keep kids occupied when it’s cold or rainy.

Great place for a short stay in Toledo.

Akhom is very friendly and responsive to questions! If I am ever in Toledo again, I will definitely stay here again! The location is good, close to the freeway and tesla chargers.

Had a wonderful week vacation at Island Club at Putin Bay. Nichole was a wonderful hostess!! Made everything about our reservation, check in and entire stay very easy and smooth and terrific communication. Highly recommend.. thanks Nichole!!

This was a great place to stay for our group of 8 fishermen! The driveway with electric was a good option to park boats. The house was perfect for sleeping, eating and lounging! Great host!!!

There were so many top of the line features in this home! It was spotless, the linens were so soft, the towels fluffy, couch pillows wonderful! Top of the line toiletries, table and chairs outside. Great kitchen pots and pans! Fabulous laundry room and great hot water for bath or shower. Lots of great lighting! Lisa was very prompt and responsive!.

Chris and Lauryn, First of all, the location was very good. You can literally access most of anywhere from this location. The place was kept up nicely, and everything listed in your descriptions was on point. In the way of comfort, and predicting what your guests need, you did not drop the ball. As soon as I said, "oh it would be nice if they had this or that' you had it. It was very refreshing to find a place that I didn't have to go out and buy many things for what I needed at the time. I don't think that your pictures really do this place justice, especially when it comes to the master bedroom. We did notice that there was not a pitcher, so we did buy a pitcher and leave it for future guests. Overall, this place was exactly what we were looking for. Thank you for having us, and we would love to see more of what you have to offer.

This place was exactly as pictured and expected—clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with everything we needed. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touch of granola bars , which came in handy on a morning when we had to rush out the door. The attention to detail made our stay seamless, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommend!

Great place for our crazy group! Friends and Family. Plenty of space for everyone. Had a water leak, but that was addressed. Felt secluded from neighbors which was a great feature of the location. Thank you for allowing us this opportunity to stay in your home.

The Cottage House was perfect for our family. It was a great space and had plenty of room for our 4 kids and great dane. There is 1 TV which the kids took over immediately, but there is board games available for family entertainment. The house had all the kitchen supplies you could need. We don't usually eat out and we made our meals at home, so I don't know about the local restaurants. Most activities are within a 15 min drive though. The house itself has a large wooded area behind it that was great for walks. Our dog loved that the most. There is a big fire pit with logs available. We wished we would have used it but we were so worn out by Cedar Point that we never got to. David and Guilda were very responsive hosts. They provided a lengthy list of things to do and recommendations for restaurants. This is a great place to stay.

Location, location, location!!! The beach was just a 5 minute walk (even with loads of beach toys, chairs, and floats- all provided by Cindy!) All 5 of our children (ages 1-18) enjoyed their time- fun for all ages! Cindy was overly accommodating for us throughout our time there. We have officially fallen in love with Lake Erie! 😍

This place is perfect to catch a break! Plenty of land right next to the traintracks, very few stores or restaurants nearby, it truly is a “you, me & the breeze” type of place. My pups absolutely loved the freedom & room they had. I was able to unplug & unwind.

The house was as describe. Everything you needed to prepare meals. The host were very kind and proactive.

This is the second time I’ve stayed at Steve’s place - it rocks! Steve is a GREAT host - very responsive, flexible, and honest. The accommodations are exactly as described - everything is very modern and extremely clean. I can’t wait to come back!!

Lovely home and we were completely made to feel very welcome! Everything we could have needed was already provided. Nice welcome binder with lots of helpful information, very friendly and responsive host, comfortable beds and lovely decor. Loved the pond as well as the loaded games, pool table, foos ball table and more. Within minutes of plenty of wonderful things to do. AAAA++++ and highly recommend!
