Beautiful condo. Our kids loved the bunkers and having there on little private area to hang out. Beds were very comfortable.

I seldom write reviews, but I felt compelled to do so this time. My family and I visited for my daughter's volleyball tournament and stayed at Ms. Darla's residence. It was exceptionally clean, spacious, and provided us with all the necessary cooking equipment. The attention to detail was remarkable. If I am ever in this area again, this is where I will be. Thank you Ms. Darla for a very pleasurable, positive, and peaceful experience.

The day we checked in was the night just before Helene hit Asheville. We lost power on the second day, but luckily Lynn and Bill have a generator that secured our usage of power throughout the next a few days. On the third day, we lost the network. But the magical Lynn and Bill had a starlink that kept us connected to the outside world! The network not only kept us informed about the latest news, but also enabled us to send out important messages to the parents for some Asheville School students, so their parents could arrange picking up their children the moment they received the message. We literally became the information distribution center between the students and their parents. Can't thank Lynn and Bill enough for their support during such difficult time. Forgot to tell you that Lynn and Bill have got a beatuiful house and view, nice settings of everything inside. The days we stayed with Lynn and Bill are unforgettable.

Just finished our 3 night stay. Absolutely loved the place! All around beautiful. Based off other reviews: we didn’t have any issues with the bed being uncomfortable, there were plenty of towels/dish soap/etc., also didn’t have an issue with thin walls. Only thing I would note that we haven’t seen in the reviews is the drive. If you’re not familiar with mountain type roads it can be intimidating/uncomfortable, but nothing to serious. Just take the roads slow and make sure you have it plugged in maps because you may miss a turn or two in the dark (guilty😅). It was about a 20 min drive to downtown Gatlinburg and about a 25 min drive to Smokey’s depending on Gatlinburg traffic and hike location. Which we appreciated. Thank you Kyle!

The property management group was fantastic to work with. They picked up the phone to answer any questions we had or called back within minutes. The management that operates the building was so helpful. This was our first time at Sugar Mountain and the building staff was fantastic about providing recommendations.

The home was nice, no complaints, would stay again. But the stars here are the hosts. I was here for Hurricane Helene. The storm damage was honestly minimal compared to what I would later see in some of the harder hit areas, but I was blocked in by a small mudslide for just a day or so. The hosts happened to be out on vacation, but even through the cellular disruptions, they managed to maintain constant contact and coordinated assistance from neighbors. They took care of me like family.

Good, hospitable folks with a clean, comfortable space. Great experience.

What a wonderful and peaceful stay! We visit the area often and are so glad to have found a spot that is close to Asheville, but without the hustle and bustle of downtown/West Asheville. This spot is absolutely perfect and we will definitely be back! The farm animals and lush grass are such a nice bonus. This was a great spot for a family stay. We especially loved the massive closet in the master bedroom, as it was a great spot to put our kiddo’s travel bed.

The cabin and location was delightful, in that, it totally fit our family's needs for a mountain experience that had easy access to the many attractions of Pisgah Forest and Brevard. The grandkids had a wonderful time playing along and in the Turkey Creek just at the foot of the property. The adults had a wonderful time overseeing their play from the back porch with the overall sounds of the flowing creek. It was a very peaceful and happy environment that often drew the grandkids there instead of wanting to go to "another" attraction. For me, the quintessential quote was from our youngest grandchild of 6 years, "Can we buy this house"? lol! Isaac is listed as a "super host" and I agree. His properties are accurately described and excellently appointed. He was very responsive to all of our questions and I recommend him and his "White Squirrel Properties" to anyone who is searching for a realistic mountain experience,

We loved the Man Cave! It was a cozy little spot for our dog and cats, and the fenced yard was amazing! From the sitting area, there’s a nice little vote off the Smoky Mountains. Sam and James were very kind, responsive, and even lent us some tools when needed. We highly recommend! I wish TN had more sidewalks, but that is nothing to do with this place. There’s nice walking with it being close to the schools, so you can catch a sidewalk and take it all the way to the parks on Broadway.

We had a fantastic stay! The little extras, like the s’mores, were such a thoughtful touch. Our kids loved the loft sleeping area, and we had a great time playing the games outside on the picnic bench. Even with other homes nearby and being on the main road, the space felt very private and created a wonderfully relaxing atmosphere. We truly enjoyed our time here!

The house was just the right size and location for our visit. We all felt at home. Will look to use again in the future.

Everything was so amazing. Our host was so nice and super helpful when we had an issue. Even provided some extra snacks and hot chocolate to help with our stay. Can’t express how much Judy helped make our stay so much easier and stress free 10/10. Cannot recommend this place enough to everyone. It’s near enough to everything to be a quick trip most places but also far enough off the main strip that you have the peace and quiet.

Our stay at this location was wonderful! Jamie was an awesome host who was very accommodating! The pictures do not do this location justice and it felt a wonderful, homey feel to it! There were even games that we were able to play as a family! We genuinely enjoyed our stay here and would absolutely book again in the future!

Our stay at Michelle and Dana’s place was amazing! The perfect size for me, my husband and our pup. The bed was so comfy, and we loved the backyard! 5/5

It was perfect place to stay for us . Amazing views and the condo was very clean . Had a wonderful time and would definitely stay again. Plus Heather was a great host.

Everything you would hope for in an Airbnb! Location, clean, stocked with everything you need, fun amenities, and hot tub worked great! Host did a great job providing a hospitable experience. We will be back!

Love this place! The cabin was cozy, comfortable and clean. The bathroom....amazing! Great amenities in the kitchen area. Beautiful surroundings complete with deer outside the back deck. Shaun was incredibly welcoming and helpful. Definitely take his suggestion to dine at Lake House restaurant!

My husband and I work 50-60 hours per week so trying to find time to get away is difficult but we are so glad we booked our impromptu trip to Gatlinburg. We stayed in the “romantic getaway” and the location of the apartment is fabulous. There were sidewalks to the downtown strip area but the location is private enough that you feel safe when walking at night. The apartment is beautifully designed with chic decor that really sets the tone. We received a small gift from the host and it was wonderful. Needless to say we left refreshed and renewed - we will be staying here again in the future! 💕✨

We enjoyed our visit and would definitely consider staying again. The location was perfect and convenient to both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. The only downside was the road and wind noise which are neither the owner can do anything about.

Great place for a weekend getaway when life starts feeling like too much. Perfect to sit back and relax and it’s in a great spot close to everything. Will definitely be coming back!!
